Patti:
Luv ya deary!!!!! i have a question....starts with the story, gotta hear the story right? Here's the abbreviated version. Befriended a man who's 40, (im 46). We became good friends, talked daily for over a year now in some sort, whether a joke, a phone call or online. I am planning a life change to a bigger city, happens to be the one he lives in, coincidence only, as i've always liked the city, and live in a town of 350. we've met twice now, once at a gathering, and the last time, he did show me around the city, and apartment complexes i had picked. he went in with me, opened doors, and listened to the spiels. he's everything i want, but always tells me he's too picky. he says there was no chemistry when we met. yet calls continue, texts continue, talk continues. sexual inuendos and mild sex talk always occur. we click great, yet he says there's nodda there. what's to believe, is he just being a friend? a commitment phobe? what a great guy, i'd love to be spending more time with him. HELP!!! KEEP IN MIND, i've only had about 5 dates in my life..and im seriously thinking this sounds lame............ thanks for any answer you or your staff return........
You are 46 and you've only had 5 dates in your life? Why so few? Were you in a committed relationship for most of your life?
The answer that you don't want to look at is contained in your letter:
"He says there was no chemistry." Take him at his word and consider him a friend whom you talk to daily. Focus your romantic energy elsewhere and Good Luck!
Peggy
He is not serious, all he wants is to string you along, just amusement to pass time by it seems. He enjoys the inuendo as long as it's not too close to home ( same city)
Hi Patti
Soooo..is your man a millionaire??
Just curious..lol
Hi Patti,
So sorry to hear about your break-up with Andy. Hope this was YOUR decision, NOT his. Go on, pick a stallion from your stable & join our ranks! Oh yeah...did you get to keep the ring??? Just wondering!
A faithful fan
Hi,Patti. I am a 50 year old woman, still in shape and look good, I am divorced 7 years and am looking for my own Millionaire to spend the rest of my life with...Is it too late for me? Do you have older clients that are not looking for just eye candy?
Hi DJ,
I am a 50 year yound attractive woman too and I hate to tell you but we are way "Over The Hill" to find a Millionaire. They are looking for girls in their 20's and especially early 30's that they can have children with and enjoy their 'twilight years' with.
Sorry to burst your bubble but are time has 'come and gone' to meet a Millionaire. It is a tough dose of reality but it is the truth.
Catherine
Sexy 50 Year Old
Hi Patty! I Love your show. It makes me feel there is hope I will find the "one" I highly doubt I would ever meet a millionare in my little Hometown in Wisconsin. And really thats not important. What I have gained from your show is how to be a strong woman finding worth in myself first, so "I" can be someones soul mate! I have been on my own for a few (3) years, found myself, earned an education, bought a house, and now I'm ready to try this love thing again...thank you for the HOPE that there is someone for me!
I am so head over heels with one of ur men, who were on the show- I cant wait to meet him, though my sisters and my friends all think hes a Dream away from reality......which, am now starting to question myself that am maybe waiting for nothing- am miles away from him, and he has a very hectic schedule at the moment- we communicate via, phone text, and email, every week,we havent talked on phone, which my sister does not take well....i like him a lot already:but its been over two months and we havent met....what do you think?Should i wait?
I always ask what is a favorite colour? strangely colour can tell you quite a bit of a personality.
Love the show and I think your advice on dating is spot on. You teach people to be direct with each other and not play the typical games single people play.
I'm a gay male and have a very difficult time meeting men who are serious about having a relationship. I know I am a good and solid guy, attractive (obviously we are all attracted to different people) and successful...albeit very humble...and willing to commit. What are your thoughts about online dating versus other means of meeting people? What would be the most success means to meet guys who are serious about the possibility of creating a future with someone?
Patti, I'm a college student who's living on my own. My last relationship was a two year realationship and have not yet dated anyone since I've entered college and started living on my own. Even though I live with a roommate, I'm nervous about bringing a guy back to my place. So my question: is there a rule on how long to wait before I bring a guy back to my place? Or is it when I feel comfortable/trust him enough?
Hi Patti:
I have watched all of your shows and I am a big fan.I'm a Jewish girl who's 22 years old.I'm very shy ,don't have much confidences and have a very low self esteem. I just have no luck when it comes to guys. My mother said "I sure know how to pick um".I never meet a guy who truly knows the idea of respecting a girl and treating her right. I have a very large chest and the only thing guys are after from me is for one thing.I just want to find a guy who's down to earth ,has good head over his shoulders, caring ,comes from a decent family and possibly shares the same religious values like myself.I thank you for taking the time to read this. I greatly appericate it if you could help me out.
GO TO TEMPLE AND MEET A JEWISH MAN THERE, ALSO ASK THE RABBAI TO INTRODUCE U TO A MAN THAT IS LOOKING TO DATE. MAZELTOV
Patti, I started watching your show.....it is interesting and your matchmaking skills are great....you have a gift.I am a registered nurse in Phoenix. I am looking for someone to compliment me......I look forward to your help and your questions.
Stephanie
how do i get in touch with you?
Patti, I am hooked on Millionaire Matchmaker and follow the show as much as I can. I am very sure you have been asked this question a million times, but what happened to Heidi and Bill? Are they still together in spite of her age? In the midwest where I live she would be considered a catch. Heck, she would not be single any longer if I lived in LA She would be a treasure to have and to hold on to. Absolutely, a stunning woman.
On that note Patti, please keep the shows coming. I have to laugh how some of the guys just don't understand how to treat a woman. What a riot these guys are. Thanks for the entertainment. Just loving every minute of it!!!
Patti! Show is Awesome! Love it! I'm not a millionaire yet but I learn A TON from watching your show. I'm stupid when it comes to women and you are making me smarter by the minute.
I Tivo all your shows now and your candid insight/comments on the show will help me in my next relationship.
Mike
I dated my last husband for 13 yars prior to marrying him as he was married and told me after one year when he first got serious about me that he would not split up his home until his son turned 18. He was true to his word, that week, he got his son an apartment and himself another apartment. He was 18 years my senior. I was only 22 when I met him. All was great until about our daughters were starting school. Then, he treated me as one of the kids, in my opinion. He had to be the king of the castle. I left when our girls were 11 and 13.
I am not 58 and would love to be on your show. I have only seen one bachelor over 50 on the show. I love people and have lots of dates but haven't found a cultured sophisticated man again in the last 15 years I've been single. I am not thin but regular sized.
Patti, the babydoll tops that you have been wearing are not suitable to your age and figure, in my opinion. The fitted dress you have on this site looks much better.
Sincerely, Cleonne
Congrats on the engagement or wedding if this e-mail is late! I too would like a results show on the matches' successes and you and Andy special day. Would love a show that helps young widows (the 40's) and the cheerfully chunky or plesantly plump. It might be an once in a while show cause I know you have ratings to keep...I'd watch, cause I used to fit that category but your best advice is at the beginning of the show...somepeople look for love and never find it. Patti, your matches are amazing, do you have bios on your mom and grandma in your book? Patti, i only need one piece of advice...ya got the recipe for that splenda margarita. keep it real..53
Hi Patti! I really enjoy watching your show and how you cut to the chase with these men (and women) and sincerely try to help them! I am 27 and single and looking to settle down and Id love to find out how I can be on your show! I have a lot to offer someone and am just having a hard time finding 'the one'. Please let me know how you go about signing up to be on the show! Thank you in advance!
Tracey N.
Hi Patti,
My boyfriend and I love your show, keep those men on their toes! When are you going to move the show to New York so we can watch you work your magic in the Big Apple?
Dear Patti, Thank-you for just being you! I am a 52 year old widow, where do I find men my age that want to date or marry a woman my age? I am by no means ready for the rocker I am good looking, I do have a few surgical scars I am not able to hide in the bedroom. How do I deal with the embarrassment of the scars? It seems a lot of men want a perfect picture. I need your advice. How about a show for us mature woman? I'm tired of the young woman always getting the fun. lol Barb
Hey Patti,
First of all, I just want to say that I absolutely LOVE your show! Okay, my question is, how do you get a guy closer to wanting to walk down the aisle?? I've been dating my boyfriend for over 3 1/2 yrs, and it feels like he just wants me to be his forever girlfriend...he'll say something hinting about getting married and then when we're around family and friends, if the question about us getting married comes up he changes the subject. I don't know what I'm not doing, or what I'm doing wrong...I could use some advice!
Thanks for any help you can give Patti!!
Patti,
I was wondering if ever find in good men in Georgia I am 49 years old and would love to find the final love of my life. It just isn't easy there are so many men out there but none that want to be real. I would love to be test for you here in GA.
I'm like Shelly W would like to know if age really matters????!!!!! I'm 21 years old and I met this amazing man who is 47. We get along really well, we always have something to talk about and we have soooooooo much in common. We kissed on our first date. I don't know if i liked the kissing that much so I wrote him, that I rather wanna stay friends, but now I'm catching myself thinking about him every day.... What's up with that???? I don't have any unresolved Daddy-issues. I would really appreciate you opinion on that.......thank you...and I LOVE YOUR SHOW!!! Hope I can watch it when i'm back in Germany!!!!XOXOXOX
Dear Patti:
I think your show is great. I am particularly impressed with the way you look at 2 people and have a sense of whether they will "hit it off" Is there anyone like you here in NYC ? It seems like the matchmaker I signed up with just looks at 2 people
"on paper" and doesn't spend the time trying to determine who might have the right "chemistry" and whether their personalities would be compstible. I would like to have someone meet me and then be able to tell me what kind of match they think would be good for me. You seem really good at that. I am pretty, thin (and in great shape) but am a little shy when it comes to dating (after being in a relationship for many years).
Hi Patti,
I'm a recently divorced 46 year old woman that is fearful of the dating scene. Your show gives me insight and I watch your show as if I were taking an online college course...lol. I am a Native New Yorker with average looks and with a brain. It seems all the good ones are already taken...would you do a show with older, divorced woman that are seeking to make a match? It seems the odds are against me...I hope that is not true.
Thanks
What is the name of the children's book writer in this season's episode? I would like to know more about him.
so my fiancee's ex is still giving us way too much hassel. they have been apart for around three years because she cheated on him five times. I am going crazy trying to deal with this girl and her drama. I don't really know what to do about all of it. She is constantly trying to start fights with either him or me. We are both stressed to the max at the moment with her constant sh*t stirring... how do you suggest we deal with this. we won't be able to move out of town until January at the earliest!!! We are going crazy.. what should we do?!?!?
Patti, I love your show. You keep those millionaires on their toes! However, I am also wondering about men wanting to date/marry plus size women. I live in Missouri in a college town. Help!
Hi Patti, I watched the Reunion show last night (4/22) and there was a question asked about where can men with money be found. You answered The Palms! Do you mean The Palms in Las Vegas. I'm in Los Angeles. Can't wait for the answer!!
Jay
Ok first I would like to comment on the age difference thing that everyone seems to be asking about. I'm not an expert on anything but in my opionion age doesn't matter. I think the biggest thing to look for is whether or not your compatible with the other person. Do your personalities go well together, do you compliment each other or do you clash? I've been in a relationship with a guy 11 years older than me for 3 years and it's the best relationship I've ever been in!! After 3 years we are still just as good as when we started! And normally by this point I get restless!!
Now for my question. How do you get a guy to open up more with his feelings? It's hard enough to get guys to open up, but how do you get a guy to express emotions more after they've already been hurt in previous relationships? Advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
What is an appropiate age difference? This guy I'm talking to is 18 years older then me with him being 39 and I'm 21. I like him and all but am a little hesitent about the age difference. I also meet him at a strip club where I'm working. So I do like him but don't know if this is doomed to fail because of the differences and where I meet him. Also we aren't monogmous yet but still did it. So Patty your opinion would be appreciated because I really do like him.
Patti, I love watching your show. I was wondering if you will ever do a series on older men looking for woman their own age?
I am 51, divorced white female, the kids are grown. No baggage and love to travel. I'd love to meet a really nice man to settle down with. I live in a small Florida town and its impossible to meet a nice man who actually has class.
It seems older men want the eye candy girlfriend on their arm. 30 something I'm not but attractive I am.
Any chance of doing a series on us older woman and men?
How does one go about being one of the females you choose to meet the millionaire bachelors? D.C. in Florida
I would like to know if age really makes that much of a difference. I am 38 and my boyfriend is 28 i dont looked washed up and old however I sometimes question the age difference for many reasons and I dont think his family really cares for the age difference. We get along great and like the same things he adores me and i adore him as well. We have been together almost six months.
In the episodes i've seen, it seems that most of the male millionaires tend to like the thin, "perfect body" types...have you ever had a millionaire who was more into full-figured women? i'm full-figured myself, and as Niecy Nash says, "i like my jiggly parts." i just want to know that there are men out there that like them too.
HI Patti,
I enjoy your show. I was wondering if you ever have normal small town girls on your show. I am from central california and grew up in a small beach town. I am going to be 40 years old this year, I have two kids and I work as a registered nurse. I am very simple and love the outdoors. The only thing I have to offer is honesty and love. I am not a supermodel but I am a good person with good values.
What is the criteria you generally look for?
I am a 29 year old male from the gulf coast. I am a very well rounded guy who is very active and is looking to find a girl willing to take the time to enjoy a relationship with hopes of a future and kids. Now the problem I have is that I have never approched someone for a number or any exchange of information. I have been in alot of relationships, one nighters and even marriage...once. Lol. Usually The girl approched me or I'm set up just but I always feel like I have never worked to have the relationship. I want to be that guy when I'm 90 saying I got what "I" wanted, not necessarily what I "settled" for due to my issue of not really going up to a girl and asking. Can you give me advice or any info that would help me in this aspect?
Dear Patti,
On a few of your episodes, ‘masculine energy’ was a problem for your millionaireses who sought your services. I fear I may be afflicted by this condition, and I would very much like to know how I might counter balance it.
I have developed a pattern that cannot be ignored, and it must be broken! The first date is fantastic, the second date is great, there might even be a kiss-but after that nothing.
I think the problem lies in the fact that I am very divan, and that seems to scare the boys away. My ex-boyfriend, who broke my heart, told me I was just too big for him.
I started a film production & public relations firm, and while I may not have millions now, I am confident that broadband penetration, digital infrastructure upgrades & consumer engagement on a multitude of fronts will create revenue streams that will support a comfortable lifestyle.
I do make it a point to down play my job while on dates. Shift the focus when it moves too much toward what it is that I actually do, but there’s no way around it. It’s my life, it’s who I am, and it makes me so happy. As a rule, I never answer my phone when I am talking to someone face to face.
I am looking for my besheret. Maybe if I change up my vibe, he’ll appear.
General Stats: age: 25 yrs. College degree, 5’5, 120 llbs, slender, Jewish.
Your advice would be warmly welcomed.
Thank you!
S.L
Why is it that most of the "dates" being chosen we all have seen on reality shows and most of the millionaires treat the whole show like a joke? It just cheapens the show in my opinion, and it seems like some are just using it as an escort service.
Patti;
I am a gay single parent(kids almost grown), recently single and looking for love. It's really hard in the gay world to find "real" people and so i thought i would check in and see if you had any plans on working your magic in the New York City area. I would love to hear from your production crew at Bravo and discuss the potential of being on your show. I will fly anywhere. I am smart, funny, adventurous, easy going, compassionate and ready to move forward in my life because this next chapter is ABOUT ME. Thanks for your consideration.
First Dates are deffantly one of my favorite times. Maybe I am way to open & out going but, the situation I am in first dates are all I am going to have. Until my life changes the First Dates are so fun, but I do enjoy meeting people so maybe thats why???
hey Patti...I just love your show...i watch it whenever i get a chance..I can watch your show all day long if i could...you are very forward with your clients...I love that.

Hi Patti,
I am a 30 yr old jewish girl living in NYC and was wondering if you are hosting a NY Millionaire Matchmaker anytime soon? I'd love to be on your show and meet one of your club members.
I am 5'5, slim and work in Fashion. Looking fwd to hearing back from you soon
Hey Patti,
I love your show and your book! I was just wondering what you had against blondes? Is it because some of the women who dye their hair blonde do it to seek shallow male attention? I'm a natural blonde, never touched it. I doubt I would good as a brunette, but I do want to be taken as the smart, classy woman I am. I do mainly get hit on by shallow, promiscuous-seeming men. This may be because I am 22 and in college, but could it be because of my hair? I'm not looking to get married anytime soon; I just want a loving, monogamous relationship.
Thank you Patti!
Sincerely,
Amara
Dear Patti,
I am so in love with your show. I am currently living in Indonesia ( I am an Indian ) 24 yrs old, divorced
I am looking for a suitable match and I was even wondering If you cater your services globally? I am good looking but I feel girls should never show that or become snobbish:) Please do revert back on to my email id.
Thanks a ton Patti:)
I look forward to hearing from you.
Hello Patti,
I am a 45 yr. old widow. It has been 3 yrs, and I am ready to begin my next chapter in life. I truly belive that there is a nice man out there waiting for me. I'm not sure where to begin, because I don't like the idea of putting my face on computer dating sites. Physically, I'm in great shape and have always looked younger, also I am financially stable. I want to meet a man who is professional, educated, intelligent and has a sense of humor. Do they really exist? I am a believer in monogamous relationships, but trust has to be earned. I live on the east coast and am raising teenagers. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Patti,I love your show and learning new things while watching.I also think you are a hot mama ! ! and I like your bluntness.Good luck in the future....
Always with love a big fan of yours
Raul
