Hi!

First of all, I want to thank all of you who have come up to me to introduce yourselves! Hearing your thoughts about the show is great, and thanks for your words of encouragement. The "fashion emergency" happened right in the middle of fashion week, just when I thought things were slowing down. Basically I walked into Rachel's room in the morning as I always did and she explained that we had one day to get an entire press tour together and ship the looks to London, including clothes for two red carpet appearances. I honestly thought she was joking at first and then I realized that she was not kidding at all.

Pulling together looks for an entire press tour is easier to accomplish when I'm in NY, because NY is where the majority of designer's showrooms are located. So when I call to request clothes, the garment bags arrive only hours later via messenger to the hotel or the fitting location.

I was on the phone and e-mailing pretty much all day. I contacted every single designer known to man, because we needed all different types of clothing: tops, jeans, blouses, skirts, jackets, cocktail dresses, gowns - you name it, I got it! In the end I had about 8 racks of clothes and 40 pairs of shoes, along with day bags, evening bags and jewelry.

The fitting was a huge success - the client walked away with amazing outfits that were packed up and shipped to London immediately. I actually really enjoyed the pressure and time constraints of this particular process. I never worried that I wouldn't be able to produce enough clothes. I have to say that I was quite pleased with myself that I gathered so many options for our client, and many of the pieces had just walked the runways in New York.

I am very far from fashion industry, but your show shows so much common elements with our normal or not so normal lives.
I enjoy very much.
By the way, Brad, you have a great taste in your own clothes. I would be able to wear probably because of my physique.lol
Anyhow one thing I wanted to ask you was in the show you wore a black leather jacket. I want to know what brand the jacket was. It certainly looked good on you.
Good luck with the next season.
I will be watching.
Thank you.
