It was a pretty fun episode last night, seeing some other things that Rachel and camp Zoe do when they’re not in award show hell. I thought RZ did a fantastic job with the Blah Girls, and it was nice to start working with Ashton on some projects. What you didn’t see was Ashton helping Rachel learn the ins and outs of twitter. He was really helpful convincing Rachel to start twittering (she didn’t listen to me – he’s much more handsome :) ). As most of you know, Ashton is the "king" of twitter. Now she’s addicted and has over 100,000 followers. You can follow her too - @rzrachelzoe.
I also think that RZ did a fantastic job at the Glamour shoot. I obviously wasn’t there, but agreed with her that the models needed to look a little less “catalog” and more “editorial” and the direction she gave really made the difference. Piperlime is an amazing website and has been so supportive to RZ. We were so pleased that they loved the final results of the Glamour shoot.
The one thing RZ isn’t so good at is taking care of herself, and as you can see her job is literally killing her. This has been a constant battle between the two of us, trying to make her slow down a bit and not get so stressed over everything. Well, she hasn’t taken my advice so it seems like her body may be doing it for her. Stay tuned to see where this is going ... not pretty.
Rodger--- your just as hot as Aston ! I love how you keep Rachel grounded and keep it real with her and don't jump to her every need or treat her like glass. Your a good guy and it shows! Best Regards !
Roger, yes you have amazing hair. You are so nice to RZ! It is soo nice to see a husband care for his wife after many years of marriage. Keep it up, and RZ...spend time with him!!
Roger, I know that you go off to work but wht is your occupation? I think that you are very supportive and patient..Good Qualities in any man!
Hi Rodger,
I tried to find your email addy but couldn't so I'm leaving this here. I've had similar physical problems to Rachel i.e. weight loss unexplained, low energy, mental fog, lack of concentration, depression, ringing ears, imbalance, anxiety, disturbed sleep, and so much more. Through a series of events I ended up finding out through research about a deficiency that is more widespread than anyone knows yet and got the remedy easily which turned things around almost immediately. (no I don't sell or promote it, this is strictly info only in case this should apply to your wife's situation)I'll be happy to share with you out of the public eye if you're interested in hearing.
Rodger--I felt so impressed to tell you, or maybe I should just tell Rachel, that the solution to her vertigo may be potassium. Very often vertigo is the result to a major lack of potassium in one's diet. I'm sure Rachel needs to get a better balance with diet and sleep. Getting a good potassium supplement from Whole Foods would likely do the trick for her vertigo. My grandmother suffered from vertigo her whole life, and it wasn't until she was in her 70's that it was discovered it was caused by a deficiency in potassium. Doesn't hurt to try! Good luck!

Rodger, I personally think you are much cuter than Aston! Rachel is lucky to have you in her life. She is so cute and quirky! I love the show.
