I loved the Rachel Zoe show...Is Taylor and Brad still working for RZ?

Taylor, if you don't like your job and all you do is complain, there are a million people waiting in line with a much better attitude that would be extremely happy to take your position. If the attitude is for the camera, quite your job and audition for a Soap Opera. I'm not into watching the show for your dramatic outburts, I want to watch the masterful work of your employer!

I've never watched this show but based on Taylor's answers to the interview questions it sounds like she might be one of the smartest and most interesting people on reality t.v. As for how she comes across in the show, the producers probably want to emphasize a simple and clear archetype for her character, and edit her accordingly. All reality TV shows do that. It's not a format where complete and nuanced portrayals of peoples' real personalities works.

I just finished an internship where I did PR for a tv personality. I related a lot to Brad's position as he was the newest member of this team, in the same way that I was in my position. The man I worked for also had a 2-3 person staff who worked out of his home office. However, differently than Brad's situation, I was given a great explanation and overview of how things would work. I don't understand why Taylor seems to be unable to give Brad this same level of training.

Taylor and Rachel both describe Taylor as "tough." I'm tough, being tough can be great, but if she thinks that keeping Brad's tasks a secret from him until something goes awry or a "fashion catastrophe" (as if such a thing exists) is just plain bad business.

I wonder what is wrong with Taylor, or probably more to the point, what insecurities she holds that disable her from integrating Brad into their team in a mature and constructive fashion.

taylor...do you really like your job because you say that everything about it is annoying...and it deff. seems like you're jealous of brad....give him a chance! You want the help, but then you dont want it from brad...you need to get over yourself...

Your resume should read "does not work well with others". You need some kind of solo career as you obviously don't enjoy working with anyone.....

I respect your dedication to your job. I realize that you take your work very seriously and plan on making this a life long career that hold endless opportunities. At the same time, the negative attitude isn't going to make accomplishing your goals any easier. It will give you a reptutation and a persona that you do not want to carry on forever. I am not in the industry. I have yet to experience the cut throat atmosphere or it, however- it is unfair to treat others rudely on account of your own goals. Good luck in the future and I hope you learn to tone it down in order to gain the respect of those who have seen the worst of you.

Taylor, I think you are an amazing, strong person. Although you may be portrayed as a mean "bitch" on air, I can see that you're just very straight forward and blunt. I love the fact that you're a work-a-holic and that you try to have a divide between work and play. Others may disagree about this, but it's very rare to me to see a female that's into design/fashion yet be very competent. I wish you well on your career.

Taylor you are ultra wonderful at your job but try being nicer to other people. Just because Brad isn't on your level does not give you the right to attack him. You are amazing and that is all that matters. Focus on yourself and your work and let Brad take care of himself.

i think that taylor was a total B to brad...she was so fake to him & he was doing his best. she shouldve been more understanding...if she wasnt so adversarial all the time then they probably wouldve gotten along better. the guy was trying his best to learn everything quickly & do thinks well & all she did was be negative towards him. hated that she was a faker...especially when she called him while he was in NY & was totally making fun of him.

maybe if taylor was NICE to brad & actually talked to him properly, they wouldve gotten along better & he wouldve learned "the ropes" quicker. the added tension was all her fault which made work for both of them more difficult.

change your attitude taylor...get off your high horse. just because you've worked with her longer doesnt mean you're better than others. if you could do it all alone, rahel wouldnt have had to hire someone to help out. so hello..that means you're NOT perfect. get used to it.

this is completely random - i am dying to know who makes the black, knee-length, billow-sleeved, accordion pleated dress taylor wore coming down the stairs before the erin featherston show/party(?), before brad helped her with her coat...producers? cameramen/women? rachel? even better -taylor? it's gorgeous, and i...um...die.
