Who is your favorite TV character working in a 'support staff' capacity? Chloe O'Brien on 24. She is amazing! I love how put out she is by everything.

Who are three people you admire? Mom, Dad, Gary

What was your first job? I worked in my grandparents' restaurant as a dishwasher.

How did you come to work for Rachel? I have always been interested in fashion. My love for dressing people started with Barbie. As a kid, I would dress her in gowns and give her an up-do or a braid. In my adult life, I interned at Vogue and W magazines in NY, where I assisted on photo shoots with people in the industry who I really admired. The following summer I worked for a celebrity styling duo, which was a fantastic experience, because they really exposed me to what the celebrity styling world was like. After I graduated from USC, I got a job as the West Coast Assistant at Vogue. I met Rachel at a dinner for the launch of the Chanel Fine Jewelry line. I sent her emails periodically over the course of a year to check in to see if any positions were available, but there were never any openings. Finally, after bumping into each other randomly at events and through mutual friends, a position became available and I left Vogue to work for her.

Where do you see yourself in ten years? Won't The Rachel Zoe Project still be on air?

What is your must have work tool? A sensible pair of pumps.

Do you consider it important to have your work done on time? Define "important."

What is one thing about you that people would find shocking? I was heavily involved in musical theater.

What is one assumption people make about you that is false? People think I have a concept of what is fashionable.

What are three words Rachel would use to describe you? Funny, hardworking, AmAHzing!

What are three words you would use to describe Rachel? Pretty, sweet, and visionary.

What is the most difficult situation you have handled while working for Rachel? Probably when there was a flood in the studio on the day of the SAG awards and many of the dresses were water-stained and had dyes from other dresses on them. That was a disaster!

What do you like most about working for Rachel? Rachel. She's a great boss.

What do you hate about working for Rachel? I don't hate anything about working for Rachel. Sometimes I have to ask her a million times to do one thing. She gets distracted easily.

What are five must-have accessories every woman should own? 1. Great closed-toe pump 2. Large day bag 3. Vintage clutch 4. Amazing sunglasses 5. Cocktail ring

Rachel is credited for bringing back the 1970s glamazon. What is your signature look and how does differ from Rachel's? My signature look is preppy, nerdy chic. I love wearing bow ties for no particular reason. Plaid is a staple in my wardrobe right now -- whether it is a pair of pants or a flannel shirt. I also cannot live without a patent leather shoe or boot. Wearing a great shoe is essential for me. I am a man, so I hope my look differs from Rachel's!

If you could makeover anyone's closet, who would it be and why? Madonna, not that she needs any making over, I just want to see her closet.

What is your favorite outfit from a movie? Molly Ringwald's prom dress in Pretty in Pink. Anything Elizabeth Berkley or Gina Gershon wore in Showgirls.

Other than your clients, which Hollywood celebs have the right look every time they're on the red carpet? Cate Blanchett, Katie Holmes, Sally Kirkland

What are the recent trends seen in NY and LA that need to cease and desist? Men's t-shirts with crystals on them and tattoo pics. Yuck! Also, trucker hats.

What trends do you predict for Fall 2008 NY and LA Fashion Week? I think we're going to see a lot of 1940s deco, and ruffles.

Do you have a game plan when you shop? What tips would you give to someone who is about to embark on a spree? I shop online mostly. I like to shop from the comfort of my own home without a sales person bugging me. I hate it when I go to a store and they don't have my size, but you always know if they have your size when you're shopping online. I never buy retail either. Pretty much everything goes on sale. If you about to embark on a spree, think about what you really need in your wardrobe. Don't just buy things.

Please list your favorite stores to shop at in both NYC and LA. In NYC I shop at Uniqlo, Jeffrey, Bergdorf for Thom Browne. In LA I shop on Rodeo Drive, at Gucci, YSL, Ralph Lauren, Barneys, J.Crew, and Saks for Michael Bastian and Dsquared. When I'm shoppinh online, I go to www.eluxury.com, www.polo.com, and www.revolveclothing.com.

What is your favorite styling mishap with a celeb client? Minutes before a client went to an awards show, the zipper split on her dress and we had to change her into something completely different which landed her on the best dressed list.

Are there any phrases that Rachel uses over and over? 1, I mean... 2. I die 3. I'm not mad at this dress 4. Have you seen my blackberry? 5. AmAHzing
