Episode 8: Bravotv.com's Associate Editor ponders Rachel Zoe's secret recipe and Metallica shirts.
October 25, 2011Well guys, it's been real, but Season 4 is coming to a close. Not before Rachel serves us her special meats and dresses Skyler for his first photoshoot, but right after that it will end.

When this season began I was really looking forward to two things -- seeing Rachel's hospital outfit and watching her dress her son. Last week I was treated to one, and this week I got to experience just a hint of what dressing Baby Berman everyday must be like.
God bless that boy if he ever tries to bring home a Hulk Hogan t-shirt.
My family has been making this for 40 years.
large kosher salami
apricot or peach jam
yellow mustard
mix 1/2 and 1/2
score salami
coat thoroughly
bake at 400 wrapped loosely in aluminum foil for 1 hour
enjoy
It's orange marmalade and then baked
Its just salami coated with apricot jam and baked untill it gets sweet and sticky. Not much of a secret.
I'd love to have the famous salami recipe. They way everyone scarfed it down means it must be really tasty. Love the show!!!

Please post the recipe, also we need more feel good episodes from Bravo, it was inspirational to see that hard work for someone like Jeremiah paid off. Beautiful speeches by Roger and Rachel were awesome in ending this season.

What is the recipe or the salami appetizer Rachel made-they devoured it! Need it as soon as possible.
I thought the finale was wonderful. And Rogers expression of happiness was good. However, Rachel said it correctly, you can only be a mom, work and design and be successful with the support of wonderful people. That made me realize how I need to support my own boss who has a little boy in school. While my children are grown and away from home, I need to remember how it was getting through childhood days. What a testimony to those young adults working for her when it comes to their future families and children.
Where can I find the recipe for the salami appetizer?
Help me and many figure out the topping....The meat crack could be... salami with apricot preserves or orange marmalade? Slather that on a cross hatched (not cut all the way through) slice. Bake - viola! Meat crack...pass the mustard!
