Even though I always want him home with me since I was eight months pregnant, I knew I had to let Rodger go to Vegas with the boys for at least 24 hours. Thank goodness I had Joey here to watch a Twilight marathon with and go vintage shopping! Joey and I had the best time, and I found so many one-of-a-kind, amazing pieces to add to my vintage collection.
Rachel, As I watching the episode tonight (your staff is trying to get you and Roger moved into your new home), I can't help but feel so bad for Jeremiah who is trying to get you moved intp your new home in weeks time. It was kind of unfair to put him in such a bind, but HE PULLED IT OFF. JOEY......EAT YOUR HEART OUT.
I, unfortunately, agree with you that he needs to get into the business he was destined to be doing......interior decorating ! I suggest he go work for JEFF LOUIS on FLIPPING OUT where his talent will really shine. I'm not convenienced you would be fair enough to give him the opportunity to learn how to be a stylist......especially with Joey around.
Ok, I gotta ask...What does your husband do? I did hear you mention he was President of your company, but I haven't seen him do much at all, then again I could have dozed off or Bravo isn't showing what he does. It's obvious you work very hard and are in the trenches neck deep. You're patience's is unbelievable - yea, that was a compliment. You seem like a cool person to work for - your employees seem to adore you.
Jeremiah is amazing, your house looks stunning. He is trying so hard to fit in and I think if you give him a chance he will also prove himself as a great assistant to you. Joey is so upset that you brought in another cutie and he is afraid of losing you. What a sad little puppie he is. Good luck in your new home and your new baby. Love the show and your new collection.
I have to say that i love you. and it would be a dream for me for you to to style me one day. Im just an average southern single mother, with big wishes to be in the fashion world. So if you read this and ever feel like doing a charity case , hit me up. LOL. Years ago you got some bad press about you (which i never believe any bs about peopel, especially in LA), and didnt really know much about you at the time. so i was excited to learn you had a show coming. thank you for showing me a glimpse of your world. While it seems glamorous, i know you have put in many blood, sweat and tears to be where you are. But I have to reply to your comment about Jeremiah, I feel he knows he is good at the design, and feels he has mastered that. He seems a lot liek you and driven, he wants new projects. Remember where you were and what you were doing when you began 15 years ago. Now you are a brand with your own collection. I think he like to be challenged and doesnt feel he is getting that in interior. So push him, I know you are skeptical from your past proteges (spelll check lol), but I really think he wants to learn. and always take it as a compliment to be used, means you are the best. your clients are faithful to you, and they are always beautiful, so they are going nowhere, and your relationship with designers are way too strong to even get a ripple in them. give him achance to learn from perfection. Hope you and little man, of and big man, lol are living in sweetness. leaving youw ith my motto. Love hard, fight hard, fight even harder for what you love.
I agree with Ashley. What does Roger do? I've never seen a husband whine so much in my life. The guy has it made! He wouldn't last a day in my husbands boots! I think he's spoiled!
I hope you give Jeremiah a chance to style. He might be really good at it and I love his personality. He might be as good at it as he is at design. I also love Joey's personality. And Rodger. :-)
I so much enjoy watching your series. Not only are you very talented in what you do but your ability to pick personal to support you is amazing. This is a true gift. You know what you need so that you can be at your creative best. You maybe disappointed in personal again but that is life. People will trick you as working along side of you is better than taking any class. You will have to take risks but I am sure that all your personal have contracts to protect you. How you have put yourself together for your pregnancy is so sharp. I know your pieces are very expensive but creating an affordable line I believe would sell like crazy. This new young man who has joined your team is another example of a very talented person. He may not be able to style but he is talented and seems like the type of person worthy of working for you. A person who does what he is told even under great pressure. I know you have worked very hard to reach this plateau and I applaud you.
I think you need to add some muted colors to your house. It's just so WHITE. Jeremiah did the best he could. Atleast he's not like those two who left you. It's weird how Jordan and your assistant (Ashley i guess her name to be) has been around the longest and fallen in line to do their jobs without causing chaotic drama, maybe because you didn't befriend them in a way that would bring them into you personal life as deep as you did with the two who left you.
The past episodes of your show, I watched as Roger complained over and over on how you never took a break or made time for him during award seasons, and that made me so mad that he would go on work trips with you and that he would attach himself to you and complain that you had to work over time to bring home the bacon.
We don't see what Roger does on the show, but one can see that he has done alot because you have responsible people working for you. Roger maybe annoying as hell, but he's got your back. R & R For eva. I love your love
Jeremiah seems nice and a hard worker. He was undermined by your Joey who takes pleasure in other's stress/pain. As a gay man, Joey makes me embarrasased - we are NOT all backstabbing, ninnies. Jeremiah seems far too good for the group, although the girls DID help him in the end. It was unfair to Jeremiah to ask that task to be done in such short time. Despicable that Joey took pleasure in TRYING to rattle Jeremiah's cage. Jeremiah is destined for great things! Hat's off to him for staying steady in a sea of nastiness and needless "oh my god's". Greg Power, Woodland Hills

Jeremiah is too pleasant and grounded for the drama he is handed. Wy is joey alowed to 'try" and push his buttons. How about support for your new co-worker? Kudos to Jeremiah fo rpulling it alloff and the girls who helped with the clothes was a kind act. If Jeremiah keeps his sanity and perserveres, he will have his own design firm one day. Joey will stilll be doing overprocessed hair and emergency blow-outs. G. Power, Woodland Hills, CA
Rachel, Jeremiah worked his a-- off to get that house ready for you and what do YOU SAY?....."I feel like I am in some cheesy makeover show"... really??? That is how you reward someone who worked like a dog to get the house ready, in 2 wks??? Someone who made it just like you like it. Why did it have to be done in 1 day? You couldn't stay in that lovely hotel and mellow for another 24 hrs. with your hot hunk of a husband??? No, you had to play Hollywood and have everyone kill themselves to do it in 1 day. I think you are verrrrrry spoiled. Just sayin.
I was going to say EXACTLY what Greg Power said. I think Joey is nasty little piece of work who intentionally and sadistially tried to undermine Jeremiah's confidence and then gringed when he succeeded in spite of Joey's best efforts to distract him. Jeremiah did a near impossible job brilliantly. He really is too good for that lot. But honestly, he needs to run from the spectacularly narcissistic Rachel and b1tchy prancing sycophant Joey and get a job with adults. Joey will destroy him in the end. And Joey fits PERFECTLY in with Rachel, Rodger and the other syncophants. Does Joey even know that he comes off looking like nothing more than a nasty characature? And when, oh when, will Rodger stand up to Rachel and demand that she stop marginalizing, disrespecting and dismissing him? At this point he'd need a GPS and a shirpa to help him find his self respect.
One thing I know after watching this show is that no one teaches you anything when Rachel hires you. She hired Brad and left him at the mercy of Taylor who resented him and taught him nothing. He had to learn it all by osmosis. And now we have Jeremiah, who was hired with the full knowledge that this was new to him and he needed some guidance and people teaching him and he got NOTHING, though he begged repeatedly for someone to show him the ropes. Again, someone who has to absorb it all by himself. Then he does a brilliant job on the house in 1/10th the time it would have taken a decoratore, and now his reward (no doubt with a nasty little bird dripping poison in their ears) is that they're wondering if he can learn fashion. I'd have rather starved to death than work with people like that, and I worked in showbiz in L.A. for decades.
If you don't see how wonderful Jeremiah is someone else is going to snatch him up. He is a true gem and he had almost no direction in what you wanted and that he out performed the time crunch is a miracle. I really did not get the under appreciation attitude. Otherwise love the show.
Rachel, YOU hired Jeremiah knowing that he had no experience in styling. YOU haven't given him a chance to show you what he can do. YOU always do this; hire the cute gay guy over theexperienced straight girl, because I guess you need a hang out buddy rather than a true employee. YOU hired Brad and chose him over Taylor to go to Fashion Week. YOU chose Jeremiah over the cute girl who had all the showroom contacts. YOU hired Joey to work for you/babysit you during your pregnancy. YOU always do this, and it's no wonder both Brad and Taylor left!
The fact that you didn't lift one finger or pack one box in order to move was ridiculous. Being so pregnant means you should reduce the stress, it doesn't mean you should give everyone around you stress. You are not Kate Middleton, and the fact that your staff acted as if you were is astonishing!
i know everything is not always how it appears on tv, but i would like to see what jeremiah could do, and that hasn't happened yet.
shame you can't see Jeremmy's talent and shame you seem to be 'using' him. Joey is not a stylist, he's a so so hair stylist. You have Jeremmy who is so willing and ready to soak some knowledge, and he definetly has an eye for what is beautiful. Don't' punish him for doing a fab job on your home, reward him by teaching him what he really want to learn. Be fair.
rachel i LOVE your show. Jeramiah is the BEST PERSON on the show., extremely talented . i thought it was unfair to give him so little to go on, such a small amt of time and not much physical help in the move of your new house. joey is so jealous of him, he couldnt even lift a finger to help him. honestly if jeramiah isn't given more help learning or rodger fires him after the fab job he did on your house. i will never watch or buy another item of your brand. i thought it was extremely RUDE to start watching the oscars before jeramiah got back with your food. he just did your fab house and you showed him no respect. not some one i'd want to work for.
Take advantage of Jeremiah's native eye for texture and pattern. He may not "know" clothes, but what he has cannot be taught. Please provide him with some guidance, no one can succeed at a job without a job description. And watch out for Joey...I have been there and done that with the "cute-but-shallow gay friend" as have you (ie Brad). Shallow people will always leave you hanging, no matter their orientation. Joey is sneaky. Watch your back...
It was sad to see talented Jeremiah getting fired. Apparently he worked so hard just to get fired. Rachel Zoe got her house decorated for free and totally used him, at least that's how it looks like watching the show. She complains about people taking advantage of her but now I doubt that after watching the last episode. It was unpleasant to watch Rachel and Roger's selfish sides come out. I understand that they need to run their business in a cost effective way but that shouldn't involve using people like they just did. In my opinion sending jealous Joey back to NY would have been a better decision in cutting back expenses. All he does is making jokes and a lot of .ss kissing.
I thought it was just me! Joey was too threatened by Jeremiah's possible future success in the company and chose to set him up to fail. It's amazing to watch Joey emotionally manipulate Rachel and Roger and sadly someday they are going to pay a very high price for their misguided trust. You can be uber smart and successful and still get sucked in by people who don't have your best interests at heart. So sad to watch.
