Two concepts you and Roger missed in your business acumen: 1) Employee Confidentiality Agreement (can't disclose, publish or use any trade secret information learned during association with your firm); and 2) Employee Post-Employment, Non-Compete Clause (can't work with any client or as a (stylist/whatever) in same market or appear on same network for a period of X years after leaving your employ). Your "Taylor" and "NY Post/Brad" drama could have been totally avoided if you had employment contracts that protected you and your companies (w/ remedies/penalties) BEFORE you brought in new employees, shared your notariety and exposure, created for them a public personna and then opened full access to your industry contacts, methods/business practices and client list. Just a thought guys !!! Wise up and protect yourself better....

i have finally found my fashion muse!! the clothing, acessories, the shoes are a look i wanted all along (since age 8). no great designers i never wanted even if there a low end price available. unfortunely i live in the bible belt and therefore
i have dumb down the looks. yes, i have sewing since i was 10 and there no
garment i can't make. (YES, DESIGNER RIP OFF). i have to because of living in the BIBLE BELT and i have some physical problems that i can't walk into a store and find the size and couple other things that fit me. so, Zoe keep at it!! as i said you are the first and only designer/stylist /MUSE i have ever found.

I don't think a bunch of you were paying attention. It is not the fact that Brad moved on that upset Rachel, it was the fact that he tried to go after her established clients, and that is not cool. And if Brad wanted to leave to start his own career, he should have been man enough to say that RATHER than saying he wanted a break from the work and spend more time with his partner.

I just wanted to say how happy I am to see your show back on the air. I just love you and your husband. I've even purchase some of your products from QVC. I wish you and your family the best.

Congratulations! You are positively GLOWING! Rachel please stop taking digs at former employees. Business is business. People can not be expected to stay in the same position/company for years. Each business position is a stepping stone to the next, whatever and wherever that might be. No offense, but everyone looks out for themselves (and their priorities) first. Rather than taking Brad's leave negatively, you should congratulate yourself for being a great mentor. You can't make clients work only with. If they decide to work with someone else, so be it. Perhaps it is time to evaluate your own management style if you would like employees to stay with you for more than a few years - just saying. Focus on the present and future, not the past.

You are GORGE! lol Pregnancy is suiting you perfect, you look so healthy and glowing. Can't wait to see the little darlin!!! I am glad to see you so busy and moving on. Rachael[, I love your show. I wnat to say that you look so beautiful pregnant. Your face is so beautiful. You need to keep 10 pounds that was not baby weight because it makes you look 10 years younger. You always looked so much older than your husband but now you both look like you are in your late 20's and not just Roger. I love your show and it amazes me that Brad and Taylor quit because they wanted to be doing just what they were doing and they quit. They can't stand the pressure that you can. YOU ARE A STRONG PERSON.

I liked Brad and Racheal together. I am really sad that he moved on, but happy for him too. I liked their chemistry on the show. I am happy for Rachael and her baby boy. I love her tips in Redbook, and I love her fashion sense. It amazes me, how she can put fashion looks together. I hope Brad does really well and Rachael too. I hope that they can reunite on episodes someday.

So does Rachel Zoe expect every employee to enslave themselves to her forever? People change jobs all the time. If she wants her employees to stick around longer, perhaps she can evaluate her own management style and create an environment where people want to stay longer. No one's going to work for you forever just because you're Rachel Zoe. You also have to make sure you're meeting your employees' needs and giving them reasons to stick with you. Truth is she would not last a day in the corporate world.

Hi Rachel, it's me back again I just wanted to say how beautiful you are, glowing and awesome. You wear pregnancy fantastically. I know your clothing line will be a success. Did you every think of making a clothing line for senior, I know your mom is not pencil skinny like you and it would be great to have a line of chic clothing for senior. Also your journey with your growing family will just get better as my journey ends am a mother and grandmother. You will fine that life only get better as it goes. As a single mother of three which was difficult in its self. I over grown the worst days of my life I have beat cancer as your parents have and other diffIcult deases, I'm the happiest now. My only wish (if ever am grant one) is to met you before I die mean while I keep watching THE RACHEL ZOE PROJECT.

I just don't get all the digs about "loyalty" when an employee moves on. This is business. People often start their careers at one place and then when they have learned all they can from a place they move on. Get over it! Is the only way to remain loyal to someone to stay at the same job for 50 years? I don't agree with working at one place and then stealing customers while you are still employed by them, however once you have quit you are free to do whatever you like. Again, it's called business and companies far bigger than yours deal with this every day and don't whine about it.

Wow -- what a difference a season (and pregnancy) makes. You and Rodger are adorable and great together. I'm going to miss seeing that amazing apartment after you move. You look great, Rachel. I'm definitely watching this season.

I am not in the fashion business but have always loved it. You are amazing. Your taste and eye for detail floors me. I also have to say that with all the craziness of your schedule...you do it flawlessly. You can never tell that you are under pressure. Last night when I saw the episode where you were shooting your new line and it was off to NY...as you were going through the list of to-dos...I got myself some vertigo just thinking about it. I guess that goes with doing something you love and being successful at it. Kudos to you and that is going to be one well dressed little baby I am sure!!!

Hi and congratulation from Texas. I'm not sure if you know, but babies do not grow in the stomach. The stomach is for food and nourishment. Babies grow in the uterus. Ask you doctor. Hope you have read up on what to expect when you are expecting.

I think it is a tribute to you that Brad and Taylor have been able to move on to have their own careers. It is a shame that they had to use your clients to start their careers. I doubt that either has taken the time to thank you for all the doors and opportunities you have opened for them. Instead of being hurt you should take pride in the fact you are a great mentor/employee/manager.

Your new house is banannas. you were right to push hubby. With a house you just know it-if it has good bones-you want what you want, what you want. I hate to say it, but doesn't Mandona (adorable) look like a brunette version of Taylor, even mannerisms and speech pattern are soo similiar. Even your show serves a huge platform for selling your wares-who cares...it is woven together in such watchable way. Love love your style and sensability. Just a matter of time before you come out with the baby line!!!
