Kim Zolciak defends Big Poppa and Brielle's lavish party.

First of all, I want to say "thank you" to everybody who is watching. I am really excited about the show. I also know how blessed I am to be able to be a part of the Real Housewives series. I am living the ultimate dream, but it hasn't always been that way for me. My husband and I split when I was seven months pregnant with Ariana. Brielle was four at the time. I was devastated. It was by far the hardest time of my life, however, it has made me who I am today. I look back now and remember how scared I was to be a single mother with two little girls. I just didn't know how I was going to manage. I did it and I am doing it!!! I worked as a nurse and have been raising my children ever since. You find strength in your moments of weakness. I thank God every day for all my blessings.

Big Poppa: topic of many conversations, with much speculation. I am going to try and wrap it up in a nutshell. I am crazy about him -- he adores my daughters and treats us all like queens, and I don't mean financially. I haven't been happier in my life. My children and I are so lucky to be so loved. From all the reality shows that I have seen and all the marriages that end in divorce I made the decision to keep that part of my life private. At least for now ...

I am recording my first country album with Dallas Austin. My single will be released soon, I have always wanted to sing -- it's been a lifelong dream of mine. I also have recently started a charity with my best friend Cori called "Shoes for Shattered Hearts."

I LOVED watching the second episode because of my daughter's 11th birthday party. It was so much fun having 13 little girls. I have to admit that it did get stressful at times, but all in all it went great. I had my best friend Cori who helped me along the way. I wanted Brielle's birthday to be huge for her this year because she has since started private middle school and won't be seeing all her friends from 5th grade. I love birthdays, holidays, and anything that calls for a celebration. My parents always made my birthdays huge so I try to do the same for my daughters. I am super-lucky to be able to do that.
