I want to share what our "little big town" in the middle of Nebraska does to raise money for domestic violence. We have an event called Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. Men like bankers, business managers, school admin. raise funds by finding sponsors. They sponsors can donate what ever amount they can. They walk a mile around the banks and offices in the donwtown area in HIGH HEELS. In our business office if our boss raises over a large amount we get to pick the shoes for him to ware. That encourges us to help raise the money for him as well. It is a blast. Its always fun to see grown business men in dresses and heels... I hope you can pull some ideas from this to help your event out! Keep doing what you do! youre the best!! ~~Dannee

I love your show, your charities, your character, and your love for your family. Your temper however needs a bit of work. Now hang on, this is not a criticism, just an observation to you opening your door to viewers. I too was once so angry, but I learned that angry is the hidden emotion of pain, hidden because to unveil it means those who hurt us will hurt even more. I don't know if you will really read this, but I wanted to extend the freedom of releasing the angry and owning the hurt. Your family hurt you with their lies of your father, your friends hurt you with their lies, and there you sit angry, wanting to know someone cares. So, leave the anger and embrace the pain, and heal your heart. The hardest thing a person can do is to walk away from the untruth, we want to defend ourselves. Ask yourself what are you really defending, yourself, or their untruths? Who cares what others think or their judgment, you carry the truth within you. I pray my small gift gives you freedom from the anger. I see you NeNe and I relate with your pain, the lies, and the constant hurt that’s been trusted upon you. You don't have to own negative or respond to their words, you can stand above.

Hi NeNe, I to want no more drama in my life. I do not feel that you were being fake at all i do feel that you have grown in may ways to better you. I am proud of you. You followed a old southern rule "Hold your mule" and you did so without bitting your tounge off. From what i have read alot of people called you fake because you did not give them the DRAMA they can't live without. They need to make some changes to better them. Stay true to who you want to be. It was somewhat boring but that's okay with me, I'm not one to look for drama because it all falls back on my girl Nene darned if she do and damned if she don't. I don't care what anybody says. You are my favorite out of all of the housewives. I can't wait until THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA 3 comes out. I am looking forward seeing you. I must say that I am proud of you for taking charge of your life and overcoming the domestic violence issue. I have been involved in domestic violence where I almost died and it took me a long time to conquer it. I am okay however, I still have nightmares. Always remember, there are a lot of women in our race that have been beatened, raped and threatened. some got out of it and some didn't. Be thankful and thank God that you have went through and came out.

NeNe, you were the reason why, I start watching the show. My husband couldn't understand why I watch the show, because he said it was no much negativity. But, NeNe you became my least likely character on the show. You change my mind, you have mellowed out and dismissed the negativity. Girl, after you dismissed the negativity you look fabulous and you glow. NeNe Leaks, keep up the the good work because your light is shining and bright. Girl, don't let anyone to to put it out. :)

Watching the 1st season's reunion I was surprised at just how quickly you jumped up from your chair to attack Kim. Even though I saw it before, this time I really got it. Andy and Lisa HAD to hold you back.
Girl, you cannot react everytime someone, friend or otherwise says somethng you don't like. Even lies have their place.
You Lisa and Sheree' all claim that Kim is a LIAR, so what! Lying says a lot about Kim, but you being willng to fight her says a lot about YOU.
You need to work through some of this repressed anger.
Take care, because the day may come a day when you cannot control yourslef and the results could be distardous. Think about your family, they need you.

Nene you have inspired me to do a fundrasier for Breast Cancer. I was diagnosed May of this year and girl it has been hell. I had an Event just last month and I called it Living Fabulous. The event was so classy and elegant but you know there is always a hatter in the crowd. I have no time for that crap, you have kept me through Chemo Treatment and Radiation Treatment, Nene I am so happy that you are doing you and cannot wait for your book. May god continue to bless you.

Nene, this season was definateoly the real you! you have every right to be upset with all the adults in your life that did not step up and take responsibility for their actions, because in the end, it has now made you have a hard time trusting people! i think you and Kim should continue your friendship 1 on 1 and just hang out, but keep in mind, that you can't trust her like that anymore! Sheree is coool @ an event where ya can laugh and kick it, but baby, she needs 2 heal from that divorce and debitterize herself...(ok, let's be real, was her ex-husband's eyes looking @ each other or what?)...Lisa really does have your back and doesnt want 2 be bothered w/Kim, so respect that and you and Lisa continue to bond! As for Greg, he is trying to protect you, but he is not in your shoes (since he took them off) so he does not know what you are going through! You and Kandi are a done deal, because she did have somewhat of a chip on her shoulder when it came 2 you, and I don't even think she even realized it! ....BOUGHT YOUR BOOK AND LOVE IT...but for real Nene, You start the healing process by contacting your R E A L father CURTIS, because if this other man thought for a second that he could be your father then he shoukda embraced you years ago! You have a wonderful sense of humor and seem like so much fun. BUT-- you need to get control of you anger. It's never okay to touch someone else in anger, even if they deserve it, and believe me, I thought Kim was out of line many times with you. I don't know if you have gone to therapy regarding the past domestic violence and abandonment you have experienced, but it always helps the healing and the anger you carry with you later on in life. I just finished watching the season 2 reunion show and it felt like I was watching "Invasion of the Body Snatchers". Nene you came across so fake in your attempt to be classy,demure, and drama free. That's not who you are, you are loud and yes ghetto which isn't a a bad thing.

The problem I had with you this season was your cattiness and fakery. You are at your best when you combat drama, not start it. When you champion a cause, like not sleeping with married men or your quest to find you father, that's when you shine. So in an attempt to clean up your act, you now appear disingenuous and mean. If there is a next season be yourself...unless what I saw this past season is the real you.

NeNe you are a trip. You really had no reason to get into it with Kandi. Your jealous side is showing. You was hating on Kim and you didn't even want to sing with her but when Kandi hooked up that fly beat you was all on it. Why can't you just be happy for them and continue with what's going on in your life. You have become very messy. I hope in the next season you get it together. Go back to having fun instead of trying to be the show. It is not making you look good at all. I stress to you back off of Kandi. She has not done anything to you, as for Kim if you can't get along with her than leave her alone. Grow up you are looking like a kid that got to have their way.

Me and my womems group (89 members) agreed to buy your book for our selves and buy an extra book for someone we care about for christmas! Nene I can't imagine what you are going through concerning your Dad. But one thing I know is that a betrayal like that can give a person a feeling inside that feels just as worst as death. Even though AJ has died your fans heart goes out to his children because is so said that those children lost their dad early in their lives. But at the same time; your fans are more concern about you Nene because out of all the other house wives; Your betrayal and your lost are far much worst then the other wives. And after you our concern is for Sheree because she is a good woman, mother and wife like your self. unfortunately her lost was a friend and family member (her husband). A man who made a vow and a promise to love, respect, and protect her and their children to his death. For some reason he dicided to let his enemy invade his home to help him destroy his children and his wife life. As for Kim shes not the problem. Remember Big Papa is his children and wife enemy. Kim is the tool that he use to humiliate his children by hurting their mother. If that man knew anything about love he would know that the gratis love comes from his children and would of done anything to protect them. He already know that Kim don't care about his children. He knows all she care about is his money. He know that if he was broke Kim wouldn't give a dam about him. If big Papa is willing to knife his children for a woman like that; I say let him. But don't blame Kim for his action. Kim only do what he allows her to do.

I used to like this show because I thought you were real but after the reunion, I've completed lost interest. You looked pained to even be in the same space with Kim and maybe Kandi as well. I think you should have verbalized what you're face was obviously saying. Maybe Kim has something on you that held you back but it's not good to be fake. It's always better to be real even if it means losing fans and friends.

Ms. NeNe, you were my absolute favorite character last year, because you kept it real. This season, your performance was strictly for the cameras and we as viewers truly loss the pure raw of NeNe. You say no more drama, but you caused so much of it. There are always two sides to the story and unfortunately edits are made so we only get the picture that is created for us. In any case rise above and be classy. Peace and blessing and I look forward to the down to earth NeNe next season...

How did you have the courage to build trust in men again after experiencing abuse. I am over 40 and have not been able to allow myself to trust again due to abuse. Your growth allowed you to find an amazing man. How did you get past that

Nene, I admire your dedication to your family, your efforts to help abused women and your zest for life. However, you have some insecurities and shortcomings. You tear people down unnecessarily and then hold grudges when they stand up to you. If you can't take it, don't dish it out. Kim was right to shut you out of the Tardy for the Party recording. She just didn't handle it right. Kim is not as confrontational as you. You treated her wrong and expected to gone on with business as usual. As you can see now, it doesn't work like that. I think that you're a good mother and probably a good wife but you need some lessons about being a good friend. You get as good as you give.

NeNe we love, love, love you here in DC; however, this 2nd season you lacked humility, cursed too much and was overly confrontational. You are a beautiful woman, wife and mother, don't let your emotions run your life and certainly don't let satan drive. Much Luv, Peace and Blessings to you and your family.

NeNe. I am not biased to any of the Housewives. I think you all are great in your own way...your uniquness is how God made you to be. I think that you should not be upset with Kim concerning the song. We all saw how flaky she was and how much of a liar she really is.She proved tht on the reunion show 2. So fly above her; she was indeed messy. Nice but messy. People should be honest. If you don't wnat to be my friend, SEE YA LATER; and be done with it. The blow up with Kandi- please. You were kind of rowdy and you guys should have taken your "heat" somewhere else and talk like the ladies I know you can be. Deep down inside you have a lot of heart. You have shown that you are the bigger person with Kim. People say and do a lot of hurtful things to you that is just not right. I see inside your heart, NeNe, and you really want everyone to get along. I love you for that! People don't see your humanitarian side as I do. Deep down inside, you really love all people, you just don't take no crap off of no one. Please come back next season, NeNe, you are my favorite on the show!

Last season I used to love you, NeNe, but you've managed to completely change my mind on that this season. Maybe you could have gotten away with just continuing to go at Kim, talking about her without any regard for her as a human being, as Kim isn't exactly popular with viewers. But Kandi? Why would you start and continue nonsense with her? Her singing and talent is much more than "just okay". Based on that comment right there from the King Tut get-together, you don't deserve to be part of the "Tardy for the Party". Who cares if you danced to it last season? Besides the fact that you never bothered to apologize to Kim for making fun of her singing and her wig. You came into oher house for that wig party and disrespected her. I don't know who you think you are. You two may have mended fences since, which is good, but it's somewhat fresh in viewers' minds.

BTW, your hair looks horible. HATE the way you keep touching it. It did look good during the season so I have no idea why you changed it.

Why is it that whomever over at Bravo selects what appears to be only the "positive" blogs about NeNe?? Realistically, there are some of us who are NOT fans. Why haven't they chosen to post the ones who have expressed their dislike for her and their valid reasons why? Don’t we have a voice too, just like the positive bloggers? It can't all be positive. NeNe has issues, true (who doesn't?), but she was not a nice person, especially in season 2. I feel like she let her “celebrity” go to her head. She was over-the-top rude, unlady-like at times, jealous, controlling, and an in-your-face-bully. I mean, let's keep that part of it real Bravo and post it for all to see – just like the positive blogs you have posted all along. There is no way the ones who claim they love her so much could not see that her behavior was unnecessarily cruel at times. Yes, she does "tell it like it is", granted, however, it's the WAY she tells it. She just comes on too strong. She never apologizes for her shortcomings, but expects everyone else to apologize to her when she feels she’s been wronged – and 9 times out of 10, SHE’S been the one who instigated the argument! What kind of grown person behaves that way and people love her for it – all in the name of “telling it like it is”?? Please!! Well, this blog here is telling it like it is too!!

Nene I really do love you because I think due to your personality you are often misunderstood, and your true sweetness shines through despite the hothead they try to portray on the show. And as we (the intelligent) know "reality" TV can spin anything and anybody. With that said of all the women I believe the show would be pointless without you ...you have that certain "je ne sais quoi."

My absolute favorite quote of the whole season was the absolute last quote of the season..."Khandi, Kim and Tardy for the Party can go jump in a **blanking river" Girl somebody almost had to come get me I was laughing so hard! But NeNe girl I have to come to Kim's defense believe it or not. You and I both know that pushing someone's hand out of your face and choking them to death is two different stories. You and Kim LOVE each other it SHOWS that is why you fight. I always heard that you fight with family and fake with "friends." Life is too short apologize to that woman for choking her (*if you did it) because you know what it is like to be battered and intimidated by someone more powerful or bigger then you...and move on. If you all are not as close, it’s ok but you now represent a mission and a bigger purpose with your foundation and this cannot be the image of its founder. I am a smart person, and I do get it! No matter what the situation, you need to learn to control yourself. How about some anger management classes. You make such a big deal over things and make yourself look so bad. Perhaps you get paid more to do that, but I would not make a fool of myself like that for any amount of money. You are so hypocritical when you talk about other people the way you do. You say that you don't want negativity, but your are the most negative one of all. Can't you just let things go. I respect you for that, but one thing is you need to remember that your are a woman. Fussing in public is very immature! If a situation bothers you, pull that person you have a problem to the side where the public can't see nor hear.

I understand that you have pain. Wanting to know more about your life from your father is hurtful. Your husband Greg should be more understanding in your decision wanting to know more about the man who claims to be your father.

You have always been my favorite on the show but I have to tell you that it's changed. I love how you are so real but the last several episodes you went to the dark side. I mean you seemed to get into the name calling, negativity, cattiness, shouting and all in all childish behavior. I believe that no matter what others do, we should always try to take the high road. I think you lost sight of that and stooped to Kim's level. Get back on the narrow path and be the person that others can look up to.

NeNe, I am feeling you especially in the way that you feel about your Mom. But look at all through it she allowed you to live with your Aunt, who loved and cared for you. And yes you are right no parent should keep a child from knowing the other parent. I too lost my Mom this year, I was her caregiver, she treated me like a dog but I still cared for her. I didn't find out who my Dad was until I was 20 years old, at the time I was leaving the Bahamas to live in America, I hope and pray that you will find your Dad as well.

I am so glad that you and Kim reconciled. Negativity can be lethal. Looking forward to your book and I hope that you can resolve the father issue soon. Since you do have the opportunity to find out who your biological father is, you should. That doesn't mean you have to keep contact with him. Just so you know and can go on with your life.

I written before that I'm a true fan of yours and the show. Waiting until next season will be hard. I hope they put season one and two on DVD, I will buy them not just for myself but as gifts for friends that love the show as much as I do. You and I are so much alike, you say what you feel and in doing so we are sometimes misjudged. Honesty is the only way to go. No one has to guess what were feeling because we let them know up front. True friends can respect that about us. Keeping it real and being true to who you are is the best way to live your life.
