I hope you watched that episode and are ashamed the way you went running back to marlo and nene and tell them something. You ended up saying to marlo, "Shree said she was not inviting her" to the dinner, how did you like marlos meltdown?, That is exactly how nene acts when she has jumped Shree and Kim... Since nene is not blogging, please tell her That is exactly how she has acted over the seasons. Marlo and nene deserve each other and they need to go and not come back on this show.

That was a beautiful episode, except for the self centered comment that Marlo made in regards to that girl needing a relaxer.

Cynthia is pretty, but she's weak and superficial. She can't seem to hold her ground with her "girls" or her man. She flip flops from one popular opinion to another. It's as if she can't think for herself. I feel sorry for her. Thank God she has a strong mother and sisters, otherwise she'd be in serious trouble.

i loved the fact that although this wasn't ur first visit to africa, u were very humbled by the little children in the orphanage. i could see that u were genuinely touched by them. i could tell by the way u interacted with them. i'm also glad that u were honest about ur feelings on how nene and marlo behaved during the trip. it was very nice to see u ladies buy food and personal items for the women and children. i did find myself wondering why u didn't inquire about wat the orphanage needed in advance of ur trip? it came across as very last minute and not well thought out. i'm hoping u can clear up how that was perceived. i was surprised that each of u didn't spend more than $500 a piece on items that were so badly needed but would go so far for those without. something is better than nothing and u were very sweet to give anything but i expected that u each would have spent more. looks like u all spend quite a bit on luxuries for urself, especially for nene and marlo who talk non-stop about how much they spend on their clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. and request that hair and make-up people be brought in to help them get ready for a safari, etc. so it was a little disappointing. sorry to focus the last part of the comment on others but since ur the only cast member who has posted a blog in AGES, i figured i'd do it here.

The only thing that brought me down was when you ran back to start drama with Marlo and Nene over the invite. That was clearly wrong and you didn't mention that of course. You were the smallest that night. You act all perfect but that wasn't normal behavior if you don't want drama.

Starting a big fight between Sheree & Marlo was not cool. Seems like reverting back to middle school to try and be "in" with the cool girls.

I am so glad you conducted your self professional. Nene and Marlo only proved what most people thought-they aren't use to traveling. I truly wish BRAVO would have not filmed any of the embarrassing things Marlo said and did. Nene is a cast member and she too was dumb and stupid. I wonder what make these ladies so excited about putting on someone else's name.

Cynthia, I am TRYING to like your character, but when you reported back to Marlo and Nene about being invited to the dinner, well, it really reflected poorly on you. I was happy to see you were disgusted by Marlo using such fowl language. Honestly, I can't see you associating with such trash like her.

The trip to south africa was fun i really liked it but marlo i can definitely relate to her at times. And Sheree is showing her true colors and she is better off with phaedra, and kandi, including kim which is now the mommy!

Nene and Marlo are going to shut you out, they are mean girls and I don't think you are. If you keep on with them you're going to get hurt and you're going to hurt your repuation. It's an old saying, but old saying's stick around because they are true......we are judged by the company we keep. And I must say, Nene and Marlo were the epitome of the Ugly Americans. Vain, pompous, arrogant, totally not into the spirit of Africa........it was embarassing to watch. And it was clear that they were not vibeing to the situation, and clearly you were. If you keep on, they will embarass you just like your husband did at your opening. Check yourself and how you feel around these people, I'll wager it's not good, likely nervous, sad and disappointed. Stick to the high road, it may be a little lonely, but it's the right road. praying for you, girl.

Cynthia - Loved your hair styles while in Africa and your efforts to dress according to your surroundings. The ladies high heels made me want to laugh and laugh.....how ridiculous! While at the hotel etc. it made sense to dress up as everyone wished.....but a practical person would have dressed in jeans and sneakers or appropriate shoe wear to visit the orphanage and surrounding areas. I wish I could have heard what the host hotel owners thought about some of the diva behavior - it must have provided a lot of laughs. What is that old saying - when in Rome do as the Romans do? You make yourself welcome by trying to blend in to the local cultures -- not trying to impress everyone with Atlanta BLING! Marlo - did you get that? Kudos to you Cynthia. And yes, I have lots of money too, so I know what I am talking about. It is how you act, not how you dress that makes Americans truly welcome in foreign countries. I few of your castmates really need to learn that lesson. Phaedra did a nice job in planning this trip.

I am loving your "African" attire during your trip. You look so beautiful. You are the model and the only one of the "Talls" that does not drop Brand names constantly. I am so glad you are humble. You appear to be as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside. I am hoping like heck that Marlo is not being considered as a cast member. Most of your group has class. She really,really brings The Real Housewives of Atlanta stock down, down, down. She is not a shock factor-just straight up trash! The little bit that I have seen her makes me feel dirty, like I need to take a shower to scrub her off!

Mrs. Cynthia--I have enjoyed the season thus far! The trip to Africa...You made me laugh so many times during the 2 episodes, in a good way. Your sense of humor makes my evenings brighten up after a stressful day! You have a kind heart. Thank you. I work with a few divas and divers who are high maintenance and out of touch with the reality of our poverty ridden surrounding communitities. I get it, they don't. Very similar situations as I see on the show among RHs circle of friends. I too am constantly caught up in the middle of drama, the innocent communicator between a cat fight or a down right ugliness exchange of words or they don't communicate alltogether. Many moments of "no they didn't." I just shake my head and sigh. This was my first blog response since watching RH since the shows started. Back to the laundry...take care

Love you, but I feel like that whole argument could have been prevented if you had just kept the fact that you were invited to yourself. We can all see that Marlo has zero in the self-control department, and Nene isn't far behind her. You didn't plan on going, so you could have just left it at that.

I think the show is great, and the person who has impressed me the most is Kim. Kim has really grown up this season, and keeping away from the mess KUDOS KIM!!!. I love that Phadra invited the girls to Africa, but Marlo could have stayed home. No one knows or like her but Nene, and NeNe should have left that mess in ATL. . .

I have to agree with Heather Smith. I enjoy watching you as a person, but I believe that the fight between Marlo and Sheree could have been prevented had you not gossiped like a school girl. hey Cynthia! First, let me start off by saying that your style on the Africa trip is simply exquisite. You stayed true to the theme of the trip. Good for u! My fav look was the army print and jean jacket look with the big brown earrings and brown bangles. Not to mention the braids..beautiful! Its such a shame that the ladies had to leave Atlanta with all the drama and bring it to Africa, the purpose of the trip was to get away from all that... That Marlo chick is nothing but trouble, she acts like she is this big diva and she aint shit! I know you are friends with Nene and all but watch ur back when it comes to Marlo. That argument that Marlo had with Sheree was uncalled for... all over a damn invitation to a party! I didn't think it was necessary for you to go back and tell them what Sheree had said. That's what started the argument. Anyway I enjoy the show every time I watch...keep up the good work!

I have to agree with Heather Smith, I like you as a person also but the childish gossip that you carried over to Nene and Marlo brought on unessesary drama. Also, you didn't tell them EXACTLY what happened, you gave them (Nene and Marlo) your version instead.

Sheree invited you thinking that you were NOT attached to Nene's hip (which obviously you are), and you said "So, I'm invited but they're not?", and when Sheree said "pretty much" you decided to run up to Nene and Marlo and tell them that when Sheree invited you to the dinner, you asked Sheree if she was inviting Nene and Marlo and that's when Sheree said No, but that's not how it happened. Delivery is everything, and you started this fire for no reason, but to start drama.

I was very dissapointed, and lost some respect for you.

Cynthia, I used to feel sorry for you trying to talk to your stubborn husband nicely and he will just try and dog you out every episode. Then Your sister was just trying to help you because she loves you, you would snap on her because of what Peter says, because he do not like her. Even your friend NeNe ridiculed you for wanting her to sign a friendship agreement, and yhought you were nuts for wanting to have big Dinosaurs at your wedding saying "it's child-like"! But then you go and tell Big-Headed Marlo that Sheree did'nt want her to go to the dinner party was just pure child-like! That was not necessary, all it did was cause an ugly rift between those two, but I would like to say that when Marlo and NeNe turn on you, AND THEY WILL, just know that Phaedra was trying to be a real friend to you at that lunch outing with your husbands. Thats Marlo's plan to get you away from NeNe thats why shes nit picking with you now!

Cynthia I like you alot...you are pretty much down to earth and normal. Alot of folks are getting on you about going back to Nene and Marlo, I think you were justified in doing it because you had plans with Nene and Marlo and Sheree made it obvious that you all were NOT invited. So for Sheree to tell Cynthia that she could come and not invite the others it was just tacky. After the "love fest" and everyone putting their differences aside on the boat it was just down right shady for Sheree to do that. So what was Cynthia suppose to do, just push her plans aside and jump on the She by Sheree train and not say anything to the other girls? Had Cynthia done that that THEN that would have been a "bitch-ass move". I am sure Cynthia did not expect Marlo to trip out like she did, but then again, how could she control another woman's actions? I am just glad that Nene saw what she has been looking like every time she got into an argument, and I just hope she cuts it out from now on. Nene and Cynthia are my girls. Phaedra has no real beef with them and needs to stop making the snide remarks because if you have no beef why do you always have to put someone down. (NB I actually like Phaedra) Once she cuts that out I think she would totally be cool. Kandi is cool as well and needs to stop the double talking in my opinion. Sheree is just *screams* a phoney. Every other word is about Nene, Cynthia or Marlo, she needs to focus her energy on herself and go build that house. She is just a certified hater. Kim I like how Kroy has grounded her alot but she just needs to stop talking bout Nene etc, cause obviously if every other word is about Nene obviously 2 years later she must still be on your brain.
