Kim Zolciak feels her life is now complete.

I feel like I have gone through everything on this show -– both the good and the bad. From my falling out with NeNe, gaining a friendship with Kandi, having a hit song, breaking up with my longtime boyfriend, meeting my now husband Kroy, and finding out I was pregnant.

It's a blessing and a curse to have your whole life viewed by millions. Over the years I've covered my eyes a lot watching the show, and if someone told me Season 1 that I would be giving birth to a baby boy on television, I would have rolled my eyes and called them crazy. But here we are!

On May 31st I gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Kroy Jagger Biermann, and ever since he entered my world I haven't been living anything but a dream.

Waking up that day, we didn't know if it was going to be the day I would have KJ or not! I was very uncomfortable, my blood pressure was high, and I had retained a lot of fluid.

To make a long story short, my OBGYN Dr. Hood (who also delivered Ariana) let me know that today was the day. Labor was rough as expected, but the outcome of it all made it so worth the pain. Life for me is finally complete, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I'm forever grateful for The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Bravo for all the opportunities it has brought me and my growing family. I'm living proof that you can create your own life. Positive thoughts create a positive life! Ask. Believe. Receive.

Until next week,

Kim Biermann
