I am so grateful to have celebrated my daughter Noelle's 13th birthday! Yes, I have a teenager now, and I know she is going to need me more than ever. These years are very important "growing years," and I am dedicated to making sure she blossoms into a beautiful, smart, kind, respectable young lady. I strive to be a mother that my daughter can look up to, and be proud of. There is never a moment in the day when Noelle is not on my mind, and in my heart. She is always with me, even when we are thousands of miles a part. I have achieved much success in my life, but the only thing that I am truly GREAT at is loving Noelle.

I love strong, powerful women! I always try to surround myself with smart, ambitious women because they empower me, and I can learn so much from them. Drama or not, I recognize, and respect that the ladies I work with are smart, confident, and all about their business. I have received a golden nugget from each of them, even when it may not have been coming from the kindest place! I love the irony of it all. You can empower people, and not even know that you are doing it. You never know where you may find inspiration, so always keep your eyes open because it may be hiding in some very "unlikely" places.

The LET YOUR SUCCESS FLOW party that I put together for NeNe was my sincere attempt to congratulate, and applaud her on her a job well done! I am inspired by her fearlessness to go out and conquer opportunities that even she could not image would be coming her way. She has astonished many with her soaring success, and just when people count her out, she always lands on her feet! Cheers to you!
