You are an intelligent and  a beautiful woman with a wonderful family. I don't know what you have been through your whole life, but the little information I've found out so far tells me you are a strong black woman. All I want to say Cynthia is " Be Yourself and feel the harmony within you". We all have friends but we can not allow are friends to control us and change our personality/character.  All I want to say is "Show the world the real you and don't just act someone else in front of the camera. I'll bet everybody would love that so much more., including you Cynthia which is the most important. You reach the longest by being sincere and foremost true to yourself. Open your eyes and take care of your family and friends who stay the closest to you. Love everyone and you will be loved be everyone. Cynthia you are absolutely stunning and I am not gay! Your choice of clothing and hair styles are always adorable. This season you have gotten away from who you once were. The digs and two-faced gestures are unbecoming of your beauty. In fact those behaviors snatch your beauty. Please take the high road more often. It's nice seeing your work pay off and dreams come true. I get why you are the way you are. You owe no loyalty to those who talk crap about you and smile in your face. They underestimate how much you've learned from modeling...good, bad, messy, and ugly. People feel sorry for Porsha because she really is out if her league especially with experienced albeit messy women in this cast. You gave her an opportunity to be a part of something that can become a positive legacy for young women, not exploitive like some music videos...Truth be told, if you all got along you really would be a formidable bunch of successful divas. I do take issue with Boris though. His attire was shameful. All he needed was to take his shoes off and put on a straw hat with a corn pipe for a hee haw photoshoot. Good luck!

Whew...Porsha and Mallory missed a bullet. If either of them had helped you with the pageant...you would have someone to blame.

Oh yeah, the Bailey boys could share some of the blame, but they may be busy quoting the rules.

Why was the guy who was co-hosting the pageant wearing a short-sleeve shirt and jeans?? You were all glammed up for the event and this guy looked like he was going to the movies. That made no sense and brought the pageant down. Also please stop blowing in the wind with your "friendships". Seems like you just say whatever you think the person across from you wants to hear. It's annoying.

Cynthia is always in the middle and repeats everything to everyone.  She stirs the pot then sits back and tries to play the saint.  You treated Porsha like a nobody just because her husband doesn't want strangers "men" in the home when he isn't there.  It was Cynthia's pageant and expecting to meet at Porsha's home should not have been an option, duh Cynthia has a business ie; business meeting at the business.  Her and her husband are so fake it makes me sick and I can't believe NeNe has let her hang on to her coat tails for so long. 

I like Cynthia and proud of what she is doing with her agency..but she needs to use caution against being two faced..that is so unbecoming of someone of her position in the community.

Kenya recommended a contestant who she mentored.  It was a conflict of interest to also have her act as a judge.   

Cynthia is physically beautiful and strives reflect some sort of inner beauty. However, she is startingg to come across as two faced. I thought she was done with Kenya professionally. Foolish move to let her back in or give her a second chance of whatever term she cares to describe allowing Kenya to participate in the event. Cynthia is supposed to be a professional. I know we don't see all but I could tell during the planning phase that the organization was flawed. I couldn't believe Boris thought his attire was appropriate. He should have consulted his wife. Though not a pro, I could have put that show together. It could have been so much more and definitely executed better. If this is something you plan to do in the future get it together. I expect a better product from a "pro".

The pageant was so disorganized. Porsha had a good idea to fill the time in when votes were being counted, rather than leaving people just sitting there bored. Cynthia trusted many more that did not get the job done right, yet treated Porsha with disrespected.  It's too bad she cannot do things right with out Nene there to guild her (although I LOVE Nene).  There should have been a rehearsal days before.  If your going to call someone out for not doing their job right (Porsha) then you better come at it doing it better and Cynthia didn't.  Just shows where her priorities are, at gossiping and being mean spirited for air time, sad.

Cynthia says it's not right for Phaedra to talk smack about Kenya when Kenya is not there to defend herself.  THEN WHY DID SHE ASK PHAEDRA ABOUT THE VIDEO?!?!

You sure have turned into a pot stirrer..you've been hanging around Crazy Kenya too long.  Just watched tonights episode and your co-host made it look cheap.  He couldn't even wear a suit? It was horrible!

Cynthia, I just watched this latest episode and it is obvious, as I suspected, that the reason that you have been acting the way that you have been acting lately is because you are a basket case without NeNe. When NeNe came back to Atlanta and you went to see her at her house, you lit up like a Christmas tree and you were smiling and acting like the old Cynthia around her. I'm sure that the stress of putting on the pageant to bring in more money also has something to do with the way that you have been acting. You are really connected to NeNe and I don't know what's going to happen to you because NeNe is not always going to be around you and you are going to have to learn how to be the old Cynthia with or without NeNe because the new Cynthia is not working for you. I know that we sometimes have a favorite person that we would rather be around than others, but it can't always be the way that we want. So now you are trying to carve out a niche for yourself and dealing with your unhappiness by becoming a messy person and it doesn't look good on you.

I hope that you will learn to get a backbone without NeNe because I would like to see the old Cynthia come back. Oh and even though there were a few mishaps, I think that the pageant went pretty well and I hope that the future pageants will be even better.

Cynthia, did you NOT think that a REHEARSAL for the pageant would have been a good idea? You have to take the blame for chaos that ensued during the pageant.

I always thought something of you but the way you treated Phaedra is terrible. The meeting sould be at your place. Your guys gave her the 3rd degree and you should told thm not to do that. Plus she was doing what she can do and for you to drop her I feel like is because of not going to her house for the meeting.This is her house and not a meeting place. It is ok for you as her friend, but really .  You look very pretty in that purple outfit during the time you were telling people why you did not want Porsha.  I thought you could see through Kenya. Now you are going around talking about everyone it is not right

Not a fan I want to put that out there. I just have one question and that is where is the value in this pageant? Like if someone wins where does that take them? On to other pageants?? People please invest in your children through education!!! Instead of giving your money to a washed up model.

You and your staff were inexcusably rude and hypocritical toward Portia.  Why would you be surprised that she wouldn't want YOUR meeting in her home?  Interesting how condenscending your Bailey guy was while announcing his rules about not being condenscending.

She definitely made the right decision to not allow these people in to her home.  It would have taken a lot of sage to remove those evil auras!

I admired you stepp'n into the deep- I just didn't like the shade you threw Porsha by telling your staff what she said "She didn't want strangers in her house," Come on Cynthia you are better than that!!!  It cause your staff too feel some kinda way towards her.  You should have nipped it to Porsha by asking her "What do you mean Strangers." or just telling her how you felt about the comment she made.

However no one can never denounce your beauty and your efforts I love how you went to Porsha although things didn't work out you both handle it like ladies-

That's what we need to see more of  two adults acting like adults

Other than trying to find out where I can buy the PT presco wine, I'm just wondering WHY hasn't Cynthia written her blog yet to comment on Kenya's so-called health dilema or lack thereof?

When you first came on the show, I had high hopes of being able to view a classy smooth personality on RHOA. You 'seemed' fair and level-headed. I began to worry last season and my worries have been confirmed this season. Why must you always be the "pot-stirrer"? Come on Cynthia, you seemed to have the ability of being a peaceful lady with glamorous class and upward potential. Instead, you've become mean spirited with malicious intentions. This behavior is by no means attractive. It just doesn't seem to suit who you were in the beginning...... Were you just pretending to be calm, confident, sweet and classy? It is just BIZARRE that you would EVER consider befriending Kenya Moore! When a person shows you who they are, BELIEVE THEM. Why must you play "Devils Advocate"? She showed you EXACTLY who she IS when you invited her to the Bailey Agency. Kenya not only tastelessly insulted the ladies in swim wear, but she COMPLETELY disrespected you with her fake "security". Kenya just upsets my ENTIRE digestive system...... Cynthia.... please rethink your image that you wish to portray as well as the company you keep. Neither is "Five-Star" status at this point. Do you really want the "Face & Founder" of the Bailey Agency to be whom you have become on this show?

Cynthia, you are a DIFFERENT person this season.  You're very embarrassing in your actions and you're very mean spirited towards Portia and I don't know what you are in the way you act with CRAZY Kenya.  You're acting just as CRAZY as she.  Grow up and have a heart cause you sure lost YOURS!

Love you on the show, love how you manage to remain neutral at the same time you can STILL have an opinion or a problem with ANYONE. Not, my most favorite person because I do not see a 100% honest and open person, but that's cool.

I could never say you are fake either. I can say this... I know you've worked hard and in the south that's says a lot...just ask Kandi!!!

However, I wanted to say that your relationship with Peter has been a lesson in HARD WORK! To have accomplished that in the middle of turning out this show as well as your agency@@@ Great Job! One thing I can say is PICKING PETER..... say that 5 times fast lol... anyway, that was most definitely a wise choice.

I've learned at my age, I'd be better off finding a man that LOVES and ADORES me that is a little bit older, wise choice, and decision.. and KUDOS to you sweetie!

Cynthia, you just threw that "class" you mentioned right out the window didn't you?  You've become quite messy this season carrying tales and gossiping. And exactly when did you and Kenya become BFFs?  Because of your beef with Phaedra and now because Portia and Phaedra are friends, you're taking it out on Portia?  Grow up already.

First of all the pageant was a huge success. I won the pageant as Miss Renaissance, www.missrenaissancepageant.com . Cynthia is a geuine , beautiful , laid back person when you meet her and spend time with her. She is passionate and classy. TV only shows you want they want you to see.

Cynthia needs to grow up. You are mean spirited and class doesn't last forever. Porsha didn't deserve how ugly you were to her. Kenya disrespected you and your place of business and you didn't treat her like that. Bailey boys acted just what you called them, BOYS!  Atleast, Porsha doesn't have a husband who needs her family's money.

I like you less and less.  You acted like a Mob Boss when you "mentioned" Porsha was "new" to the agency. Plausible deniability? Seeing right through you.

You are such a class act, and example of professionalism.  I wish you success in your new venture with the pageants.  I would love to see you as a coach on season two of the Face!  You would be perfect!

It seemed to me that Porsha was just dragging her heels on the pageant, I wonder what "work" she had been doing on it?  And you all are kind about Cordell.  He seems like a big jerk to me.

Cynthia, you are the last person that should be commenting on overbearing husbands.  You only like Kenya because Nene does.  You didn't have to mention what Porsche said to your staff.  You purposely did that so they would not like her.  I don't own a mansion, but I don't like strangers in my house either.
