The Kenya/Walter Situation
Cynthia gives her take on their relationship.
Mar 21Hello and welcome back everyone! Hope you guys enjoyed this week’s episode. As usual it was full of drama! So let's jump right in!
I may not know everything, but one thing that I do know is that as long as we are in the "land of the living," we are going to get older! Peter and I make no secret about our age, and we own it! We do not take life for granted and work hard to live it to the fullest. However, we both need to make a better effort to maintain our overall health and wellness. I don't need to tell you guys how important a healthy diet, consistent exercise, and regular checkups are, especially after you are of a certain age. We all have busy lives, but we have to take better care of ourselves!
I don't know about everyone else, but I felt like the day I turned 40, I could no longer read the dinner menu without glasses, my knees started to betray me, and I can gain 10 pounds just by driving past a McDonalds! At 46 years old, I can no longer afford take my health for granted. I think Peter and I look pretty good for our age (he recently turned 52), and we now want to feel as good as we look!
I was especially proud of Peter for doing the Salute to Men's Health Awareness Dinner, because I feel that men can be even worse than women about getting checkups and making regular visits to the doctor. I thought that this dinner was a fun and positive event for the women to come out and support the men in their lives. Peter's dad has suffered two heart attacks, and Peter was told after a recent doctor's visit that if he did not exercise and change his diet, he would suffer the same fate. Not only is Peter my husband, he is also a father to all his beautiful children. We all love him and want him to live a long, healthy life!
Kenya, Cynthia and NeNe are my favorites on the show. I love your different hair styles on the show. Also, you are always pleasant on the show. However, I wish that you would stand up to Phaedra. When Phaedra is talking about one of the housewives, you should either tell her that you don't want to hear it or tell her it's not nice. Kyle Richards (Housewives of Beverly Hills) does the same thing. She avoids taking anyone side.

Kenya we the million viewers are watching and yourbehaviour needs to be taken into account being hateful and spietful isn't pretty its distaseful to watch some one who self claimed to be the bigger person after acting crazy at every event even your own .you realy think you can truly link your name with those Iconic Ladies you tried to potray

One question: WHEN WILL U LEARN THAT KENYA IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. WHEN U PLAY WITH FIRE-U WILL GET BURNED! Who goes to a party and gets kicked out-why did u even go!? You knew there would be trouble and drama. You need to distance yourself from that woman-she is jealous and a ticking time bomb. If you dont all yall will be marching to divorce court. U hang with her and she is unhappy and jealous-that poison spills over into your lives. To translate: All yall is in trouble around her!
diva2013 Here we go again-Cynthia do not get kicked out of Kenya's event. The housewives left the event because Kenya asked Porsha to leave the event. Cynthia and Kenya are friends. They have a lot in common due to they came from the same industry (modeling, pageants) Cynthia gives Kenya advice on different topics (Walter, etc.).

I have always loved Cynthia, but "here come Kenya, walkin' fast" is the funniest line EVER.
Kenya needs to get over it. i have been to several function where my ex was invited. it was uncomfortable but we had mutual friends and i had to deal with it. thats why everytime i went i owned the room. always looked good, and always made myself the life of the party.
Cynthia you're ok but i think you need to be a bit more sensitive to Kenya feelings, if i had a ex i wouldn't want to see him at parties or gatherings either..i believe he is stalking her!! Kenya needs to keep her security detail with her at all time because the so call real housewives are two face and stabbing her in the back, i mean Kandi & Phaedra. Its strange to me why anyone would want Phaedra and Apollo video, she is totally not in shape and I believe Kendra has the better figure..hands down!!
Cynthia telling Kenya the truth was goooood. You were a little boring, but not now you go girl!! Hanging with NeNe gave you some balls. Drama is interesting without it RHOA ratings will drop:-)
Wow. So everyone storms out of Kenya's costume party because Kenya kicks Porsha out for coming in as Dandridge instead of BAPS? Why didn't Porsha show some class and not come in the first place? I don't agree with Kenya showing her the door, but I think y'all have slighted Kenya in every way possible and this issue was for Porsha and her husband to address, not the whole group.
@Simone_12 are u serious? Porsha showed class when she chose not to come as Halle from BAPS..kenya did that to hurt & embarrass Porsha..& Kenya is not innocent she starts a lot of stuff with these woman but I guess ur team kenya so of course ur blinded by what she does..smh she is not victim & also needs to take responsibility for the things she does

Simone_12 I think that the other ladies just had enough of Kenya's over-reacting. Had I been there, I would have left as well.
I think that Porsha should have just not shown up instead of keeping up the b.s. The snub would have been perfect.

BRAVO Cynthia!!! It was overdue. Kenya needed to hear what you said. I hope it worked because Kenya does not like to be criticized. Just keep your guard up and we will see if it was received.

Cynthia: You were spot on when you spoke to Kenya about moving on. Unfortunately, Kenya
does NOT listen. I am shocked with every week that goes by and she defends her CRAZY behavior. She is acting a fool. How could she possibly think that a man that is not sexually attracted to her and had never been attracted to her would propose in Anguilla?? It really gives credibility to Walter's stance that that relationship was a ruse.

Cynthia thank you for being a friend to Kenya. It seem's that Phaedra and Porsha are not to adult like and can't come to terms with Kenya just apologize and move on. Porsha's not good on this show she's a big pot stirrer why is kenya her enemy and why do They all seem to get a kick out of humiliating Kenya at this party's Kordale, Apollo , Peter, Porsha , Phadra ? Is there some kind of hidden agenda? All this mess over some excersise video every one's entitled to make what ever they desire.what it come's to in the end who's video was the best and did it work for the consumer. Love Cynthia and Kenya & Nene the rest of the women need to be replaced with new people next season we got rid of Kim Zolchiack and replaced her with Porsha who's worse to immature and spoiled .
THANK YOU, for finally telling Kenya the facts. I was starting to lose respect for you because you were too patient with Kenya. This woman needs to get over herself & move on with a career, as it seems she is not very good at getting a man.Let's face it, at 42 if she has never been married she must be too in love with herself, as she obviously is.The way Kenya acted in Anguilla in front of Walter, no man would ever put up with her.
I watch the show religiously and from my standpoint there is a lot of friction between Phaedra and Kenya. Let me say this, Phaedra is a trouble maker. She is behind all of the friction that is going on. It seems as though she is jealous of Kenya because she won a beauty contest which so so rightly fits the bill for being pretty. Some women can't handle it when another woman gets the attention and they will go out of their way to make that person's life miserable. Kenya need to forget about Walter because he must either be gay or a male about the town. I do believe things would be better for Kenya if everyone would be nicer and more considerate to her since she is very sensitive about some things and life is much too short to be mad and upset all the time. Phaedra needs to get a life of her own and leave Kenya's alone. She must not have any business of her own to take care of. Maybe she needs a baby to keep her mind focused.
aquarius48 i dont see the jealously... i think P could have handled it differently byt Kenya is one who told everyone she came is contact with the p did not want to pay her... she started this mess... Phaedra had not said a word until cynthia let her know what was being said about her...
lol yes cynthia, i will be 41 in june and i feel the same way i can't read anything without my glasses, and yes girl my knees are betraying me more and more i must say i don't excercise like i should but i do get a physical on the regular and i'm not on any kinds of medication and my pressure has never been high, thank you jesus, and yes you and peter do look fabulous for your age.
I still like you Cynthia. I think you are really try to get along with everyone and it’s making you look bad.

@zuzka what show are you watchin, phedra stirs the pot hunty, not cynthia or kandi. Pay attention... Portia can be added in there too!
zuzka I agree. Cynthia just sat back and let Kenya show her ass at the charity event after she told her what Phaedra said about her. Then she just sat back again at the housewarming after telling Kenya what Walter said about her. All this drama is going on because Cynthia can't keep her mouth closed.
@zuzka I agree very much. As far as I am concerned, all the young ladies gossip about each other; but, they mostly gossip about Kenya. Then when Kenya comes around them, they act like they did not say anything about Kenya. They are backstabbers and very two faced. I would not want someone around me like that because they could do some harm to you.
I'm trying to give kenya a chance but she needs to stop lying.she has. Never seen him with a erection yet she wanted to carry his child, dating for two years without an erection,reallllllllly??????
mickel Walter said they dated for only couple of months and she’s known him for two years. Kenya is such a fake.

Cynthia you are absolutely beautiful at 46! I asked my daughter, who doesn't watch the show, how old she thought you were and she said 30,! God bless. You left one lady out of your blog and I think that was mean. Also I kind of get the impression that your more outspoken this season and could it be that Kim is no longer on the show? Maybe you were somewhat intimidated by her? I like you but this season it seems like your two faced. Kenya is weird. I kind of feel sorry for her. She doesn't seem all together there. Nene is just nene and will always say what she feels even if she is being mean and wrong. But you don't have to be like that, it doesn't suit you. Stay being classy and gorgeous.
I cant stand you this season. You are so conceded, at nenes party u held for her is when you really showed your true colors! A talking pretty head is what you told kenya lol! You didnt even like Kenya having a conversation with Nene! You are also very jealous! You need a reality check seriously!!!!!!

You could have been a lot more supportive of Kenya's sensitivities when Walter was welcomed to Peter's party. Pick a side and stick to it. Don't force a friend into an uncomfortable situation. If you'd rather be friends with Walter, then don't invite Kenya ... and likewise, the opposite is true. I'm surprised Peter wasn't selling popcorn for the drama.
walterscott if the situation were in reverse kenya wouldn't be to quick to tell Cynthia to suck it up and move on.
I think you are able to shine now that you aren't so much in Nene's shadow.
I've said it before and I'll say it again..Kenya HIRED him,she FIRED him,now she needs to KEEP IT MOVING! SMDH

Cynthia, let the ladies help you out by all participating in a women's intervention with Kenya. I think you guys need to do that and fast.
lynda.drummings An intervention would do no good. Kenya would claim they are double-teaming her and flee the intervention in tears. Viewers would side with Kenya and nothing would be solved, bad idea.
Oh wait that sounds like the upcoming reunion.
Judysea Well, you have to start somewhere. She need to be told how ugly she is making herself look. If she thinks this is going to boost her career, I think she is fooling herself. So she needs to be told.

hi Cynthia, i hope nene apologized for hanging up on you heading to nenes house, you looked sad. i had to laugh when kandi started walking towards nene s . house asking for a walkthrough at midnight and kenya waving at the people inside. lately you have been very messy going back to kenya then when it hits the fan you don't know anything. that you get you in hot water if it hadnt happened already.
Cynthia Breakups do hurt for a minute and let the girl feel it out - you were railroading her trying to express that it's uncomfortable in that time frame to have him invited out of spite by the men in the circle - Stop it at least till Kenya has moved on.
Bethany is right ...I loved when she called into WWHL and pointed out - Walter WAS Kenya's plus one and does not need to be invited. ( unless someone needs their car towed).
Clearly Phaedra is inviting Walter on purpose but she is just making herself look petty and shady.
