Phaedra spills the details on her next workout video.
Jan 24This Monday was the commemoration of two historical events, the national holiday in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday and the 57th Presidential Inauguration. While both events celebrate the accomplishments of outstanding Americans, it was very poignant that the second inauguration of the first African American President fell on the birthday of African American civil rights leader and fellow Atlantan Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. whose mantra was "all men are created equal." As I sat in my white folding chair listening to
President Obama's address to the nation, I realized how proud I am to be an American where everyone has the opportunity to excel if they are willing to work hard. Whether you agree with President Obama's platform or not you have to agree that it is a blessing to live in a democratic nation where everyone has a voice, choices, and the ability to vote.
In this week’s episode, my husband and I made some choices. After meeting with several production companies, we chose to use Watch it Now (WIN) to produce our Phine Body workout video series. After meeting with Will Hobbs and Darren Capik and reviewing their extensive resume, we decided they were the most qualified company. They are one of America's leading fitness video production companies touting sales of over 30 million fitness videos a year. This fact along with their equally impressive client list, which includes notable fitness icons such as Jane Fonda, Billy Blanks, Suzanne Somers, and Tara Stiles, assured me that they were the perfect company for us. Surprisingly, we were able to do two videos for less than the price Kenya quoted us for one. Even with the lower production rate and better expertise, they never asked for a back end percentage or any ownership in our video, but most importantly, the production was seamless. They effortlessly worked out all the details with no drama, which was quite refreshing. Their customer service and staff were equally as professional.
Hi Phaedra, for you to be a lawyer, you say some dumb things. I'm from the south and nobody talks like that! Southern Bell your are not. Most of it sounds like you JUST made it up! If i need a lawyer i couldn't call you.
I dont get why you think other women would want an ass like yours. Its one thing to have a firm, round butt, thats not what you have. Your butt is HUGE, even for a black woman. I dont believe you have the body that will encourage women to want to look like you. I think you pretend to like your butt, when in fact you dont. But since you cant do anything about it, you've decided to consider it an asset. You also need to wear clothes that fit you. The last episode I saw your top was so tight there were rolls falling out everywhere. I'm pretty sure that Kenya will have more success with her video, she has the type of body that women want to copy.

She wanted to rip you off by producing your video for way too much money and when you called her on it she went nuts. I've seen the stuff she's been "in" and "produced". Omg! When you first started the show I really liked you, thought you were level headed but now I don't know, everything you talk about has to do with sex, don't get me wrong I love sex but your getting a little on the raw side sometimes and it's not very becoming to you... It makes you look low class and I don't think you are but words are a very powerful lasting image in one's mind so please don't let that be the last thing people remember about you...

P said wat she had to say to kenya's face...so before she stated on camera she ahad already spoken to kenya about it... i appreciate that... and she still believes that to be the truth (that kenya has issues) .Phaedra has not been the horrible person that kenya has... yes Phaedra has her issues but at least she is a housewife building her marriage, raising her son, and working with Apollo on this fitness thing.. at least she is a housewife... why is kenya on the show?? she has not been and is not a housewife...

As far as i know, the last time she did she was outsmarted by the DEFENDANT, (Sheree's x-husband) As usual, always unprepared, work less, expect big pay and collect drug money at a parking lot! I always like you and your husband. Your son is so ute. We always spoiled our first child. That Kenya should not even be on the show because she is not an housewife. Ever since she came on the show she is terrible. She tries to pressure her boyfriend and she copy cat your idea and at a important even she dresses like she is crazy. Phaedra is the fakest housewife and my least favorite. I can't stand the faces she makes. She moves her mouth around like someone on crack. I love it when she gets caught up in a lie.

Excuse me tori11 but what exactly is classy about her. She has lowered herself on several occasions. One being when she came out in practically nothing in Anguilla and then she constantly makes remarks about Kenya being bipolar. Whether or not she is, is for a doctor to diagnose, not a bottom feeder lawyer and it is nothing to joke about. She has no class what so ever.

@MightyQuinn true... Phaedra's comment about Kenya wearing the panties Victoria secret gives away was a put down on Herself because Kenya was imitating her. I'm not a big fan of Kenya but Phaedra crossed the line with her comments about her and she deserves to get back what she gives....

MightyQuinn Grown women don't waste valuable time "competing" with other women when they have a plan of action and the resources to accomplish that plan. This is the reason for Phaedra's success as an attorney. i don't like the lies she tells, but I do like that she doesn't believe in letter her "enemiesEVER know they have gotten her goat...even when her feelings are hurt.
Now, as to Kenya, maybe Kenya's setbacks have come because she feels she must compete with other women for everything...for her mother's love, a husband's love, a baby or two, a financial success, and on-camera time. I wish Kenya the best, but if she will just be her authentic, beautiful, fallible, honest and transparent self, so many good men and good friends would be drawn to her. I like her because she is so vulnerable, but the facades she puts up for the camera to cover those vulnerable moments make people not want to watch her scenes where she "plays" the victim> She doesn't have to curse or fight or threaten to be strong...she is a survivor..
Many women can identify with her childhood - I had a mother and father but no matter how hard I tried...I never felt good enough, so I spent 50-plus years trying to be "accepted"...whenever I expressed pain or sadness or anything except what others wanted, or was my true self, people (including my fake bourgie family) rejected me.. I got a graduate degree on my own, I worked in jobs where God put me in as the boss, and I put my kids through college. I fell in love again in my 50s, and have only three people I consider "real friends".
Kenya need not waste any more of her valuable time ridiculing or competing with any of these women. Just be herself, and if that's not good enough, make friends elsewhere, film when BRAVO says film, but don't get drawn into the fray...take the money and run. All her haters will show their true colors eventually if she will just keep her cool...I've seen her do it before...she is a grown woman.
Seen you and your husband on The Dr's. Now people who don't even watch TRHWOA are taking your videos serious. That's how you bring it. Connections are everything if it's done right!
Ms. Phaedra, please don't feed into the bull. I enjoy watching you the most because I feel like you are one of the most genuine women. Soooooo, when you make a mistake OWN it ( or don't discuss it at all) - don't become another Kim & deny deny deny. Remeber as viewers we see through the BULL.

Your definition of classy is skewed. Phaedra used to be classy now, not so much. She's a big liar i.e. Cynthia. I'm glad Cynthia called her out on it. I applaud P for apologizing but she only did it cause she knows CB had it recorded on her phone. That donkey booty was dialing out of control.
Phaedra, I applaud you. Kenya is jealous of you because Apollo does not want her and she knows you will fight for your man. How is Cynthia tow-faced? Everytime Phaedra makes a comment about Kenya, Cythnia responds to her in her own view and observation in disagreement & classy. People, remember Cynthia and Phaedra are not close friends. Phaedra should not speak negatively about others around people who are not her close confidant...period!! She must expect Cynthia would say something because she did the same to Cynthia behind her back. So does that make Phaedra two-faced?
There is no doubt that Ms. Phaedra is intelligent.... while her methods may sometimes be questionable - only a fool would believe she doesn't know what she is doing. She has crafted a character for herself that is 70% her true personality with 30% added animation to ensure that she is not boring.
Kenya is no one's fool either, but I agree that she suffers from personality and/or mental issues. SHe seems to be a child that needed help, but instead suffered due to her mother's imbalances.
I sincerely hope she gives careful consideration to having children. It is likely that a generational curse has not been lifted and her children will be raised by someone else because, like her own mother, she is not balanced enough to raise a mentally healthy child.
I hope she gets help. Her paranoia should be treated.
