Kenya's So-Called Eviction

Kenya opens up about her housing nightmare and puts the text message controversy to rest.

MY SO-CALLED EVICTION

My former landlord Conya Dillon Weems is the epitome of a vindictive, cold hearted, evil person with nothing to lose, and I finally have justice! When Conya engaged in her despicable conduct, my attorney filed suit for defamation of character, invasion of privacy, and other now substantiated claims, and the judge recently issued his ruling. The judge found that when I didn’t move out on Conya’s 2 week demand, she threatened to evict me, and then started a smear campaign with the media by furnishing them with lies of late rent and a plethora of other fallacies. I was relieved that the judge found that I was NOT evicted as widely erroneously reported, and awarded me over $10,000 for damages against Conya for defamation of character and invasion of privacy. Stay tuned, Conya’s campaign continues…

AN ACTRESS WITHOUT AN AUDIENCE

I find that when there is an audience, some people tend to overreact making it difficult to actually get to the crux of the real issue. I wanted to talk to NeNe one on one to make sure we had an understanding on where we both stood. We may not ever agree on what the proper protocol was for her regarding her wedding invitation to my ex, but at least we cleared the air. Sometimes there is just an impasse. But I will always speak my truth when I care about someone or the relationship.MAMA SAID THERE WOULD BE DAYS LIKE THIS

Mama Joyce obviously loves Kandi and has some legitimate concerns. I wish I had a mother in my life that is so passionate about protecting me. However, Kandi is a smart girl and will financially protect herself. I believe Joyce also wants to protect her heart.  But at 37, it’s Kandi’s life to lead and she deserves to be happy. I hope they can come together as a family. A good man is hard to find. Let’s hope Joyce can open her heart to Todd and vet him in a more productive manner.

BEAUTIFUL “BLOATED” CYNTHIA

As gorgeous as Cynthia is, abdominal bloating will never distract from her beauty. I have suffered from fibroids many years and had to have surgery to remove them several years ago. I encouraged her to have them removed and I’m glad she has Peter’s support in doing so.PHAEDRA THE GREAT FAKE

I have been the unwilling recipient of Phaedra’s unrelenting lies from last season. She called me every name in the book, lied, and called me an alcoholic, bipolar, fake, amongst other cruel monikers. I pushed back with my own insults. We are both responsible for attacking each other. So she can’t pick and choose what insults were acceptable to her or not.

When Phaedra gets you in her crosshairs, she shoots to kill and she is the dirtiest player in this game. Regardless of what she claims, I NEVER OFFERED SEX, ORAL OR OTHERWISE, TO APOLLO. Clearly she must be a less than stellar attorney, since her claims are based on her motive to throw dirt on my name and not the facts. The FACTS are, I immediately showed my phone during the reunion. The facts are, I have never offered nor been offered sex by Apollo. The fact is, I have nothing to hide or lie about with regard to him. Additionally, I could have retaliated for the lies Apollo tried to spew in reaction to when I suggested that he discontinue texting me, however, the truth will be made crystal clear very soon.

Regardless of how I feel about Phaedra, I would not intentionally disrespect her union. And for that I did apologize for her feeling that way. If there is anyone a married woman would want around their husbands, it would be me. I don’t want any married man, never have, never will.

Until the next time,
Kenya

Cynthia's "Non-Conversation" with NeNe

Cynthia Bailey weighs in on the sit down with NeNe Leakes.

Thanks for tuning in to another episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Let’s jump right in.

"When people show you who they are, believe them!" -Maya Angelou

I GOT YOUR BACK

Misery loves company, and I'm no longer making house calls. My dance card is full, and my cup runneth over! One of the last things that I recall saying at the reunion was that I believed my friendship with NeNe had come to the end of the road. I was happy to let bygones be bygones, wish everyone well, and move on with my life. I felt that too many boundaries had been crossed and chose to no longer accept friendships plagued with violations and disrespect. The space apart was a much needed break, and I prayed that time truly would heal all old wounds. That optimism was short lived when my friend (who "loved me like a sister") felt the need to attempt to publicly disgrace me and imply that I no longer needed to be a part of the show! Now that's some real sisterly love, right? That one singular moment showed me in HD that NeNe didn't know the meaning of a real friendship, and yes, the thirst really was real. It was astonishing to watch this woman who "had my back when none of these other bitches did" take the sharpest knife she could find, and gleefully stab me with it with no regard for me or my family. Regrettably for me, I never took heed to the many warnings concerning the wrath of NeNe, because I never truly believed them until I was on the receiving end. It was a very rude awakening, and yet oddly enough the only person I felt sorry for was her.

THE DOG THAT BARKS THE LOUDEST

Time passed and life went on until I found myself seated across the table from my girl, "I was a good friend!" NeNe. Despite everything that had happened, I somehow remained optimistic that we could have the conversation, agree to disagree, have a cocktail, and truly move on. I don't know what was more stale, the non-conversation that I had with NeNe or the saltines at the table. This clearly was a missed opportunity for both of us to take ownership and responsibility for any of our issues and put them to rest. I knew that seeing NeNe for the first time since the reunion would be emotional, but I chose not to let my emotions take over me. I wasn't interested in a screaming match or being over talked. I hope NeNe found closure in the conversation that she had with herself.

WWHL: ANNA MAE EATS CAKE

I know that the "Anna Mae" reference from NeNe was meant to be offensive and disrespectful, however I was actually flattered to be compared to one of the world's most popular entertainers, the queen of rock and roll herself Anna Mae Bullock AKA Tina Turner. Tina Turner is a legendary icon whose success, talent, strength, spirit, beauty, and class (not to mention her fabulous legs) speaks volumes and needs no introduction. My name being mentioned in the same sentence with her is an honor within itself. I hope this was not a failed attempt to make fun of the fact that at one point in Ms. Turner's largely successful career and life she was a victim of domestic abuse. All jokes aside, wasn't NeNe herself a victim of domestic abuse as well?

GIRL BYE!

I thought "Bye Girl" actually meant "Bye" and not "Hello Girl" I'm still talking about you! A girl can only dream that one day these words will eventually have merit and true meaning.
Thanks for watching and supporting!

I would like to send my condolences to Todd, Kandi, their entire family and loved ones for the loss of Miss Sharon. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed. On behalf of my family and staff, you all are in our prayers.
