Brielle Biermann Is Making a Huge Diet Change for a Pre-Coachella Juice Cleanse

The Don't be Tardy daughter is trading her fast food for green juice — but only for three days.

Every now and then, even the biggest food lover tends to find the right moment to scale back a bit on the indulgences. (Just ask Padma Lakshmi.) And, as she prepares to attend Coachella, Brielle Biermann has resigned herself to putting down the delicious fried chicken to subsist only on juices. But don't worry: This is a temporary measure.

On April 10, the Don't be Tardy daughter shared a snap of her nutrients for the next few days. The image depicted an open pamphlet that advertised one-day and three-day cleanses, and also showed green, red, and white liquids labeled with dates. By our calculation, it looks like Brielle will be swigging six of those juices per day.

To caption the snap, Brielle wrote" "3 day juice cleanse before Coachella since I don't know how to put the [Chick-fil-A] down." Honestly, it's a pretty relatable condition. But in the end, a cashew-based smoothie is just as delicious as hand-battered, crispy-fried pieces of meat, right? We'll leave you here to ponder that.

And in the meantime, relief for Brielle is on the way: Coachella's food lineup this year includes pizza and shakes from Shake Shack.
