Displaced by the Woolsey Fire, Denise Richards Rents a New Malibu Home

The new Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is in a gorgeous beachfront spread... for an estimated $17,000 a month.

By Patricia Cunningham

After being displaced from their Malibu home due to the Woolsey Fire, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' newest addition Denise Richards and her new husband, Aaron Phypers, have settled once again in coastal California, snagging a stunning seaside rental home in Denise's beloved Malibu.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The beachy abode features more than 3,000 square feet of living space, along with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a separate studio-style bedroom and bath that is accessed through a private interior courtyard. The two-story home offers rustic exposed wood ceilings and endless options when it comes to seascapes, with panoramic views coming from the second-story master bedroom, which the couple are sure to enjoy. More views are to be had from the generous combined living-dining area. The ocean-facing side of the house features an expansive terrace for soaking up the sun, and the beach is literally right there at your fingertips, which is what makes it Malibu.

The rental price is unknown, though the home was recently listed for $17,500. Denise’s previous digs — a compound in Hidden Hills that had its own kennel and a bordello-style living room — sold this year to the former in-laws of onetime RHOBH cast member Carlton Gebbia. It certainly is a small world in Housewife-land. Expect to see more of Denise’s new home on this season of RHOBH
