Hot Potato

Kim gives us the gossip on her date with Martin, where she was "disappearing" to, and most imporantly, her potato recipe.

By Kim Richards

This week I was so happy you all got to see how much fun my sister Kyle and I have together. Watching us get that facial really made me laugh. I have to say I really did notice a difference. I don't usually care about things like that, so I'm happy my sister dragged me there. It was worth it! Yes, we argue at times but we love each other. I think that is just part of a normal sister relationship.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Although, I enjoy every moment I share with all my kids, I really do love my alone time with Kimberly. She's my youngest, and I cherish the moments we share. She is such an old soul and I love how straightforward she is. I really admire that about her.

I thought it was sweet of Lisa to set me up on the blind date with Martin. I know that it's time for me to create a life outside of my kids. They are growing up, and it's hard to let go. I do want to find someone to share my life with. I thought Martin was charismatic and very much a gentleman. I love his sense of humor. I think it was hard being there with everyone watching us so closely. I felt nervous and very pressured. I wouldn't say there was a love connection...if nothing else, I made a new friend.

Just to clear up why they said that I kept "disappearing": Mohammed's house is 60,000 square feet! I wasn't trying to be rude, but I found myself wandering around just to find one of the 16 bathrooms!

It was a beautiful night, and I was relieved that it was drama-free. The tension between Kyle and Camille had been stressful on all of us. Thank you so much for all of your supportive and kind words. I really appreciate them.

Answers to your questions:

I will let you all know about the website for my jewelry once it's up.

For info on the facial Kyle and I had go to Carinaskincare.com.

The recipe for "Kim's famous potatoes": Peeled and cubed potatoes, diced green and red bell pepper, Bermuda onion, salt and pepper to taste, and, of course, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (or real butter if you prefer). Fold in tinfoil and put them on the BBQ until potatoes are soft. Approximately 45 minutes.

Until next week...Kim
