A County Affair

Episode 12:'s Associate Editor thinks every day is a birthday with Ace Young and the 'Wives.

Welcome back RHOBH fans, we return straight to the ridiculous tea party. Let's waste no time and launch right in. . .

Conflict Resolution
After Camille's big reveal, she storms out, fuming at the situation. (Lots of storming out at this party. Unfortunately this time Paul was not there to assess her face and then send her back in.) At that point Taylor and Lisa magically make up. Yup, after all that fighting, Lisa and Taylor manage to come to a consensus and agree to be friends. I have to say, I'm as surprised as Kyle. But sometimes, once it's all out thea pinky swear) everything's fine.

Here’s hoping it will just take a pinky swear to fix Taylor and Camille's friendship, but somehow I think it’s going to take more than even all 10 fingers for that.

Aside: Kim Richards is an Arabian Horse
As Kim and Ken are attempting to hang some sort of a boat/bridge sculpture, Kim explains that she can be a bit stubborn -- just like an Arabian horse. One, I was unaware that when it comes to horse breeds Arabians are the most stubborn (I would have pegged Dapples). Two, I have never met a horse that made the "horse sound" Kim did. However, as we find out later in the episode, Kim was mainly around Disney horses in her child acting days, so maybe it was some Mickey Mouse-engrained sound she was mimicking. Those horses were very method.

"I don't really want to see the Chipmunks in action -- I might never come back"
Raise your hand if you want Lisa to attend your Vegas bachelorette trip. Yup, exactly as I imagined -- that's all of you. Of course, Pandora was insistent that her mother attend. Personally, I would want Lisa to come so Giggy would show up as well. Can you imagine the fun you could have with him in a casino? You could use his tiny paws to roll dice or pull down slots. And in more salacious moments, you could have him carry the dollar bills straight to the strippers. Frankly I'm unsure how anyone ever goes on trips to Vegas without Lisa and Giggy. Why bother!?!

However, there's something odd about a Vegas trip sans Adrienne "Las" Maloof. Call me Allison DuBois, but I sense that this will become an issue.

Besides the bachelorette extravaganza, Lisa and Pandora and Jason are busy picking out invitations for the big day. And since this is an understated affair, they are going to go with something simple -- like a scroll or a box covered in roses. Yes, make that 187 understated boxes valued at $150 each covered in roses. . .

My personal favorite part of this decision making process was Lisa telling Kevin to back off, because "it's her day." Is it?

Whoever's day it might be, flowers and diamonds and "wow" factor (the invitees must yell, "Wow" upon receiving the invite or it's a failure, as Kevin stressed) are required. Plus those invites are a pun. How can you resist a pun? Panodra's Box. Har, har.

Wanna Be a Cowgirl Baby
Over lunch with Adrienne and Kyle, Camille mentions that she's reached out to Taylor to apologize, but to no avail. Hence, no one was particularly surprised Camille didn't slap on her spurs and head out to Kennedy's fifth birthday party. Specifically, since Taylor went on to mention that if she had attended she would have been put on pooper scooper detail. However, even if I was mid-brawl with someone, I would have tried to sneak into this shindig -- a bounce house, mechanical bull, a trackless train, Ace Young, fish tacos! They even had children's tables after all that drama!

Yes, what massively orchestrated event isn't plagued with trackless train instillation and seating arrangement problems? However, those weren't the only trouble spots on the day's agenda. The Richards sisters had an awkward reunion at the mechanical bull (surely that's the first time anyone's typed that sentence). Brandi (finally on a walking cast) hobbled in, ready to meet firemen and mend fences with Kim, only to find that Kim's "selective seeing" was still in full effect. Adrienne was, as anticipated, annoyed that Lisa would have Pandora's bachelorette at any place that was not the Palms. Kennedy refused to hug Ace Young. Dana had to learn about "cowboy stuff." There was some tiffing over when the pony present for Kennedy would trot in. And, of course, there was the lingering tension and fallout from the tea party revelation.

Thankfully one thing happened which I'll take as an early birthday present -- Mauricio and Paul rode a mechanical bull.

Can someone give Paul a step up next time? Or teach the thing to lower like a Disney horse? Poor guy just wanted to look as cool as Mauricio.

Next week Brandi ponders "lessons" for the ladies and Taylor and Camille have first post-tea tete-a-tete. I am definitely counting both of those as things I'm thankful for this week. Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

Brandi: I'm Always Here For You, Kim

Brandi focuses on the positive this week as this season's RHOBH comes to an end.

Hey Bravo Fans,

Today was a fabulous day--t was my baby Jake’s birthday. We got his favorite Oreo ice cream cake, and for our family celebration, it was perfection. I can’t believe he’s already eight. I had to hold back my tears when I realized I will never again use that number eight candle. #mommymoment

It has been a really exciting week for me. My Sonoma County chardonnay, Unfiltered Blonde, launched for pre-sales this week, and despite it being tax season, the first day alone was a huge success. Thank you! The website is up now at The creation of the wine was an incredibly long and careful process, and I couldn’t be happier or more proud of my finished product. I’m sure you're all as excited as me that this week was the FINALE episode of BATSH-- crazy RHOBH reunion.

I could talk about the she said, she said, she said… but let’s not and pretend we did. It’s been a long season, kind of centering on one night that really isn’t worth the attention it was given. I’m tired of it, it happened several months ago, I’m sure you’re tired of it. You know why? Because it’s old news and in the PAST!

Eileen, your house is lovely. Sorry I said otherwise for the sake of a laugh. I really like Vincent, he is super cool, your little boy is adorable, you seem like a good stepmom, and I wish you and your family the very best.

Lisa R., I really loved you on my podcast. You made me laugh and rolled with punches. I really enjoyed our interview, and I enjoyed most of the season with you. I think that’s what I’m going to take away and forget about the rest. I think sometimes you make it harder on yourself with your Twitter feed, but I’m choosing not to engage. I really liked a side of you, and you seem to have a beautiful family.

Lisa V., I had a lot of fun with you and Ken. I will always have a special place in my heart for you guys. I wish Ken the best of health and a speedy recovery.

Kyle, best wishes on you and your family’s endeavors. My sincerest wish is that you and Kim could be as close as you ever were in the near future.

You are a strong chica and I know your family is better for it.

Brandi Glanville

Kim, love having you as a BFF. I’m always here for you, and I hope you are always here for me. You are a strong chica, and I know your family is better for it. You are hilarious, and I love our funny talks and text-offs. Laughter is the best medicine. I heart you.

Yo, my dear, dear Yo, I will see you soon. I love you, you are so strong and so brave! I know you are going to kick Lyme disease’s ass! Anything you need, just emoji me.

I want to thank all my supporters for always being there for me regarding all of my other endeavors, including my books, podcast, Celebrity Apprentice, app, my t-shirts, and finally my WINE and for allowing me to be me.

Ok guys, this is the big week. This is the Make*A*Wish Los Angeles Walk for Wishes Walkathon. Me and the boys pledged to try to raise $15,000--I have $12,625 so far. We need $2,375 by Friday at midnight, every dollar counts. Thank you!

I heart you all!

P.S.  Here’s my Make*A*Wish YouTube video that I made in my kitchen.
