But of course, what episode of RHOBH would be complete without a little unexpected drama. I'm referring to Kyle running into Kim at the shopping center. That truly wasn't planned. We were following Kyle spending time with her mother-in-law, Estella, because she wanted to touch base on her recovery from her facelift. When Kim showed up, the crew was thrown, but then Kim decided to join the shoot. We had no idea Kim was going to be so emotional on camera.
Thanks readers, for all your comments from last week's blog. Domestic violence isn't a common topic of conversation on reality shows, but it was part of Taylor's story this year. Several people commented on my blog that they had been the victims of domestic violence in their lives. If seeing something portrayed on our show encourages people to tell their stories and/or get help, I'm glad. I'm rooting for Taylor and her daughter Kennedy to heal and get stronger.
Until next week!

*re-posting* -Hi Dave! Love your blogs, as well as the girls, but I have a suggestion that maybe you would consider: So often I read, and have actually experienced myself, that people never get their comments posted. It's frustrating because many of the posts that the moderators select either do not make sense, have little to offer or are posted twice. However, sometimes I read a post and say, "Yes! That's exactly what I was thinking" or "I agree completely with that". Is there a way to have a 'thumbs up' tab we can click on if we agree with the post, instead of having to submit one of our own? The moderators may like the idea because it will save time and help lesson the amount of similar posts by viewers. It will also save the viewer the time of having to type up a comment that may never be selected. Thanks! Mrs. Donut
Dave, we are all so appreciative of your writing for us each week with such feeling and depth. They must love all of you, your crew is a reflection on you so congratulations to all of you for being so wonderful to all of us.
Dear Dave, Thank you for the drama-free episode, it was refreshing not to see Kyle trying to be the center of attention.
I wish you filmed the show around the holidays then we could see how beautiful the BH wife's house's are during the holidays.
It did seem wonderful to have Adrienne host you all at her hotel/casino, & give everyone the best treatment you could imagine. Just watching her & the ladies gave us a taste of how good she treats you when you are her guest! Back to last week & this week with Taylor spending her Birthday with her new bff Lisa. Although I'm glad she made up with Lisa & is accepting some help, Lisa was neutral about the whole Taylor friendship & Taylor was mean & lividly hating on Lisa before they made up. This is what my point is based on. Taylor is so unstable, & is kindof at that place of crazy, & seems like an addict of some kind, that someone might have considered giving her a time out in filming. I remember last summer looking forward to the beginning of season 2, & then being completely blindsided & shocked with sadness of Taylor's tradgedy. Now in the middle of the season it is all coming together, yet it doesn't seem right that all of this was going on & you all kept filming her. I realize that you could'nt have possibly have known how bad the outcome was going to be, but still it is all so disturbing to watch! With Taylor having a nervous break down every week, & her crazy behavior, I don't find it good TV, for what I tune into the HW's for. There is a place for voicing the awful tradgedy of violence within your home, by your partner, & there are shows that speak to this, but I don't get my snack & sit & relax, to tune into HW's of BH, once a week for this kind of dark drama! Last week you had a comment from a viewer that I completely agreed with. There is something unique about people that have been in the Beverly Hills life for a while, even if they are just kindof rich. They all have to have some kind of class or basically they don't get invited to the parties. I like watching BH for this unique lifestyle factor. Brandi is kindof Jersey & speaks her mind with a foul mouth if she feels like it, & lets it all hang out there. She is kind of entertaining, but dirty dancing is what she should be doing with Melissa & Joey is tow! When I want to watch someone lose it & flip a table or scream obscenities at a guest who makes a wrong move, I'll watch Jersey, & enjoy it for what it's unique quality has to offer. Please keep Beverly Hills filled with all of the tidbits, the other wives have to offer, filling up the screen time you choose to fill the show with! So, if you do replace someone, (of which I seriously hope Taylor gets off the cameras so she can heal & not have the influence of fame in her journey,) please replace housewives more like Lisa & Adrienne. Perhaps a character like Phaedra, who by the way, would fit in perfectly in Beverly Hills. She is hilarious & quickly becoming one if my all time favorites! You all do a great job & work really hard giving us the best you've got, & I appreciate it! Thanks for taking time to read my little opinion! Sincerely, a RHWBH fan:)
Hi BH Producers / Dave, can you please do an online poll on who the viewers would like to see on RHOBH next season? It's quite obvious we are all sick of watching Taylor/ Kyle / Kim / Dana so that leaves Brandi/Camille/Lisa/Adrienne and hopefully some new comers....fingers crossed :))
well, Dave, I'm also rooting for Taylor + Kennedy to get the help they desperately need. Taylor clearly requires professional psychiatric help. NOT, Dr. whatever his name is. She should see Dr. Drew, or someone of that ilk, who'll pull the TRUTH from her past and present issues. Dr. D doesn't allow his patients to b.s. him.
Strange, that Taylor claimed she didn't remember anything (of HER behaviour) about Malibu. She had clear recollection of DeDe, and Kyle (doing her "splits") The best thing for Taylor is to take time away, get help, serious, genuine help.
She is spoiling the spirit of the BH segment of the franchise. It's very weary to watch her, and listen to her lies. Perhaps she doesn't even realise that she's lying and actually believes what she's saying? Who knows? Bravo, please send her packing to the nearest mental health facility.
Dave, love your blog every week. I'll still read next week even though I won't watch the episode. Just can't watch another second of the train wreck Kim lashing out yet again. She is way too old to act the way she does...
I agree with "Thank You"-I look for your blog Dave before anyone else! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! When I saw last weeks episode with Lisa @ Chippendales I was shouting to myself "let Dave be the film crew! I want to read his blogg about it!" But Dave, you didn't go into as much detail as I wanted dang it! I want DIRT! How long was the Chippendales performance? Did you have a hard time with camera crew dying laughing? I would have been screaming & shouting! Not because I am so into naked male dancer's but the spirit & mood would call for it! Paaaarrrtt-eeeeee! Glad to see your crew was able to do a little partying of their own afterwards. Vegas is so fun! Thank you for your blog Dave. Have you given thought to having film crew follow yours for a different "behind the scenes" look at "Reality" T.V. Merry Christmas to you & yours! Happy Hannukah too! XOXO from No. California!
The trip was good. Maybe you could have a fashion intervention for Brandy. Get Brad the New Design Guru to help her dress for success in Beverly Hills since we seem to be stuck with her now. Lisa spoke for us all concerning the mini-kini. How about Sharron Ozborne or Gene Simmons' wife for next year?
