Epic Fail

Camille discusses the disastrous game night and shares why she refused to talk about Kim to Brandi.

By Camille Grammer

Wow, what an episode!!! I can hardly believe the build up to the drama we saw and what is yet to come. I can hardly believe it -- and I was there.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The game night gathering started slowly. I wasn't sure if there was some underlying tension among the guests or if it was just one of those awkward situations that happens every now and then. Everybody has been to a party where the guests just sit and look at each other waiting for a starting gun to go off to get things going. Although, in this case, once things did get rolling it was good there were no guns to be found.

As I watched the episode I was brought back to that night and the tension was palpable. I didn't want to acknowledge it at first. I was looking forward to a fun night. Things had been going pretty smoothly with the ladies, so I expected a relatively relaxing evening. Well, as my children often say. . .the party was an "epic fail."

I had become fairly fond of Brandi and I was a little taken back when she asked what I thought about Kim. I didn't have any comments to make about Kim. We are not very close and I am not her confidant. I truly felt uncomfortable with Brandi's line of questioning, not to mention I was not going to put myself in the middle of something that was none of my business. It is a strange position to be in, when you are in the infancy of a new friendship and that person is not compatible with a current friend. I wish things had started off on a better note with Brandi, Kyle, and Kim. But as we all know not everyone can appreciate each other, and not everyone becomes friends. I can only hope things will get better with time.

For me, the best of the show was the announcement of Lisa's daughter's engagement. I was so thrilled for the whole Vanderpump family. Something to celebrate! I know someday it will be me in Lisa's place hearing of the engagement of my own children. I wish and pray my babies will grow up and find someone wonderful to love.

I would like to say the jaw dropping game night ended with this episode, but unfortunately for all guests our contentious partying continues on to next week.

Thank you to all the fans of RHOBH for your continued love and support. It means so much to me.
