Lisa's Not There Yet
Adrienne's forgiven Lisa for past comments without an apology, but she that won't work the other way around.
Nov 19, 2012In this episode Yolanda invites us to her house for a dinner party and Lisa and I meet for the first time since the reunion.
There was definitely a lot of tension in the room; but it was not the appropriate time, nor the place for us to get into a discussion. David and Yolanda have a beautiful home, the musicians were very talented and overall I thought the night went as well as it could have given the situation.
Lisa is still making it clear that she is not ready to move past our disagreement. We didn't exchange two words at the party. I have no problem with small talk and being cordial, but clearly we aren't there yet. As Kyle said, she is waiting for me to apologize.
Adrienne, you accused Lisa of selling a story, she didn't need to aplogize to you. Lisa is a class act. She stands for what she believes in and doesn't attempt to stir the pot. You were so nervous meeting with Lisa, but you did the right thing and said Sorry.
You needed to butt out of Brandi and Kim's conversation. It was not necessary to yell out Someone's crying over and over. Brandi said what came to her mind. Was it an unfortunate choice of words, yes. Did you stop, yes. Here's hoping that all of you ladies can be happy for each other and treat each other better.
Unfortunately since Lisa has started running with brandy she has become almost as idiotic! You're great Adrien and are defenitely on the higher road!
Lisa's sense of humor is just that, a sense of humor. You take alot of things, although silently on TV, very personal. Not everyone is out to get you...Lisa was not out to get you from what I saw through the edits. Chill, some people like you for you. I am a fan, who speaks from heart.I just wanted to add my two cents
YOU FALSELY ACCUSED LISA ON NATIONAL TV? Has Lisa done that to you? I think you and Paul's true colors are shining through thus far. As Ken said, I would not want anything to do with either of you!

Do you see whats goin on here? When you were friends with Lisa...YOU kept it classy. Then you started being besties with Kyle (Ugggh!). Now everyone hates YOU!
As my mom used to say, and she didn't raise no dummies "You are who you hang with". So its time for you Adrienne, to head over to the "classy" side and leave the "trashy" side behind!

Here is a suggestion that I think might clear up some of the fogginess you and Paul seem to be suffering from..watch the tape from the reunion show..and pay close attention to the part where you deliver one brutal Character Assassination on Lisa...I think it may jog your memory as to why you owe her an apology...
The jokes she made about your shoe line and your dog, which were quite funny, were just that..jokes..not defamation to your character..Hell, you condoned your own chef, Bernie, to talk smack about Lisa..but that was okay?
Choke down some of that pride and just admit you are wrong and apologize..otherwise if you are going to stand by your allegations from the reunion show, I suggest you provide SOLID proof and evidence of your accusations otherwise you just prove what the rest of already know..that you were wrong.
Don't worry about the haters, aka Lisa. If she chooses not to accept your apology that's her choice. Maybe she is not worth the effort. Be cordial to her when you see her but move on. You are the better person in the situation. Lisa is just a snarky woman.
Lopez-Garcia What apology are you talking about? As of this moment, Adrienne hasn't apologized as far as I have seen.
PS: Why is Paul involving himself in this situation? He and Adrienne weren't able to make any
money off of Pandora's party. It is none of their business where she had her party, or who threw it for her!

Adrienne My heart goes out to you for going through your divorce on the public eye. I am very sadden about you and Paul getting separated. You seemed to have a lot of love and companionship in your marriage. Please fall in love again, you are a beautiful, intelligent woman. You deserve to have it all.

Adrienne, keep your head up on this. Starting a business (your shoe designs) can be challenging and the last thing you need to hear is a friend making snarky remarks about it. When a friend continues to make sanrky remarks about you, as Lisa has done, that wold make anyone suspect. I can see that is what Lisa does and her fans believe it's fine. Too many sanrky remarks can start to hurt you, and that's what I see happening to you. As long as she does not want to make up with you, live your life, and when she is ready, then talk wth her about how her snarky remakrs hurt you. When you questioned her about selling stories, I saw that question not to be rude or embarrising, on national TV, after all you are on a reality show. A true and sincere friend will take the time to listen. As I've seen watching these shows, when the cameras start to roll, people change, even your friends.
I think all what we are seeing and reading is the real Adrienne. We were all fooled the first two seasons. She is mean and full of spite.

Lisa is arrogant because Adrienne has more money and she is the wife of a mystery person and her family owns a business. Yoland married a rich man twice and Brandi is playing a game. I maybe one of them.
Which one of 'them' might I be? The arrogant one? The one with the most amount of money? Or the one playing a game? Amusing to the last.

anita7 Bigwednesday Adrienne had all her business handed to her on a plate. She has built NOTHING. And it seems she aint doing a good job either coz her businesses are failing. Lisa and Ken have built businesses from scratch in the UK and the US. All huge successes.
Kingunleashed727 Actually Camille said that she was told by the Reporter that Lisa sold stories. Camille then added that she knew it was a trick just to get people to talk. That is the only thing that Camille agreed. Then Lisa said that it was the oldest trick in the book, to tell someone that it's alright to gain their confidence and so they will give information. The "news paper" said that Lisa never has sold any stories. It was told that Bernie (Adreinne's Chef) and Cedric (Former House Guest) did sell stories.

Kingunleashed727 People do know that Lisa never sold a story to Radar Online actually, because Radar Online released a statement after the reunion that specifically said "Lisa Vanderpump never sold us any stories". On the other hand Adrienne continues to employ Chef Bernie even though he has definitely sold a story to the National Enquirer about something that supposedly happened in Adrienne's home.
I think Adrienne was just jealous that Lisa is by far the most popular of the BH housewives.
You ask, "why not sit down like a grown woman and talk it out". Good question. Why didn't Adrienne sit down with Lisa and talk it out? Instead, she waited until the reunion show to attack her on national television. Who is playing like a child here? Hellooo, that would be Adrienne. Now that the next season has started up she wants to conveniently sweep all that she accused Lisa of under the rug. Where were her apologies during the off-season? Lisa is doing just what an ADULT would do. There is absolutely no reason for her to waste time with that relationship and especially when Adreienne doesn't seem to feel any remorse about attempting to drag her name through the mud. To compare that with Maloof Hoof or some comment about her dog is ridiculous. I wouldn't want her friendship either. Adrienne needs to learn that there are consequences to your actions in life, just as every 'child' has to eventually learn and accept that fact.

When your a true friend you know how to say I'm sorry I hurt you regardless of who's right and who's wrong. You put your friendship before your pride. I don't believe Adrienne is wrong for what she said because I believe where there's smoke there's fire but definitely for the forum she said it in. Lisa tends to throw out these sideways comments and there's nothing nice or classy about them; though they maybe funny. I like Lisa but I don't like her cavalier attitude of tearing down the people around her and trying to past it off as just English humor.

She doesnt care about them and certainly knows all about discretion in the business she and Ken have been in for decades. Its a joke to say she'd sell stories, especially about the Maloofs, theyre not even that important! If anybody is selling stories on them it would be somebody close to them,maybe working in their house...hmm wonder who that could be? maybe some malicious chef who we already know has a loose mouth on him.
I used to adore Adrienne. Not anymore. She refused to accept Lisa's apologies about the Maloof Hoof & Crackpot comments at the reunion. And now she wants an apology, AGAIN? Grow up, Adrienne. I don't think Adrienne has a genuine bone in her body. Everything is calculated. She is the biggest know it all. What she did to Lisa is not what a friend would do. Friends make comments, some comments are misunderstood. Maybe Lisa hurt Adrienne's feelings, did she mean to? I don't think so. Adrienne fully meant to harm Lisa's reputation, it was no accident or misunderstanding. We watch, we listen, we see episodes repeated. You can't trick us, Adrienne. Video doesn't lie. Personally, I don't think you will ever be able to make up for this malicious attack. Oh maybe, the 10 people who think you can do no wrong are fooled, but no one else is. The only person acting "high school" is Adrienne. Running around complaining about Lisa to anyone that will let her get started.

Adrienne compared Lisa's remark "Maloof Hoof" to "Villa Ca Ca", then giggled as she said it. Clearly Villa Ca Ca is malicious, whereas Maloof Hoof was a very clever, playful remark that RYMED. Adrienne is a victim of her own self importance. Sadly, I think Adrienne is very socially stunted. She can do the double kiss, wear the heels, and buy the bling, but unless she's surrounded by servents, she's totally out of her league. She has no sense of humor, no debth, no substance. No skill at interacting with her peers at all. It's really kind of weird since that comes naturally to most of us.
PennysMommy Lisa has a very clever sense of humor and you're right, I think Adrienne lacks a sense of humor. Perhaps growing up with such an abundance of wealth has stunted Adrienne's social skills. I mean, she can throw an event or speak publicly and interact well with people on a superficial level, but her personal skills seem to be lacking. Of course it is all speculation on my part, but she doesn't seem like the kind of female that has a "bestie", know what I mean?
PennysMommy TheresaHamer agree totally. She's entitled and only used to having yes people around her family business. She doesnt even seem to have any friends which explains why she is arrogant and stubborn about apologizing. In her selfish world she never has to apologize and friends are not important. If Lisa were a business client she'd probably apologize instantly, coz thats money.
@TheresaHamer ITA, Not only accusing Lisa but when Lisa denied ever selling stories, Adrienne said she didn't believe her. ......all this while on camera. I didn't see Adrienne and Paul as this loving couple either.......Adrienne seemed to have a very dry deadpan attitude with Paul. Not surprised when divorce went public.

Wow it wasn't a "disagreement" You accosted her at the reunion, accused her of selling "stories" You're fortunate she didn't take you to court for the slander.
Hopefully, you'll retire from the series after this run. Concentrate on the shoes and your children.
AudreyEH she should be grateful Lisa has even left the door open for her to apologize. If it were up to Ken, Adrienne would go the same way as Cedric. But the show must go on and I guess they have to be able to at least be in the same room at times. The TV storyline requires some plot advancement but in reality Lisa would just not associate with her again.
Please, Adrienne, stop mentionning Lisa. She is boring as hell and you sure have much more to share with us with all the great businesses you are involved in. Be the cool one of the bunch. Go full vegas mode, or full whatever mode. Take people to your universe. Turn the light on your activities and let the morally deficient ones alone.

Adrienne may have a lot of money but she lacks all if the following: class, humility, kindness, business acumen and beauty. It is her brothers who expanded the family empire/fortune, not her. The Maloofs are the kindest people anyone could meet. Inner and outer beauty. Too bad the same thing can not be said for sister Adreinne.

FYI...Lisa already apologized at the reunion.Lisa told you she was SORRY about the dog comment and shoe comment and you tried to destroy her on national TV. Adrienne, you should not have accused Lisa of selling stories unless you had evidence. Unlike many of the posters on here, however, I do not think Lisa is above it--not because she needs the money, but in order to boost herself up and knock others down. A typical Lisa move. Still, you should have kept silent unless you could provide evidence, since obviously Lisa is going to fight this accusation to the death.
Ad, You have changed girl and not for the best. Get back to the you you were in season one. I liked you so much then. Now you seem petty and small. Stop the mean girl act it's just not you. You were always so supportive and nice It's a shame to see you stoop so low.
Try to reach out to Lisa and Brandi, Those are the girls you want as friends. They will be there for you when you need a friend.

Just like how you throw in snide little remarks whenever you can about Lisa. Like in the limo w/Kim going to Yoloand's you ask how she is doing? You didn't care about her answer because as so as she said day by day and how she still get anxious about being around some people you immediately said "Like Lisa". Really? Then Paul goes on a childish rant. You 2 aren't the bickerson's anymore (no pun intended about your current situation) you and Paul lowered yourselves to acting younger than your children throwing a tantrum. It is really embarrassing to watch both of you.
Lisa has always felt a sense of entitlement. She looks down her nose at anyone she feels threatened by. She is actually a very petty & jealous person who can not be happy for anyone elses' success. She has to always have everyone think she is the best. Adrienne, you have always chosen your words carefully & have never went out of your way to be malicious to anyone. So one does need to take a moment & think, why would Adrienne ask Lisa about selling a story, if maybe there wasn't some truth to it? Lisa is not as perfect as she portrays herself to be.

I believe the truth was that Bernie the chef told her that Lisa sold stories when in fact it was Cedrick (who became friends with Bernie). Bernie the creepy chef.

@Sasyvee You really haven't been "watching" the show. Lisa is a realist and not phony at all. She is british an perhaps her accent gives you the impression that she is "looking own" on someone. She is not prententious nor fake and she won't act as if she likes someone if she doesn't. Adrienne, is the one who feels/felt a snse of entitlement. So much so that she felt she was entitled to have Lisa's Daughter's bachlerotte party at her hotel. Wth? Adrienne is also very jealous of Lisa. She was jealous of the attention Lisa was getting for her little Jiggy. Everyone, including Andy, loved Jiggy. And so what does jealous Adrienne do ? Purcahses a little dog as well, called him jackpot and presented a picture of him to Andy on wwhl.....just as Lisa had done the prior year. Adrienne is so lame. And she definitely owes Lisa an apology for the character assasination at the reunion show.
Who knew Adrienne was so thin skinned--holding every little joke Lisa ever made regarding Adrienne like a slap in her face.
