Kyle Is Being Influenced by the Wrong People

Joyce wishes that Kyle could see through Brandi's agenda -- and is surprised Carlton didn't stick up for Lisa more.

Hola Mis Amores! It's the season finale!

Before I dive into my opinions on the episode, I truly want to thank you for receiving me into your homes via TV and for the love I continuously feel from all of you. I want to shout out my wonderful fans who sent me the evil eye (which I wore in the Reunion) and another great fan who made me the stunning shoes I wore. I wanted to wear a little piece from my fans at the Reunion because it is you who are making this sometimes rocky journey worth it.

This Sunday is the big day of my charity event, Queen of the Universe, so I ask all of you to say a little prayer and send me all the positive energy. And if you are in the L.A. area please make sure to come and celebrate with me.

This week's episode was very telling to me.

I like both Kyle and Lisa. I like Kyle because she was open and kind to me at the very beginning when the other ladies were giving me their backs. I like Lisa because I've gotten to know her. She is very supportive and I I look up to her. After the Puerto Rico trip, I advised Kyle to really look at who instigated what. As much as I like Kyle, I do believe she was being influenced by the wrong people.

The recap of the lunch was extremely telling: Brandi was the one who brought up the tabloid rumors in front of everybody and Yolanda gave it credence by saying: "There is no smoke without fire." The only one at the luncheon to squash the tabloid rumors and said it was all nonsense was Lisa. And after all, the thing we should be questioning was who bought the tabloids in the first place and why? And who told Kyle about the rumors before the magazines even came out? That was Brandi! So for Kyle to believe Brandi (considering her track record of lying and creating drama for shock value) over Lisa doesn't make sense.

I told this to Kyle on multiple occasions as I didn't understand how she was believing every word Brandi said after Brandi had tried to talk crap about both Kyle and Kim to me from the beginning. I told Kyle what I thought because that is what friends do. I also told Lisa I believed she needed to be strong and confront the situation. I thought she needed to tell Brandi in front of Kyle that she was flat out lying. But after speaking to her more detailed about everything, I do understand how hurt she was and why she chose to simply walk away.

The entire Scheana thing remains ridiculous! I have now met her on multiple occasions and she has been nothing but sweet. People make mistakes -- that's what makes us human.

I saw Brandi and Scheana talk and agree to move on and get past their differences. I've seen Brandi being "nice" to Scheana (or at least "fake-nice," since I have experienced first hand that Brandi mastered that art). Brandi was "over" the Scheana issue. For her to now bring this up out of left field simply in order to find another contrived reason to attack Lisa, is vicious and lame at the same time. Lisa has been a great friend to Brandi. She even defended Brandi's inexcusable behavior to me earlier in the season.

I do feel Carlton should have stood up stronger for Lisa. At the time of the Beverly Hills Anniversary Party, she was the one who had the full inside from Lisa about what happened at the beach in Puerto Rico and she was the one with Lisa at Brandi's house when the alleged incident with the tabloids happened. I understand that it was a difficult situation for Carlton, as she likes Lisa but also has a strong relationship with Brandi. Nevertheless for the woman who loves to scream and swear, she seemed too tame and friendly with Brandi and Yolanda after Lisa poured her hear out to her about the attack.

Ken is my hero of the episode. A man who defends his lady is a true prince. I personally wouldn't take it any other way. I understand why he was upset from the beginning of the party. I admire how he stood up for his wife, defended his friendship with Mauricio, and told him flat out that the accusations were false. And, above all, I admire that he was not giving the Hollywood hypocritical kisses to everybody. He let them know what he thought about their behavior.

The most painful to watch was that Ken barely even touched Yolanda when she swatted him away. My husband and I didn't see the alleged aggression when it occurred. After Ken and Lisa left, Yolanda was shaking like a leaf, almost crying, and saying that she had never had a man put his hands on her. This became a big deal at the party and Carlton, Kyle, and myself were all shocked and felt genuinely sorry for her -- to the point where my husband gave Yolanda his jacket. Now that I have seen the "abuse" and it looks much more like Ken just reaching for her hand, I can't believe she would go to such lengths and try to assassinate his character.

In the middle of the drama called RHOBH, I still had fun at the party, as I had a lot of friends there and I had my husband there. Whenever we are together we manage to have fun even in the most dramatic circumstances.

All I can say is: enjoy life. It is a blessing and it is way too short, so don't try to make everything so heavy.

Sunday I am making a big announcement at my event so please stay tuned.

XOXO

Eileen: Trouble Is Brewing

Eileen discusses Adrienne's party and gives us an idea for a new drinking game.

This week, we’re all back home and the dust is settling. Sort of.

It broke my heart seeing Lisa R., Harry, and their girls take down their swing set! When we did the same with Jesse we felt that way. It’s such a powerful symbol of growing up and I think it’s so sweet that they celebrated the new chapter in their lives in that way.

I’m excited to go to Adrienne’s party! I wanted to have fun and enjoy a night out with my husband and friends. The party is beautiful, and Adrienne is a fantastic hostess. I was hoping to get to know her better but that was not to be. Trouble is brewing. Like I said in last week’s blog, maybe Lisa R. shouldn’t have approached Kyle about what Brandi said so soon after Amsterdam. But then again, we’ve already seen the worst, right? In Amsterdam? I hope?

Sure enough Kim confronts Lisa R. about what Brandi said during their lunch. Lisa is reticent, and understandably so, to discuss this. She’s dodging the issue, but maybe just saying what she said to Kyle would help everybody stop playing these games! Lisa R. being vague is not helping the situation and Kim leaves, apparently thinking that Kyle lied about it. Yolanda, Lisa V., Kyle, and I try to make Lisa understand she has to tell Kim what Brandi said. She gets it, and God bless her, she does go to talk to Kim. And when she does? Kim is dismissive and doesn’t want to hear it! OMG! Well, this is the definition of a lose/lose situation for everybody! Now, I’m just exhausted from even witnessing this. No one is listening or being honest, and it will never get resolved at this rate.

I think Brandi is having a bit of a memory problem about what was discussed.

Brandi is clearly distraught about her father’s health. Now is not the time to have emotionally charged conversations with anybody. I see Lisa V. trying to help, but the drama is so high right now, it doesn’t seem to be calming anything down. Brandi keeps insisting she’s fine, when clearly she’s not. Maybe she shouldn’t have come to this party, at all, under the circumstances?

Kim and Brandi finally sit down. Kim tells Brandi what Kyle said Lisa R. said. I think Brandi is having a bit of a memory problem about what was discussed. The bottom line is if she had told Kim everything that she said to Lisa R. during their lunch, that major blow-up probably never would have happened in Amsterdam. And Kim? Well, she doesn’t seem to want to do any digging at all into what Brandi really, entirely said and just gives her a big fat pass. Now, Lisa R. is apologizing AGAIN. WHY, people, WHY? I propose a Real Housewives Drinking Game: take a shot every time Lisa R. unnecessarily apologizes to Brandi and Kim (and you better have a designated driver, because you’ll be really, really drunk).

It’s the end of the night and the end of this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. What a journey it has been. I’ve made some good friends, had lots of adventures, lots of laughs, and, frankly, witnessed way too many fights. It surely has been one hell of a ride! And one I will not soon forget.
