Our favorite Bravolebs have never been afraid to tell us all about the fab diets they’re on in order to get their hot bods — just take Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow's bestselling book, The Dubrow Diet, and Padma Lakshmi’s detox recipe. And now, we finally have the secret to Kyle Richards’s stunning figure, too.
In a story on her Instagram, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress showed us a selection of healthy foods she’ll be eating as a part of a cleanse she’s doing for the new year, which includes soups, smoothies, and jars filled with salad accompaniments like spinach and quinoa. Each box is marked with a day of the week and a number, which we assume is the time of day one should have the meal.
“Tomorrow is back to school, back to reality, and I’m starting my 2019 off right with the Elissa Goodman soup cleanse,” said Kyle in the story. “I loved it last time, and I cannot wait to do this again.”
That’s right: This isn’t the first time the beauty’s done the detox: She previously tried the five-day cleanse in December, after the chaos of Thanksgiving, and it seems it was so effective, she had to go right back to it. According to the website, the strict diet is a mostly vegetarian program consisting of superfood elixirs, juices, shakes, teas, and salads. It eliminates sugar, dairy, unhealthy fats and animal proteins from one’s diet, and is designed to boost energy, assist weight loss, and help the immune system.
But it isn’t as if Kyle is a constant binger, though: The fit mama follows a pretty strict low-carb diet most of the time, and sips a pre-dinner celery juice every day. However, after the lack of routine during the holiday season, we all need a little reset ... and it seems that Kyle has found the one that works best for her.
