This time, she responded to a fan's question on Twitter about breakfast suggestions. The fan described not feeling hungry when she wakes up, but recognizing she needs fuel to get her day going.
Teddi responded that water is the first thing she recommends consuming to get the day going. "First, drink a glass of water before anything. Then, you can’t go wrong with a serving of oatmeal with fresh berries."
Another fan asked Teddi about her favorite veggie combo for soups. Teddi's answer? Spinach, mushroom, and cabbage.
When it comes to dinner, Teddi explained that she likes to cap off her day the way she started it: by eating light.
