Mary I love the video of your Charity events for Kidney Heart and Lung Disease. I thought the Fashion Art Chartiy event was spectacular and Bravo missed the mark by not airing it. Really? They couldn't find a time slot to air that but we had to watch Michaele get hair, makeup and lies! What are the producers doing in that edit room???? Anyway BRAVO to you Mary....you're a favorite!!

Hi! This is not meant to be an insult, merely an observation. I really like Stacy and her husband a lot. I did notice that she pointed out to you Mary that you change your vernacular (sp?) when talking. But did she notice that she did the same thing when she told the story of how Jason 'rolled' into the Nigerian Embassy? I've never heard so much talk about race for people that are supposedly not talking about race. It made me sad. Especially being our nations capital.

After the last reunion show is over and your final post, I hope you can finally quit having to discuss Michaele. It hurts you and yours to dwell on her. I know you love Cat but I believe Cat's critical spirit brought a lot of her problems on herself. Cat also disclosed too many details of her husband's job on camera.

Mary, I really enjoyed watching you at the beginning of the season. You were funny and lighthearted and seemed to be the one person who was the most level-headed. I thought that a lot of what the Salahis did was in very very poor taste. Especially the incident with Lolly not to mention the State Dinner mess. I can't imagine what it must have been like to have this one important agenda item to promote and it being completely overshadowed by the antics of a few others. But, I can't say that I was very impressed with your behavior towards them at the end of the season. You became very catty and gossipy and it was incredibly disappointing. To laugh at another's misfortunes, whether brought upon themselves or not, is not something I would've expected from you. You spoke a lot about what type of behavior is best representative of the people of DC. I would hope that the way you acted towards the Salahis at the end of the season is not indicative of that behavior.

i enjoyed the show very much. i did not think i would,but you guys have as much drama as the new jersey girls, and i love,love,love that show.(so glad danielle is gone, that was bad karma). you and your family deserve much more air time. i would enjoy seeing family life more and the everyday happpenings from all your girls (except erica,dont care for her). good luck on getting bravo to air more of your charity events and i watched the video and loved Lollys' painting. looking forward to seeing you-all next time (can do without the S.two)

Dear Mary, thank you for writing this wonderful heart filled Blog. You answered so many of my questions concerning the WH take-over of the D.C. Housewives.

It would be wonderful if Bravo would air this "cutting" of the Charity Event. It is truly sad the WH Cirus Event stole the show. It would be a graceful completion of "gone-wrong" and an opportunity for all of the viewers to have a new fresh view of the D.C. Housewives.

I am viewer of Bravo, a C-Surviver, I do request that Bravo air this "cut" viewing of Mary's Charity Event. I believe this is possible Mary.

Mary, please do not change one thing about your wonderful natural self. We girls in the South love our wine, the good cheer, the toast, the sharing and we feel right at home with you. Love seeing the good cheer side of life. I viewed the video if the Charity Event, Mary you are lovely. I want to see more. I love, love the art. It this Lolie's art? I see why you support her talent. Mary, I am seriously disappointed that you chose to use the term "tranny alert" to describe how "horrified" you were about how you looked on the day of the reunion. Transgender people experience extreme emotional and physical brutalities because, particularly as they transition, other people are not tolerate or understanding. In fact, transpeople are a particularly vulnerable population to harassment and hostility. Your comment only serves to trivialize their lives and, therefore, legitimize the ill regard and violence done against them.

Just would like to comment on how rude I thought you were to Michaele, you know she should not be ganged up on by you and the others for the White House incident. By watching the show, it is obvious to me that she honestly did not know that they were not invited to the dinner. Maybe you and the other ladies should give her the benefit of the doubt and stop making life miserable for Michaele. I can see that you and the other so called ladies are not liking that Michaele gets more attention than you. Try to open your heart a little more.

Mary, You have a beautiful family and you are a beautiful woman. The reunion show was very good. Michale was lost without her husband there to answer for her. You all were great on your own. If they do not have anything to hide, then why she deverts all questions to something that makes absolutely no sense at all?

Mary, you are kind of a bully whether you want to believe it or not. You did participate on the Michaela attack during the reunion show. It was like 3 against 1 at times. I have to give her credit for not slinging mud back (more often).

And to say that you don't say bad stuff about people is a laugh. You did say bad things about Michaela and to blame that on her is ridiculous. You can't say you don't say bad stuff about people and then later say it just about one person.

It is just like in one episode where you said you didn't have best friends, only dearest friends....and then described the lady who owns the furniture store as your best friend.

This is the first cast besides OC that seems real with the exception of "the one." Mary you have been delightful and real, and I am truly dissapointed that Bravo was not able to show your charity. Your family is beautiful, funny, warm, and charming warts and all.

You did an amazing job staying sane with the circus act you were forced to film with. You and Lynda have known her the longest yet she continues to re-invent herself and her history with you. I believe that is called a psychopath, not sure but whatever it is it is not good nor is it healthy for any of you to be around. Continue on with your charity work and being the good wife and mother that you are.

Mary, I to watched the bonus chip of your event and you looked beautiful. As a Mother myself I saw your pride for Lolly and her art. I wish her good luck in the future. As for the Salahi's they are clearly delusional and in denile, they will never admit what they did or the damage it caused the other wifes. Michaele most of all lives in her make believe world that Tareq has created for them. One can only feel pity for them. Good luck and we will see you in TV land!

I watch all the housewives shows, and come on, prior to signing on to these shows you must know that for good, bad or ugly your world will be exposed, and the publicity may benefit you or damage you. I love watching these shows- the entertainment value is high, but cannot feel sympathy for those housewives who want compassion when the results of being on this type of show is negative. you must determine before signing on if you can handle what may come.

Great job on the charity event. I watched the video and Lolly's work is very good. It should have been in the show.

LOL... I totally agree with you. I wish we had seen your charity event. That is one reason I became reality TV fan. I want to see other people's lives around the country - warts and all. The Salahis DID hijack the show and that was such a shame. My hope is you all come back for season 2 sans the Salahis. It will be a much better show. PS: LOVE your salon integration idea. I am sure you are one of those women using charity to promote their name and feel above other people...All the wrong reasons. I don't see any great heart on you or any brain working out at all. You took most of your time to talk on TV to talk about a your closet...How sad is that? You really have nothing important to say at any time, that is why you introduced yourself to the show claiming "I don't make money. I spend money"... in other words, I really don't care for anyone else other than myself.

Michaele/Tareq have nothing to do with your name being tarnished, nor Cat being 'uninvited' from the White House Christmas Party. The fact that you all did the show to begin with is what has tarnished your reputation. You all were not 'socialites' nor 'society' people to begin with. A show of this caliber may be fun to watch, but to actually DO this type of show is really lowering your life standards. A person with class would just simply not do this show.

Shocked watching you demand credentials from Michaela about her illness. She owes you nothing of the sort, its her business and hers alone and I really don't think she gives two hoots if you think she has it or not. Speaking of anomolies...you are one in my eyes. You are "out to lunch" nearly all the time and seem like all fluff. So there, YOU are my anomoly!

The comments run the gamut, but I think I agree most with the feeling that your actions became increasingly negative and I grew to like your time on the show less and less with each episode. It seems like you are trying too hard (too desperate and awkward) to change your image with younger clothes and shoes, and it is beginning to look like you're having some "work" done.

It is becoming difficult to watch you on the show, and the different dialects and behavior for different people is offensive.

Please! Leave Mary alone...she has every right to question those two! Mary, you are awesome. No need to apologize for your behavior--either during the season or the reunion show. I've really enjoyed RHoDC...hope you are back for season 2. Loved Lynda calling out Andy. Sorry...but Michaele is getting what she deserves.

Please tell me that there is a Season 2 and that you will come back for it! Also, I am SO excited to read that you have partnered up with Cancer Schmancer. I have a family history of uterine cancer, and I technically fall into the "high risk" category, which is scary at the age of 42. So, anything that goes to help this organization is great news to me!!

Ummm.......just disassociate yourself from the "Mean Girls" i.e. Cat and Lynda...hang out with Stacie, you are the only two that seem to have your head on well enough to rise above the drama. It's only a matter of time before Lynda and Cat pull you down with them.

You truly have so much to offer the world and it is sad that your most important contributions were left on the cutting room floor so to speak. If you are wise, you will distance yourself from Cat and move away from the Salahi train wreck. Stay positive and be a lady.

I really liked you on this show. You seemed pretty real. I think people are mistaking the way your eyes are shaped for "being on". I live in VA and have been here all of my life. I love it here. Thanks for being so genuine and I love your large family. Your husband is a cutie too! I am sorry that your series is probably the lowest rated Housewives due to people being tired of hearing and seeing the lies and manipulation of the Salahis. If they are gone in the future, I will watch you ladies and enjoy it!

So -- from what I gather, you ladies (?) feel Michaele has somehow changed grossly from before she was married to this wierd-o and should be burned at the stake for being a social climber.

Just some observations -

1. Michaele never exhibited anything but friendliness, love and respect to everyone on this awful series.

2. I'm sure you don't have to be told that Michaele certainly would have no market on good women in unfortunate marriages. Your lack of sensitivity as women is incredible. Mary, remember - charity generally starts at home before it starts at a social fund raiser. You better hope that some of your potential contributors don't see your uncharitable personal behavior.

3. Cat and Mary, it is you who appear to be the anomalies. Did your desires to be more of a center of attention in this series bring about such antagonistic behavior to these people ? Cat, I'm sure your new found friends will slowly but surely distance themselves from you. The 'mean girl' gig usually eventuates in only other mean girls associating with you.

So ladies, tell the world what exactly bothered you all so much that merited the level of mean-spirited and toxic comments toward Michaele ?

Your show and reunion just seemed to highlight that distrubing behavior in supposedly educated and blessed people is alive and well. Sad.

The Salahis usurped much of the real-world news, as well as the entire BRAVO season, not just the finale, and in doing so, I am sorry we did not get to see your charitable event. I am sure it was as elegant and lovely as you, and that you helped to make money for a worthy cause. Despite the Salahis getting the air time, which admittedly, I was waiting to witness, your charity likely will still soar from your promotion of it here, and from your glorious visibility of RHODC in general. You done good, Mary, even if people stayed away because of the association with the Salahis. That will pass. Who knew???!!! I see some people on here are mentioning how she was growing more negative toward the Salahis. Don't forget that they confronted her, in front of people, on national television, without her husband, about her daughter. Imagine how "negative" you would grow toward someone who did that
