LOVE IS BLIND!!!!!

First of all, I just would like to say, I live in DC and have for years. I watch most all the Housewives shows. For me, it's was a good thing Michaele and Tareq were on the show this season. Otherwise, it would have been a huge flop! The other "wives" with the exception of Stacie, were a massive whining bore. All they did was talk dirt about everyone. In all the discussion I have with people who watch the show feels the same.

Frankly, none of the women on the show this season are a real reflection of women/wives in Washington, DC. If the show continues next year, I hope some of the cast leave the show: Mary, Cat and Lynda. Replace them with women that truly reflect the action in DC. One of the most interesting people/character on the show this year was Edwina Rogers.

Bottom line, the show could be great! More real life Washington topics, less petty drama and name calling. A change of cast is a must. I'm sure Bravo can find a better cast of legitimate mover and shakes. Get rid of the has beens! If not for the Salahi's "story", it would have been a change the channel this year.

When so many people have a negative opinion of you it's time to start taking some self inventory and asking some tough questions. Every one can't be wrong. You have to play a role in that some where? With that being said my condolences for the loss of a loved one.

I don't know what really went down...but your cast mates are hateful people! To invite someone into their home to tell you what to do and what you did wrong...is wrong. Shame on them. Watching you on tv and cheering like it is a WWF...come on...get some class girls. Cat needs to learn to shut it.

Michelle, I have to admit, I grudgingly watch you and smile. You are true to your game, and I have to respect that. My take on the event was that at the first checkpoint, the video showed the lax security sending you through after she couldn't find your names on her list. Once you got past the first checkpoint, the other checkpoints didn't question you. I am a retired police officer, and have worked many events with high security in New York City. I know that if the first checkpoint allows a person through, the next ones probably and wrongly will not check it out, and think you belong.

I think maybe everyone other than Cat and Paul took the reaction kind of far left, but I do think your actions could inspire someone who does not have good intentions to try to get in to the White House too, and that's scary. I feel bad for Cat, because your actions impacted her husband at work, and her invitation at the White House. Paul tried so hard to see your point of view, but he lost the battle. I hope you two have been able to sort things out.

You and your husband were so obviously used as scapegoats in the White House affair. The other housewives absolutely disgusted me with their back-biting comments. They are clearly jealous of you. How funny that they call you plastic, they need to look more closely in the mirror at themselves. I wish you the best and hope everything gets better for you.

Michaele I think you are very sweet. The behavior of backstabbing and gossiping that the other cast members engage in show a very dark side of who they are. No one ever sees you do this. You never talk about anyone behind their back. Cat thinks she is the honest one but she is simply the rude one. They are bullies and hypocrites. Stay the way you are. The only thing I would like to see is your husband and his family make amends.

You were never charged with a crime and it is time to drop the dinner talk. The government has bigger issues that need to be resolved. I think you had a friend in Mary BEFORE the Lolly talk at the winery . I think Cat's behavior and her own unkind words about Obama and the US lost her invite to the holiday celebration not you. Cat knocked Obama,Tyra Banks,Sarah Palin,Maryland, Americans, and the United States health care system on TV.

I really don't believe that Stacie and Jason meant to attack but were curious and wanted some answers (most friends would... believe it or not). Kat on the other hand did but also had complete reasoning behind it, to meet the President of the U.S....which was taken away from her just for associating. Nice & sincere individuals but seem to be trying to be on top of the world not caring about the toes that are stepped on. Consequences should be thought of before moving on any action. The Salehis seem like lovely people. I think they honestly believed they had been invited to the White House because of actions by various White House employees, as the newsclip of their attorney indicates. As for the cast of the show, the DC folks, I find them all rather unappealing as humans.

I think the reason you are getting such a bad reception from people is the way you are portraying yourself. Unfortunately there always seems to be something that doesn't appear legit and you don't offer explanations like most people would that make sense. I don't want to be mean, because you don't seem mean but someone should give you better advice. Do you have people around you that advise you and your husband on your PR??? Fire them and get someone new. Honestly, you appear to be in a bubble. No one is out to get you, they just can tell that you are hiding things and no one, including the public likes to be made a fool of. If you want to be in the spotlight and have people take you seriously and not feel sorry for you then you should learn to be more honest not live in denial. Good luck to you, I hope you sort your life out because watching you on this show is painful.

I don't see why all the negativity is pointed towards this couple! They seem very nice and loving and anyone who expends all their time drumming up ill feelings toward someone, really needs to look in the mirror. I think it's awesome that they genuinely love each other. It's nice to see people be happy and positive in this day and age. I wish them good luck and to rock on! I believe you. I can not believe that the men and women who are there to protect our president would allow people to 'crash' the white house. I believe they know what they are doing and only the best are hired. I liked Mary until she became part of the mean girls group. You are smarter than that Mary, move on. If I were in the area I would love to frequent Oasis. I think k that people need to look at themselves and realize they have become bullies and stop. Our children are killing themselves because of being bullied.

We know there must be more to it or there would have been charges. I would like some of the congressmen to have specified how your visit was a threat to the country or the president. If anything, it pointed out a breach in security so they can fix it! As for plastic, I hope your "friends" realize when they watch that they are themselves fake, plastic people who talk bad about each other and then hug and kiss up in person. What a sad bunch!

My ex-sister-in-law suffers from MS. Sadly, unlike you, she deteriorated within a few years of being diagnosed, now being in a wheel chair, legally blind and cannot even feed herself. The one thing every doctor has always made a point of saying to her is to keep herself away from stress as much as possible. I would think your health would be more important than being in the stressful situation this season presented.

At least God knows all and that's all that matters. :) Its between you and god.. not you and tareq .. you can't fool god.. so if you came to the white house thinking you were invited.. then that's all that matters... no lies to god :)

I've thought you were beautiful from the beginning. You were the only woman on there to NEVER talk about the other women behind their backs. Their jealousy was obvious. You can't fake being as sweet as you are for as long as you have been without it being real. You ARE a sweet and good person. I wish you the best.

I want to say that i think your fellow cast mates were cruel and hypocritical toward you. I don't know what the truth is, but I was very upset that your fellow cast mates could be so two faced to the both of you. just remember when they all were pointing fingers at you, two; there were 3 fingers pointing right back at them!

I liked Andy interview with Tareq and Michaele today. Andy was so human with both and regardless the situation it is sometimes good to pass through difficult times in life just to remind us who our real friends are. Its amazing how everyone in that show turned against ....where you surprised about how they react towards you?.....and I have a question for Michaele where can we find any books for you regarding positive and negative personality and how to get rid of negative and let positive control us. And really would like you to talk more about MS...

I don't know. I like you. Watching the other housewives wishing you would be handcuffed and go to jail...cheering at your pain, made me think about the bullying epidemic going on right now.

I think that fact that BRavo spent the whole season on you and your husband speaks volumes about how boring the other house-witches of DC really are. They tried to come off as freindly or above it all, but showed themselves to be nothing more than back stabbing, gossipy things that needed to be endured. Sadly i endured it week after week,mostly, and am kicking myself for those hours i wont get back. I hope you go on to better things than this.

Love you guys! I have from the beginning! You and your hubby are the only reason I can tolerate the RHODC. The other women are so mean and jealous of you two! They obviously were never taught how to play nice in the sand box. Didn't they watch RHONY and see where the mean girls ended up and how the nice girl (Bethenny) with her own show!?! It is frightening to see how evil and jealous people can use power and media to ruin people. The seeds of jealousy and anger were planted at the beginning of the series and have now grown to epic proportions. You are beautiful and rich and famous... you are destined to be hated by some.

I have watched all the housewives shows (love them all)...I have to say out of all the housewives and all the shows these women in this episode are the most ill behaved and worst housewives I have see to date!! I think you are a gentle hearted person! I really believe that Tareq meant it when he said he felt bad about confronting Mary. Mary is such a hypocrite - she thinks she is handling the situation with class but really she is a "mean girl"! I do not care for her at all and it has been uncomfortable watching her condemn the two of you!! I think her daughter was involved with something with the polo gear because of the way she reacted to you talking to Mary about it. Cat - well she is another story - very different.

Bravo is brilliant! The public knew all about the Salahis and the White House dinner before the show even aired. So we of course were all going to watch to see what really happened. But we still don't know after weeks of watching, but Bravo sucked us in, again. Like I said, Brilliant!

I watch the housewives shows for entertainment. There always is one "wive" that's only there to deliver the drama...and on this show, it's you. So if you stay, you need to accept that it won't change. It's your role. But none of the other wives are as real or as sweet as you. There's a lot of unanswered questions floating around about you and Tareq, but from what I do see, you are refreshingly sweet, and I can't say that about any of your cast mates. Good luck.

Girl, Stay strong! You are a beautiful, intelligent, loving woman, on the inside and the outside. Your castmates are seeting of jealousy because you are not a fat pig, because your marriage is a love story (not without struggles like we all have) and because you and your husband are a team. Don't let the petty, juvenile, ugly (inside and out) cast mates get/bring you down. You will overcome any struggles and become stronger and prevail in the end. America doesn't believe for a second you crashed a white house dinner. You were obviously invited, someone may not have done their job in getting paperwork through and to cover for their errors, you are the fall-guys. I applaud your composure in so many situations that I would probably have put some ladies, and I say that will kindness, up against the wall. Going to England in 2002, Cat is so familiar with the attitude of many women in England. Here in America we are considered as spoiled so watching Cat do her thing still brings back the memories of how they call themselves PROPER? I still laugh a bit.

Stand as you are, true to yourself and let the world do their thing.

Good luck, continue to hold your heads high, many realize what a lady you are and what superficial friends you have in the DC housewives. Sometimes it's best to remove yourself from negative "friends" and have a positive day.

Just loved the way you handled yourselves on the show. If you weren't invited to the White House, it would have gone down differently. I'm sorry you won't be back, but the other housewives are so jealous of you and your energy, that it's best for you and your husband to take a break. Go back to the things you do best. Michaela you have shown what a strong, gracious, and beautiful housewife you are, I respect your courage and positive attitude. That is why I watch the show, to see housewives balance family life while pursuing their passions. Along our journeys we find friends who turn out to be merely aquaintances, and aquaintances who turn out to be true friends, so I wish you more of the latter :) and wish you and your husband all the best.

It's so beautiful the way you and your husband look at each other, it's obvious that he loves you very much. The Turners should be ashamed of how they treated you. They were delighted that you were in trouble. Do you think Bravo set this whole thing up for ratings, maybe even tipping off the press???

I thought you looked so nice at the State Dinner...and believe and have always believed it was a miss communication and you both were, regretfully set as an example because of their mistake. Sorry for all the problems that this event created for you both and is still creating for you both. It was a public flogging and and because it was a state dinner and widely publicized...it'll hang with the both of you forever. That will be a label you both will never be able to get rid of.

I sort of understood why the ladies jumped on the band wagon in believing you and Tariq crashed the White House party being that they've stated numerous times in previous episodes that you party crash all the time. However, I didn't like how they were rooting and cheering at the possibility that your lives would be destroyed. I can't wrap my head around why they would be so mean to the point of hate? Especially Mary, I don't know what her beef is with you? But whatever it is, she really REALLY don't like you and Tariq. Look, I don't know if you were invited or not but its plain to see that there was a HUGE misunderstanding and communication breakdown somewhere. And because of this, these actions have forever affected your lives negatively as well as others. I am only a viewer and don't know anything about your life. So I most certainly don't have anything against you. I will only pray for you and will wish you both the best in health, well being, and all postive future endeavors you seek to achieve.

I don't know what to think. I have watched the whole season and while I think some of the things said by the others was cruel I think you brought it on yourselves. They are just fed up especially after what happened with Mary and the way she was attacked by you about her daughter. You should never go after someones child, and doing so in front of others is not right. I just think it is time for you to go and get on with your lives. Best of luck.
