My husband says your not going to make it on the show because your are too calm, rational, intelligent, & are not crazy enough to hang with those woman. Oh and he said you were very pretty... hence why I don't like you. HA Kidding, your awesome Ana. You are surrounded by a bunch of lunatics!!! Be careful Chicka!  The relationship you have with your lovely daughters is nice to watch. People are jealous and say mean things all the time that's the way life is brush it off your shoulders. You are very classy and you don't have to lower yourself to that horrible embarrassing behavior.  Your going to have to do something a little coo coo though or they will cut you out the show because your to rational.... maybe you can keep giving the loca advice and then repremend her when she doesn't take it.... that was funny to watch... You need to get a life. You have been harping on Karent since the show has started.  I believe you wanted her little boyfriend. Why don't you finally divorce that husband of yours so that he can free like he desparately wants to be.

I think you are the one that stirs the pot with Karant. You are a bit jealous and started the whole thing from episode one. You are very clever, you do the whispering and sit back and let the loud mouths do your dirty work.

What exactly is your problem with Karent? And what heinous thing did she do you to make you talk about her behind her back so much? Please tell me it's not about the Rodolfo, that's just silly.  Karent maybe annoying, but I'm finding all of you annoying in some fashion.  How your ex ever deals with you is beyond me.   Let the man go live his life already.  You could be a nice person, but ganging up and joining in on Adrianna's cattiness towards Karent doesn't make you look good, it makes you look petty and jealous.

You are a class act and thanks for the recipe, I shall give it a try.  I like that you tell people how you feel without insulting or resulting to violence.

If you visit any of the Southern States like NC, SC, GA, TN, etc. you will find a lot of people like Karent.  They are friendly, kind and smile all of the time.  The problem is that the people in South Florida are rude and jaded. Definately not the way our Cuban parents brought us up to be.  I am 47 and came here when I was 2.  It is appalling to see how the ladies act. How dare Adrianna make that comment about Polish immirants when she can barely speak English!

Karent is not showing self control and decency she is just a two face that wants to be relevant in everything ! please do yourself a favor don't keep telling that story about Rodolfo craving cuban ? i don't think you could possibly be craving mexican ? but sometimes that's how it comes across ! you are not competing with Karent ! You are also a professional but you are not trying to be relevant and stirring the pot and  Rodolfo is not a price he's more of a consolation price for the loser  nobody  deserves that loser !

The fact that you would text a guy knowing he was in a relationship is acting like a desperate women, don't they have enough men in Florida to go around?!?!? Then at the party when she brought him, you still were jealous as if you wanted him, ughh!! You shouldn't be angry at Karent or jealous, you should be angry at the guy for playing you for a fool!!!!  Get over it, you and Karent could probably end up being the best of friends on the show!!  

I am beginning to get the feeling that the older women, Ana, Adrianna and Alexia , are just jealous of the younger, prettier, more successful new castmates, Joanna, Lisa and Karent.

Your issues with Karent are so petty and juvenile, you really need to grow up. I think that Adrianna is just toxic and immature and lacks any class.  She is over 40 and she acts like a 12 year old....

You are the standout in this classless crowd. Karent is poison, Joana is beyond low class, please don't let them affect you in any way.

Oh, Ana! So disappointed that you let the episode speak for itself. I love your witty take on the events. But, it is true. The episode spoke volumes. There are times I think you'd be such a great person to hang to with;  intelligent,  accomplished, and passionate (about relationships and cooking).  But watching you constantly gossip and nitpick about Karent is so irritating, and makes you seem like a petty, nasty human being.  You started out ahead in your initial interaction with her, but you go downhill (and fast) with every negative word you say about her. Although, ironically, Karent should probably thank you and the other nasties- she's getting much more support than she would have gotten than if she had to rely on just her personality alone. 

Amazing relationship with your daughters and love your cooking skills...not sure any other of the housewives can cook..heeh!

You are my favorate. Keep it classy, don't engage and keep sharing your story! You are also beautiful and natural. Listen to the fodder and take a moment to respond. Much of it is not worth your time. Joanna asking you for advice speaks volumes about who you are and what you represent.  

You know, I TRY to be fair and to give everyone a chance, but Karent makes it so diffcult and last night clinched  & confirmed what I had thought  all along.  She loves to stir up trouble and then play the innocent victim.  Case in point:  SHE was the one who asked Joe Francis (with a gleeful smile on her face, no less) if he had slept with the two sisters.  Up until then, he only said he dated them.  Then when he admitted yes, she RAN to Joanna to tell her poor "friend" that Joe Francis was badmouthing her.  If that isnt the epitome of a hypocrite, I don't know what is.     And who is she to tell Marysol about what is appropriate to wear and what isn't?  For someone who "claims" to be mature and above all that silliness, she sure as hell acts like a nosy petty teenager.    She is very difficult to sympathize with, but she brings it all upon herself. I don't know if it's intentional or she just lacks any common sense.

You're smart, beautiful, and a great mom...a rare combination.  Being that you're career and family-minded, of course you are going to come across as more serious.  I do admire your relationship with your girls as well.  

You are awesome and most definitely my FAVORITE housewife at of all the cities!!! Your blog was spot on. People's true character was revealed. And hopefully people see what Marysol has been dealing with. That James guys is such a jerk, how dare he get physical and throw someone in the pool. Why does he think he is above everyone else?  

In regards to your relationship with your daughters, yes it is unorthodox, particular for me, having been raised by a traditional Latina mother, but that doesn't mean your way is wrong. It is just a little odd to see. But if it works for you and your daughters than that is all that matters.  

Why is someone, who'd rather smile through good or bad situations, mostly perceived by many as "fake"? Such a mystery, really. And sadly, it seems, these days, good manners and self-restraint seem to be getting the negative reactions. As if only the ones that are aggressive, inconsiderate, and "in your face" are the ones considered "real". Not one person is perfect, and yet, just because someone chooses to be bubbly and friendly, even if they may be a tad awkward, others just decide they're not genuine. Whatever happened to putting ourselves in others' situations? And not just with people that we may like or may be like? It's called EMPATHY.

Ana I truly enjoy your time on the show.  You do have a great relationship with your children and your ex-husband..kudos!  But I wish you would quit hanging out with Adriana and behaving as if you are still in high school...you have to much class for that.  I feel sorry for Karent if her current boyfriend is cheating on her and  you as a women should have some compassion i would hope.

Ana, I think that because of Rodolfo or whatever Karent's boyfriend's name is you cannot be objective about her.  As an attorney I expected more of you.  Joe Francis is scum.  Just imagine if he had said to you that he had slept with Alexia or Marysol, would you not have gone and told them, immediately? 

Karent is new to the show and so far (even though I can't stand her smile), she has shown more class in how she handled herself than you, Alexia and Adriana.  Yes, Karent is navigating her way through the craziness, just have a bit of compassion.

As another viewer said, "Yes, Karent should not have scolded Marysol about the fur.  Nor should she have dragged that kiss and tell over to Joanna.  But at least she had good intentions." The viewers do not understand why some of the ladies are making a socially awkward woman (i.e. Karent) into the devil. The way Marysol responded to her at the party was text book high school snob. Very unglamorous. And again, none of these blogs show real self-reflection (the ability to be critical of one's self whether or not the outcome is positive). I may not identify with Karent, but I feel for her. It's too much.

Ana, I Iike you as a housewife and I adore the relationship you have with your girls.  As a mother of two girls myself, your interactions make me smile.  On the hand, I think you spent too much time bashing Karent on the show. And it all started with this whole drama with Rodolfo.  In the end, his true colors will show.  In the meantime, maybe you should give Karent a chance.
