Caroline explains why she rather be a bully than a coward.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Wow, I’ve got a lot on my mind after watching this episode, I hope I can get all of my thoughts out without writing a novel!

First, let's talk about Teresa and her delivery. How hilarious is she?! I remember going to the hospital to deliver all three of my kids, nowhere in sight was there makeup, jewelry, and heels! Only Teresa!!! I have to say, she was fabulous! Watching the labor was intense, ughhh, there’s got to be a better way! How many women out there were brought right back to the day you gave birth? I know I was, I was watching with a friend of mine and we were both feeling every contraction along with Teresa! Joe was cute; I think it’s amazing how most men don't have any idea how to deal with their wives in the delivery room. You can see that he felt bad for her, and he was proud of her too. He just didn’t know how to tell her or what to do to make things better for her. I’ll never forget my husband when I was in labor with Albie, there I was in the delivery room for hours (16), and right smack in the middle of everything my husband tells me, "Hon, I think I’m going to go get a turkey sandwich with your Dad, you going to be OK?" Ummm ... yeah, I guess that’s a man for ya! So, when I was watching Juicy Joe, I have to say, I get it. Audrianna is a little beautiful nugget, and just like her sisters she is larger than life already! The scene with Jac and Nicholas visiting was priceless, could there be a match in the future? We’ll have to wait and see I guess! I thought it was really cute the way Teresa asked Dina to be the Godmother, can you imagine the way that child will be dressed? Between Dina and Teresa she should be quite the fashionista!

Christopher, Christopher, Christopher ... I remember the day he was born, I called my mom and said, "Mom, he has the biggest Charlie Brown smile on his face!" To this day, that smile is ever present. However, I don’t recall saying, "Mom, he’s going to be the owner of a strip club one day!" Al and I have always told our kids to follow their dream, whatever it might be. Two rules that can never be broken – don’t ever do anything illegal, and don’t ever do anything with intent to hurt someone. Beyond that, it’s their life, their choices, we can only sit back, watch, and hope for the best. Christopher handled both the car wash and the Gentlemen’s Club experiences the way I would have expected him to. He was professional and focused. Naturally, he put his little Christopher twist into the mix, but did you expect anything different? For those of you who aren’t quite sure what he does on a day-to-day basis, I will tell you. He works at The Brownstone as a manager booking and overseeing parties, as well as managing the valet department. He works six days a week, 15 hours a day. I’m proud to say that he just purchased a two family home as an investment property. Not bad for a 20 year old, wouldn’t you agree? Oh wait, he’s 21 TODAY! Happy birthday baby, mommy loves you! I don’t know what the future holds for him, but I can guarantee that whatever path Christopher is on in life, it will be ablaze with smiles and God willing, health and success. One thing I CAN guarantee, both Albert and I will be his biggest supporters, watching from the sidelines, cheering him on.

OK, let's talk about the charity event at The Brownstone. First and foremost, please understand that this is an event that The Brownstone has catered for at least ten years. Imagine my surprise to find out that Danielle was to attend! I’ve never seen her at a charity event in the past, so naturally, my hackles went up. I’m not proud of my reaction, I have to be honest, but I just didn’t get it, something just didn’t seem right. Maybe I’m paranoid, maybe I’m just being a bitch, I guess we’ll have to see how this plays out. One favor, stick with me on this one. If I’m wrong, then I’m wrong, let’s see what the next couple of episodes reveal.

Ummm, Danny? Danny who? I was shocked, appalled, mortified, and disgusted as I watched that scene. Body guards? What??? For the record, I’ve never, ever, in my life threatened Danielle Staub or anyone else for that matter. Actually, this is the first and only time that I’ve ever confronted anyone at this level. It doesn’t make me happy, and it isn’t something I gloat about. There are times in life when you just have to deal with situations in a manner that is so out of the normal realm of your world. This is that moment for me. Once again, I would rather be thought of as a bully than a coward. The only thing I fear from this Danny person (who by the way, neither I, nor anyone in my family have ever seen him or heard of him before) is his circa 1974 feather haircut. This should be interesting, watch along with me, and tell me what you think.

Dina and her meeting at Jacqueline’s house. Pleaseeee, leave me alone! I was at home, minding my business, when I got a call to report to Jacqueline’s. First of all, I meant what I said, if Dina wants to have closure from Danielle it has to come from Dina, no one else!!! Then I'm told I'm crazy, OK, I’m crazy, guess what? We’ll see who’s crazy when you make an attempt to have a conversation where you tell someone that even though I don’t have a problem with you, I don’t want any part of you. Why bother? You know how it’s going to end. Save yourself the aggravation. Why is it I always get in trouble when giving advice? Guess what, then DON’T ASK. Don’t call me. If someone thinks enough of my opinion, the least I can do is tell the truth, I owe them that much. Wouldn’t you agree?

As for Jacqueline and Ashley, I agree with Chris and Dina. Iron hand Jacqueline, iron hand!!! I feel like parents today give their kids too much rope. Guess what, you know what happens when you give someone too much rope? They "hang themselves." As a parent you have to watch your children and guide them, and when they’ve taken on "too much rope," you have to reign them in and set them straight. I give Jacqueline credit, she’s trying her best, but Ashley needs to get focused on her life and start moving in a positive direction. I have faith in Ashley, I really do. PS: Did you see Nicholas in Jac’s lap? How cute is the little man!!!

Oh my God, this blog has worn me out! There are better days ahead, I promise! I’m as sick of the Danielle drama as you are, trust me! I can only hope that in the end you will all have watched this show and enjoyed yourselves for one hour each Monday evening, and taken yourselves away from all the "crazy" both good and bad, that may be present in your lives! As always, thank you for watching, and I’ll see you all next week!

Xoxo
