How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Hey guys, it looks like we're getting down to the wire, are you sick of us yet? I hope not!!!

I don't know about you, but I liked this episode, well, most of it.

Teresa and Joe crack me up. The dynamic between the two of them is hysterical. Joe is worried about the bill and Teresa wants it to be FABULOUS. I think Teresa won that battle, but I'm sure Christopher took it easy on Joe too. The church was beautiful, the party was spectacular, and Audriana looked like a porcelain doll, absolutely precious. I completely sympathized with Joe while the photos were being taken. I've been in his position many times. Teresa LOVES THE CAMERA! I will say this; the Giudice girls will have thousands of beautiful pictures to reminisce over in years to come. That's when they'll be precious and I'm sure Joe will be grateful for every single one of them.

I'm going to have to give my Christopher a shout out… Job well done! It was important for Chris to show Al that he could handle an event from start to finish by himself. Trust me, it's not as easy as it may seem. A lot goes into the planning and execution of a party of that magnitude. It really was like a wedding, and a very nice one at that. Good job baby, mommy's proud of you.

Now, let’s talk about Kim G. I hope you now have a better understanding of where I'm coming from. (Didn't I explain this last week?) After watching tonight's episode I am absolutely certain that I made the right decision. The boys were clearly uncomfortable during that scene, and I felt it was an unnecessary conversation to have with them. In the eleven or so years the boys have been friends Kim and I have never said more than a cordial hello to each other. Again, this is for no other reason than it just never occurred to any of us to form a friendship. Nothing unusual or suspicious about it, it just never was on any of our radar. Having said that, I was uncomfortable when Kim suggested we have lunch together at this point in the game. Timing was bad for obvious reasons, and I wasn't going to complicate matters any more than they already were. The friendship between John and Christopher is a true friendship that has evolved over eleven years. I've watched them grow from mischievous little boys into young men that would make any mother proud. Like I said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!"

I hope you enjoyed watching and celebrating a very special moment along with all of us. These are the times that we should cherish and remember in our lives. But I guess I need to look at the "reality" of the situation. As much as I'd like to think that you'd tune in week after week to watch us during these moments, I'd have to admit that you probably love the drama and crazy just as much. Such is life, right? But, I hope you don't mind if I keep the crazy on the other side of the fence, well, at least most of the time.

Again, many, many thanks for watching, you guys are the best!

Xoxo
C.
