Season 2
Season 1
So here we are, Episode 2. Time flies when you're having fun, right? I would have to imagine that most of you feel this week's episode was pretty tame in comparison to our premiere. To that I say, "Thank God for tiny miracles!"
OK, let's get started. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, seeing yourself as others see you is a gift. It may not be the best gift at times, but nevertheless it's still a gift. As I watched myself having the conversation with Teresa as she explained the events of the christening, I saw myself being very abrupt in my delivery. I don't really have an excuse for it, it was what it was. Maybe I was PMS-ing, who knows. The bottom line is I didn't like what I saw, however good my intentions were.
I do have to admit that hearing Teresa say she didn't need my advice was a little hurtful. If nothing else I've always tried to have her back and have a very real understanding of the burden she's been carrying over the past couple of years. I've tried to be as supportive as I could. I was only trying to help, if Teresa felt I was overstepping my boundaries, I apologize.
On a lighter note, look at my LaLa Lauren! First before I forget -- I almost passed out when I saw the footage from a couple of years ago of Albert and me. Oh my, how we've changed! For the better I hope! I love the evolution of Lauren; she went from a timid little girl with no direction to a very secure young lady that knows what she wants out of life. She's a force to be reckoned with for sure! Watch her journey, you'll be inspired as you see her navigate her way through life's twists and turns. I'm proud of my girl. Xoxo!
Caroline, I think you are one classy lady. You're honest, straight forward, and put your family first. You should be very proud of your children and the relationship you have with them! Ilove to watch your interraction with them because it reminds me of me and my kiddos :) Stay true to yourself, and continue on exactly as you are!
Caroline! I love you so much! You are so classy and wise. I'm in my twenties and I hope to be as level headed and classy as you when I'm your age. I love how you don't demand people to respect you. They just do because of who you are. You get better and better with every episode. We can always count on you to bring order to craziness! Thank you for being on the show! You're such an awesome role model!
I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN YOU STEPPED IN AND PUT KATHY AND MELISSA IN THEIR PLACES! You're sooooo right, there's a time and a place for everything and the event was DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR DRAMA! Love you Caroline, you're the voice of reason!!!!!:o)
Caroline you are such an amazing woman and a great mother!! I feel so bad that all the drama starts at your 2nd home!! Good thing all the girls have a someone like you to cool the waters a bit! I love the Jersey Ladies!!!
Caroline - you and Albert looked good back then and look even better now. I was proud of Lauren and her accomplishments. All your children have a good foundation and I can tell, good hearts as well. Living in Cajun country most of my life, I have to say that you, Chris and Albie cracked me up on the last episode.
As far as your delivery to Theresa - hey, you're Italian. As you guys say 'whatta you gonna do?' You're all priceless.

Caroline,
I enjoy watching you and your family on the show..you show of how good of a life one can live in north nj.. For second you gals had me worried that you were giving north jersey families a bad rep....Thank god for you!
Caroline you are the Best! So true what you say and to the point. I feel sorry for Theresa also, and her brother & his wife just seem to me, to want to make a splash on their TV show bebut.
Caroline - you and Albert looked great before and even better now. I thought Lauren did a great job with the makeup and I know you're proud of her accomplishments. She's come a long way. All your children have a great foundation and good hearts. As far as your attitude with Theresa - it's like you Italians say, 'whadda you gonna do?' You are who you are so don't hold back. The Manzos are class all the way.
I want to thank you for defusing what would have been an explosive battle, pitting family against each other yet again. You are a very strong and inspiring woman. I see you and I see my own mother on TV. Congratulations to Lauren for growing so much. She is a beautiful woman, just like you. All three of your children are wonderful people from what I can see. You and your husband did a great job raising them. I can see how proud you are of them. I send my love to you and yours. Jennifer
I like it that whenever I watch you I know you aren't going to have the drama llama follow you throughout the episode!
I'm available for adoption! :) Seriously though, I think you're an amazing woman and have such a beautiful family. God bless.
Caroline, I just want to tell you that you are the most awesome 'Housewife'. I love you! You are truly wise. Family IS everything! Friends come and go. You are my role model (even though I think we're the same age.) ;)
Stay tru!
Love ya, Charly Old Bridge, NJ
I watched the Andy show and I felt so bad for Teresa. She looked so sad and you can tell something is bothering her. I just hope it all works out so she can be her bubbly self again. Can't wait to get her book.
Caroline it's nice that you worry about everyone but your not appreciated, that remark Teresa made was uncalled for.....

Caroline, you are hilarious. And smart. You just get it. You also seemed to have raised great level-headed, caring, confident kids. I hope I can be half the mother you are someday.
Caroline you are the best!! I would do any thing to have you in my life as Teresa does. I think she said she didn't need your advice because she is hurting. So much of her private life has been made public and not in a positive light. Then to top it all off her brother and sister in law join the show. I hated the first episode because all they did was rip on Teresa. It was awful to see. I can't imagine how hurtful it would be for the world to witness her family troubles. Teresa loves you and knows she is lucky to have you. I know they want drama but at what stake..a family? How sad. I love the show and my daughter and I never miss it. Love all you ladies!!!
No matter how uncomfortable the situation, you handle it with grace. I just love your inner light - the love you have for your husband and children, well, it just makes me tear up. Blessings to you all.
Love you Caroline. I love your strong sense of being a woman and owning your mistakes. You hold everyone accountable and for that I want to say thank you. I am 31 years old and think you a role model for my generation. Keep being you!
Tell it, Caroline. I don't understand why Kathy had to "talk" to Teresa that night either. It was rediculous. I think she just wanted to start trouble. Like all the people that seem to surround Melissa and Joe Gorga.
Caroline,
I know theres nothing good, funny, or responsible about it, but please bring back the Ham Game!
Carolyn...you were more than right to put your foot down and stop the drama. Kathy was showboating for sure and has no understanding or sympathy for Theresa. Why didn't she invite Theresa and Joe over for dinner and try to be the peacemaker? She could have talked to Theresa in safer and more friendfly atmosphere. Melissa and Joey caused the drama at the Christening - not Theresa and Joe. That is the truth. Joey has a chip on his shoulder and blames Theresa's husband for his perceived bad relationship with his father. Then, be a better son!! Honestly, I was looking forward to this season without Danielle. So far, this substitute hatchet duo they've added is shameful to watch. And, adding in that "nobody", who cares about anyway, Kim G, really turned my stomach. I love watching you, Jacqueline and Theresa making your way through true problems in life. If the show keeps up this way, I will definitely be tuning out. The Housewives programs are getting too contrived anyway. Sorry, Carolyn.
CAROLINE!!!!
Hello!
Well, I just want to say that regardless of all of the Gorga-Guidice drama on the show this season. You are and will forever be my favorite housewife. You are a woman of commanding authority who does not take any nonsense and I love it. Keep it up! I think you are the only sane housewife in the entire "Real Houswife" chain. Good luck with this season. I am excited to see how things unfold. My best to you always. All Smiles, Palm Trees
First of all I love watching the interaction of your family. You have something wonderful that every mother dreams of. It is very obvious how much your family respects eachother and even though it's a given, what is not always shown is that to get respect you must first give it. I think that is the biggest thing missing in T's relationship. Everyone wants to be the number on of their family but they want to get that tittle by out spending and out doing eachother. I hope others can learn from the example that you, J, and D set for how adult family members should interact!
Caroline, You are a wonderful beautiful woman! As a women of the same age, with a beautiful 23-year-old daughter and facing the empty nest--I completely see where you are coming from. I've been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and believe wholeheartedly in family--and have always been the peace maker. Thank you for being a "foundation" for your family, and one who makes the rest of us who are at the "same place" proud! You go girl!!
Caroline, you are the greatest! I love your style. You take nothing from noone and it reminds me a lot of my own mother! BTW, you have no worries, you age gracefully.

Caroline, you and Albert look fantastic. He is a hunk!! Forget the Joes....Albert has it all: looks, build, smarts, and finally, the class the rest of them can't touch. Congrats to you and you husband on a great partnership.
GOOD for you Caroline for showing what true class is. I was so glad to see you nip it before things got out of hand at the Brownstone. You had ever right to speak up. It appears the whole "clan" has issues and need to learn some manners.
It sickened me to see Kim G back on there. She's nothing but an ignorant trouble maker!! She needs to get a life!!
I love your family.........Lauren is doing great with the make up business she now has. Wish I lived closer to see if she could work a miracle on my face. :) You and Albert should be so proud!!

Oh how I wish some of those ladies would learn from you! Always the voice of reason. Not real sure how I feel about the new ladies, but I guess time will tell. I'm still a diehard fan and love all of the "originals" minus 1 (cough, danielle)
Caroline, Please be there for Teresa. I watch the show and see that "Kathy" is an instigator.. drama queen and is responsible for "keeping the pot stirred". I don't believe her intent is of a honest, let me help them patch thems up.. I fee she intends to do the opposite, Keeping them apart. You are always the voice of reason and have helped so many viewers cope with different situations in our lives, thank you.. stay true to Teresa (she didn't mean she doesn't need your advice, really she is just doesn't seem to cope very well when she feels like she is being 'ganged up on'.. Viewers see that. I think Melissa also wants to 'cut' Teresa out of things involving family.. she seems to be 'fake'.
Caroline, You have a great head on your shoulders. I have such a problem with Kathy stirring things up and going against her cousin, Teresa. How can she do that to her aunt as well? I also thought it was great that you recognized that you were pushing your views on Teresa in the backyard. I think we all can do that when we feel we can help. I know I have had to hold my tongue when I want to offer my opinion. It comes from a good place, but I have learned it is better to wait for someone to really ask what you would do. It is hard, though. It was obvious that Teresa was feeling territorial when you first said hello to Kathy and Melissa at the Brownstone. What a mess! I hope that the two families heal by the end of the season. They should all think about the Gorga parents. It is painful to see them have to deal with all of this. Stay strong. You are great!
Caroline, You above everyone of the housewives from all the cities, has nothing but class and grace.I loved how you shut them down at the fashion show.there is a time and place for everything.Thank God you are on this show.
All I can say is that "it is what it is" I agree with you 100%. Family is family and so forth, they have their ups and downs... I hate that it must televised (not that I don't enjoy all of you sharing your lives). How about your daughter though, she is really coming into a beautiful talented young woman! :)
Love you more after tonight's episode Caroline! Even my husband agreed- we are fans! It's admirable the way you come to Taresas side. I can understand why her dismissal was hurtful, though we can assume it probably came from a hurt & defensive place, that has nothing to do with you. Team Caroline!
