Yay for Caroline! She did a great job on the radio. That took a lot of courage. I may have wet myself if I had to do that! She is a natural at public speaking. It was slightly awkward at first, but she kept peddling and flew over that little speed bump! I'm so proud of her. This is her thing. Advice is her thing. She now needs a talk show, "Mama Manzo Knows Best.” And Lauren is just too cute with those dimples.
Giudices, Gorgas, Wakiles... I can see the love for each other is still there behind your frustrations. Meeting face to face to openly discuss your feelings is a great idea. For you guys, maybe meeting in public places is not such a good idea. Things could get too heated and tables may get abused. I advise you meeting on neutral ground. I encourage you all to keep communicating with each other! It's too easy when you're upset or feeling guilty to stay away. Make sure you really listen to each other before you begin to speak and really try to understand the other person's viewpoint. Keep an open mind. Choose your battles wisely and don't add more fuel to the fire if your goal is to put it out. Remember before you start your discussion what you want the end result to be. Keep that goal in mind while you speak. It's important that you get to the root of the problem to know what has caused each of you to be hurt, so you try not to offend the other person again by repeating the behavior. Admit to your own wrong doings and apologize for the hurt it caused whether it was intended or not. Forgive, move forward, and don't look back. Try your best to be more aware of each other's sensitivities in the future. Be sincere! Then again... It's your family and your business. What do I know anyway? When you are in the heat of a situation, I know it's easier said than done. Been there myself. I wish you all peace and happiness. I'm always here if you want to vent or need advice. I love you guys! XOXO!
