No. 1 - Girls' Night Out
Rosie's coming out is the gift that keeps on giving. Sure we had the beautiful, tear-jerking scene between her and the kids, but what brought me even more joy was seeing Kathy play wing-woman to Rosie at a gay bar.
I can't decide whether it was foolish or inspired for Rosie to bring Kathy along. On the one hand, Kathy's so sweet and motherly that she might not exude the right vibe for picking up potential love interests. On the other hand, the warm, inviting aura might lure them all in and leave them open to conversation. Unclear. However they did manage to successfully get the digits from at least one lady, so it wasn't a complete bust.
I will say Kathy wasn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and get in there. (This may or may not have been due to the many tequila shots consumed that evening.) She took her mission seriously, grabbing Rosie to go "do some damage." And she offered Rosie one of the most important lessons in flirting history, so take note:
"First rule of thumb: remember the bitch's name."
We're hoping Rosie managed to remember Brianne's name after the second go around.
Bravo....can we please get rid of Melissa, Joe Gorga, and Caroline? Please! The show would be so much better without these three.
RachelleFromOhio Now see, I would vote to remove Terersa and keep the others. I think we need to agree to disagree. :-)
Am I the only person who finds Kathy referring to other women as "bitches" offensive?
Chris Judd, extraordinare???? No comment. Love Rosie...do NOT like Heather. Seems as though she will be the new housewife next season, and I will officially be out. Cannot watch the Gorga's and now her. Oh Season 1 & 2, where are you?
Great blog! The best thing I have ever seen on this show is the scene at Kathy's Mother's home! A family sitting around the table visiting and sharing stories! Very precious little jewel was found in that, and thankfully Bravo shared it to us! Who knew that some of us really don't want to see the flamboyant hair, clothes, trips, etc. We want to see a real, normal, beautiful family, that is the product of a true American, sharing thier dreams, and making thier way in the world. No need for a big showy affair, nor marketing themselves on the show. This show started out as a look into real people lives, being candid for a TV show. Now half of the time spent, and the reason for half of thier fights, is over product marketing! Whether it is a book, or the need to generate funds, and the worst being marketing themselves as professional performers, that seem to feel they are much more relevant than this show, and it's about time the world saw them as they deserve to be seen, as performing stars! As if... could do it without thier fifteen min. on the real HW show! They need to be on an entirely different type of show and genre! Thank you for giving us that little golden gem, amongst all of the other petty nonsense that goes on between the housewives!
Andrew, please tell me the reunion has been cancelled due to Jacqueline and Caroline losing their minds. Can we the fans turn in a request citing "insanity"? There is no way Teresa stands a snowball chance in he** with Jacqueline just consumed in jealousy and most assuredly be there on a mission of lies and twisting. She tells us not to twist the truth---rich, coming from the human pretzel. If we have to stomach the reunion we will, but I for one will not watch next season with the jealous BRAT PACK on. At least Melissa has the decency to not hide behind her evil plan. She knows we know, but hopes she can hang on to her sister-in-law's coatails long enough for us to forget. We aint forgetting! Shuffle this cast up. I want to see how Teresa handles the coming year without wacko Jacko and Caroline who has actually morphed into 'Jabba The Hut' at her heels. Melissa is a petty, miserable nusance who we can't scrape off our shoe if we wanted to. I understand Teresa wanting to keep her brother in her life, but if I were Teresa, I would never forget how he helped his wife. There's NO WAY he did not know what Melissa was doing, no way. In fact the private conversation he just happened to unleash on camera weeks later compleetly solidified Teresa's statement "worst brother in the world." Kathy is the worst of all to me. She joined Melissa in obliterating her cousin with no plan, just the mere hope of reality show stardom she hoped would launch something for her "baked good" career. You can bet a cookbook is coming. She sold her soul, and spends her time now trying to convince us that Teresa has somehow hurt her. Kathy hides behind passive aggressive actions that speak WAY louder than her Goddess words. Tell me this: If Joe and Melissa are not asked back next year, does anyone think Joe and Melissa would STILL want to "work on their relationship" with Teresa??...for the good of the family??? He** no, they would franatically try and work twitter, work the few remaining lunatic fans and make a pilgramige with Bravo to bring them back. I speaka the truth, and THAT shoudl tell everyone what they need to know about The Gorga's intentions. Lode the dead weight. Teresa may be trying, you may want to shake he sometimes, she may be self absorbed, but she's intentionally hurt no one, she's done an amazing job building a career with the gifts God did give her, and she survived an ambush from family and friends that rivals anything I have ever seen. She stuck to the "reality" she and we signed up for. The rest have skewed and twisted every nuance of this show to take down the person in the way of their own goals. It's been pure evil.
@FanViewerNJ Well said! I seriously hope melissa, kathy, jacqueline and caroline are booted next season. This family drama is sick. Bravo are you listening!!!!!!!!!!

Bravo, a viewer spoke about maybe doing a RH on regular everyday wives and families. Nothing like BH, NYC, NJ, ATL, OC, etc... Just your average families that reside in a community or a neighborhood and who interact with each other. The main criteria for the show is that the family's income be no more than $100,000 yearly. Follow them...peek into their lives. You do not have to be a millionaire to be FABULOUS or INTERESTING.
It would be very interesting to watch how they navigate life. You could pick different types of families that represent the REAL AMERICA that WE live in. Not these pampered women who have someone come in to clean their homes, do their hair/makeup for an outing, cook their dinners. Real families who ACTUALLY juggle cooking their own dinners, cleaning their own homes, AND raising their own children. Think about it Bravo. Come to the midwest, or a small town anywhere in America and find real women... We are out here, and we have FABULOUS lives, FABULOUS families and FABULOUS stories to share. Just give some of US a chance.
Think of all the possibilities. It could be a RIOT. Watching a Mom grocery shop at Walmart for dinner...following her to a local department store to buy a dress for her backyard barbecue, etc. TASTEFULLY thought out, and RESPECTIVELY presented, this would be just as fabulous as all those OVER THE TOP housewives shows. Is anyone getting this down?
We want VARIETY in these shows..... At least these housewives (RH of the MIDWEST or RH of SMALL TOWN AMERICA) would have legitimate reasons to fight, argue, and obsess. Not like these pampered ego-maniacs you have on the current RH shows. They have NO IDEA what it's like to be REAL HOUSEWIVES like US.....just do us a favor, do it RESPECTFULLY because we are the REAL HOUSEWIVES.
