No. 3 - She Came, She Saw, She Got Another Tattoo

Ashlee's back! Via Skype yet again, but not even a video chat is boring when it involves Ashlee. She finally got her wish and is flying solo in Los Angeles. So has she managed to make it work in the city of angels? Yes!

She's working and has an apartment and doing it on her own. That being said, she nearly did burn down her building when she mistakenly left the gas in her oven running for a few days. Luckily it would seem she has no smokers in the building. (I think while hearing this story it took every muscle in Jacqueline's face to keep her from cringing.)

Most noteworthy however is her new neck tattoo. Props to her for getting some Latin inked on her body (what can I say, I'm a nerd). She must truly be doing well, because you don't go out and get "I came, I saw, I conquered" permanently put upon your body unless you're feeling pretty confident. The question is, now that's she's conquered, will she be returning to New Jersey?

Side Note: Neck tats are really blowing up these days, so I guess she was ahead of the trend.

I have watched faithfully since the beginning, but won't return if Teresa the drama queen and her baggage-filled husband are back next season.  Enough is enough, it's like watching a horrible train wreck in slow motion every week.  Cannot imagine the issues of people who are her "fans", this is like high school that just never ends.  It's not even entertainment anymore, its just watching the mean, crazy but somehow still popular girl get away with murder pounding away at everyone else, and letting everyone believe that she's the victim.  Done.

I'm just glad the final episode is tonight, with the reunion right behind, just in time. I want to be able to enjoy the upcoming holidays.

Finally, a blog that makes sense! How refreshing this is, opposed to the back stabbing, name calling, accusation wielding all the others ones do to "one -up' each other... thank you!

I loved watching the Giudice girls with the Italian lessons. Miliania just kills me. In MY opinion, Teresa WAS indeed shocked...what transpires next week from the other ladies ONCE again attacking Teresa is simply too much. How much is one person supposed to take? Why can't Melissa just own up to dancing, or whatever the hell she did...people would think more of her if she could EVER be honest.

MrsMilcher 14 pts

Not that I ever had... Melissa may have been wearing a bikini while bartending at Lookers but all the dancers wore bikinis. If the place serves alcohol in the state of NJ they have to! Topless or nude and there is no alcohol. Nonetheless this is her business she should have realized that it would come back to bit her in the butt!

I think this was a set up! Kim G had something to do with all of this.  She was mad that she was kicked out of the Gorga's house and hates Teresa.  There is nothing she would love more than to watch them look like fools on TV.  Last year when Jaq skipped the reunion where was she?  Crying on Kim G's couch!!!!!!!!!!!   But Caroline is ok with that???  I think Teresa didn't have a clue what was going on and by the way.... I am no way a Teresa fan!!! When it looks like B.S. it is!

Kim D would just do anything to be on air!

Theresa is clearly the center of the other cast members lives. All they do when they are together is talk about Theresa. I do not understand how Richie and the Manzo kids get away with talking so bad about Theresa... Yet anything Theresa says or does is put under a microscope and talked about every single conversation that is had by the other cast mates. I truly think that the Manzos need to get kicked off the show. Carolina acts like her kids are the best kids in America.... Can someone please tell me what, if anything, they have accomplished? Caroline has her nose up in the air like she is a know it all.... But what gives her the authority to do so? She has done nothing in her life to make her the "all knowing" advice Queen. Also, the Wakiles add NOTHING to the show... I am surprised they have been on for 2 seasons. Andy--- please only bring Theresa back next season. The show seriously needs to move on to a new story line other than everyone ganging up on Theresa.

Thank you for saying so well.

I completely agree. I'm not interested in the Manzo kids. This show has become a continuous ad show. Its one thing to have your kids in a couple of episodes, but this seems to be an overwhelming aspect of this show. I don't care about blk water or Lauren and Caroline always hanging out. I dont enjoy listening to someone talking about how the college dorm looks like prison. I don't like that the show has the husbands on all the time talking about sex.

@pjbeaudry Yes, I did! They just can't stop, can they? That family has said more hateful things than any family on TV about another person (Teresa), and yet they are never held accountable. Deplorable behavior from Mama Manzo's grown adults. Just disgusting.

Oofa 284 pts

pjbeaudry I agree it is childish behaviour and it was uncalled for.

debharrington 4443 pts

pjbeaudry they just continue to prove that the show is all about Teresa and they are secondary.

mountainclimber 373 pts

If Melissa was just a bartender like she says, then why, when Angelo approached her and said "HI", couldn't she just say hi back and introduce him as a guy she worked with when she was tending bar in college?  Why get freaked out? And considering she is now dancing on stage in skimpy outfits in a provocative way, why would dancng in a club when she was ten years younger and single bother her anyway?  Just don't understand what all the fuss is about.

KinVirginia 318 pts

I wouldn't remember someone from that many years ago if they weren't family or a close friend.  I believe Melissa's reaction to recognizing him but not being able to place him.

ElaineDiS 2390 pts

KinVirginia No, he wasn't family or a close friend, he was her BOSS. You don't remember your bosses?

KinVirginia 318 pts

Not all of them.  And I wouldn't recognize anyone from high school or most from college.  So what?

bev313 152 pts

You wouldn't remember who you worked for???  He wasn't a customer from what I hear.  He either worked with her or was an owner.

Well what about Richies comments about Kathie  during her Meeting? He went too far but now he is claiming bad editing! Guess if they edit bad for one they have to know we believe Teresa can be edited bad also

@Sandy3family Thank you for pointing that out. I was enranged when he blamed that on editing and then proceeded to get pissed when people commented on it on twitter.

I fell asleep during the show.  I am getting really bored with Caroline, her puppet Jacqueline, whining cousins, "I need some salt peter Gorga" and his "I am perfect wife".  While the Gorgas actually entertain me at times, I cringed when Caroline shows up.  Teresa is not without sin but.......give the girl a break.  I think I have officially joined Team Teresa!

simeon 6459 pts

I was never a Teresa fan either, until last year's reunion show and this season. Watching Don Caro and this hateful bunch gang up on her ... and her ability to continue to financially support her family ... have really changed my opinion of her, AND of the other women. Especially Caroline, whom I liked in seasons 1 and 2. I wouldn't call myself a Teresa fan, I just know right from wrong, and Caroline has been dead wrong all along.

Diniva 439 pts

simeon  rukidding I completely agree with you Simeon, well said!!  especially your last sentence about knowing right from wrong and Caroline being dead wrong all along.

JerseyShoreSoclWkr 19 pts

 simeon  rukidding

Caroline dead wrong all along?  How do you figure?  She's just honest - Teresa is a whole heap of trouble, and Caroline calls it as she sees it.  She may not always know all the behind-the-scenes stuff, but doesn't need to.  Teresa, her husband and the whole Guidice clan need to hop back under their rock.  Trouble with a capital T.  Teresa needs long term counseling, the husband needs AA, and the kids MAY turn out without severe personality issues.  Maybe.

kelly_nicole 30 pts

I can't wait for the finale! Teresa's expression was so stupid when Angelo was talking to Melissa - she's playing like she had nothing to do with Kim D and that weirdo but anyone who watches knows better.  Kim D couldn't get enough! Teresa, stop pretending like you actually care about your sister-in-law; you only care about yourself!!!

And you know for a fact that she was in on it...I don't think so.  And I hope that after this past year Teresa stays as far away from her scheming, lying, fake SIL as she can!

mu_doc 689 pts

If you pay attention i believe Melissa's face said it all. clearly she knew who that man was when he introduced himself, but she pretended like she didn't. what's even funnier is that she doesn't remember him, and pretends she's never worked for him but her husband and sister are defending "there's nothing wrong with being a stripper/dancer" on twitter as the show is airing. bottom line is her past came out and instead of owning up to it she makes it seem like Teresa's trying to make her look bad. What's so bad is that she accuses Teresa of being the one to messed it all up once they were all good again but if that make up was truly sincere on her part she would've given Teresa the BENEFIT of DOUBT, at least that night. Instead she caused a big scene. I honestly don't believe Teresa tried to make Melissa look bad.

ElaineDiS 2390 pts

mu_doc No, but Melissa DID try to make TERESA look bad. It was a setup, alright, but Teresa was the one being set up...

Bravo...PLEASE...I am taping the show and fast forwarding through the Manzo's, Wlakies and most of the Gorgo's and Lauritos.  Enough of selling products It feels like one big infomercial.. I am trying to hang on until the Reunion but after that I will not watch next season since I'm only watching about 1/2 of the show as it is.  New cast please except for the Guidices.  You need more fun on the show enough of the hatred...

Does anything about this guy's face remind anyone else of Voldemort?  Except for the nose, of course.  Apparently, he may be just as evil, too.

Were we watching the same show?  I thought the italian lessons were ridiculous, especially since Teresa has said on more than one occasion that her and her husband both speak fluent Italian but they need a book to find the italian word for sandwich.  Although I don't speak italian, I'm pretty sure the translation for classroom is not classaroomo as Teresa once again failed at trying to sound intelligent.

realitalianhw 20 pts

 KathyW

They probably actually speak "fluent" dialects.  Italy has many different dialects.  Most of my family and Italian speaking friends have been in the States so long that we start to "italianize" many "American" words.  I say "sanwhicho" for sandwich.  We even say "chikini" for chicken and the real word is galina (or something like that).  We don't realize we're doing that when we're speaking but we do realize that we wouldn't attempt to teach someone that.  I can watch the Spanish channel and understand more because the Spanish is more similar to my dialect then I can watching the Italian channel.

Good grief.  You speak American not even the Queen's English. Get a clue.  OMG.  Try and pas TOEFL. You would probably fail miseribly. OKAY????????

KathyW 1067 pts

angela.deverger Good Grief!!!!  Where in my comment did I claim to speak the Queen's English, so you my dear are the one who needs to GET A CLUE!!!  And I don't even know what TOEFL is, unlike your hero Teresa who claims to speak fluent Italian, OKAY!!!  Before you try to verbally attack someone for having an opinion (which is exactly what this forum is for) you really should learn to spell, Pas is spelled with two s's and this how to correctly spell MISERABLY.  So at least I can pass simple spelling!!!!

Trishapf 593 pts

For every language there are different dialects according to the region at which the person comes from. In Italy alone there are countless regional dialects just as Spanish, French and yes, English. If you have the oppurtunity to travel across America you will find different English dialects used within our own country as well. The language of the world regardless of dialects should all speak of one thing...compassion, love and forgiveness.

I learned to speak Louisiana (Cajun) French from my grandparents and parents. If I ask, "What did you buy at the mall?"  "Mall" would be said in English and all other words said in French.  I am told this is because some things did not exist (interstate highways, computers, cell phones, even air-conditioning, etc. or my grandparents were not familiar with) when my grandparents learned their French, i.e., the English form of the word is used.  Some people do make fun of  me and argue if I truly spoke French I would know the word for mall.

JMRN 4389 pts

@KathyW You obvioulsy know very little of the Italian language, as there are many different dialects. My father ALWAYS told us that growing up when he spoke Italian. Being a bit removed from it than my Grandmother who was born and raised in Italy, his Italian was a dialect of their region. Your comment is ridiculous.

KathyW 1067 pts

 JMRN  KathyW

I did not claim to know anything about the italian language, just as I stated in my post.  But I still can't wrap my head around her needing a book or to call her mother to ask how to say something when she claims to speak fluent italian.  Would one not want to teach the children dialect.

ElaineDiS 2390 pts

KathyW  JMRN But that's the point - she didn't want to teach them her street dialect (which is second generation, too, which dilutes it even more - pastas fazool, anyone?), that's why she was looking for the CORRECT Italian term for sandwich.

Teresa was so set up. They all knew about it including Lauren and Caroline. I believe Teresa was set up by Melissa and Jac. They both knew it. Teresa's face showed the truth. I feel like crying for this poor woman. I feel so bad for her that I can't type.
