Open Heart, Open Mind
Teresa Giudice went to Napa hoping for the best.
I had the best time last night on WWHL with Andy Cohen and Renee Graziano! If you missed it, you can find it online. Be sure to check out the After Show!
I love, love, love Renee and love her show. She was such a sweetheart. And Andy was on fire! I finally got to tell him about the dream I had after I read his book. Here's a hint: it was hot!
I loved this week's episode too. Finally you get to see my family how we used to be, having fun and hanging out. I'm so glad I ignored the therapist's advice and shared an RV with Melissa and my brother. I'm also glad I didn't know what they were all saying behind my back before we went, because I was able to go in with an open heart and an open mind, and I think you can see how that affected things. They went in expecting the worst, I went in hoping for the best. I think you have to go into situations (even difficult ones) with a good attitude, or you'll never fix it.I'm also glad I was able to clear up the cookbook drama with Kathy. I don't like holding onto things, and I don't like sneaky comments. I wish she would have just cleared it up earlier, but there you go.
Our cooking styles are totally different: I make food that isn't complicated, that's really simple, that you can make with “ingredientses” you already have in your house -- food that is fast, healthy, and of course authentic Italian! Thank you so much, Andy, for showing my newest cookbook Fabulicious! Fast & Fit last night. You will all LOVE it, I promise! All the recipes are heart healthy, have less than 10 ingredients, and can go from start to stove in just 30 minutes! And I include full nutritional information for each recipe, so you can work anything into any special diet you have. With full calorie counts, it works great with Weight Watchers or gluten-free or vegetarian diets, and for the first time ever, I give my secret fitness tips. If it's sold out it in your local store, here it is: http://amzn.to/N4lSDV.I loved how the Napa trip started, but you won't believe how it ends! Who do you think gets into it? Tweet me your guesses at @Teresa_Giudice.
Everyone keeps asking me where to buy Fabellini. Here's a list of places you can get it in New Jersey, New York, and it ships online almost everywhere: http://teresag.squarespace.com/storage/fabellinidrinks/index.html. If you can't find it in your local store, tell the manager to order it!
