Kathy and Melissa's Pole Dancing

Hello and happy Sunday! I hope you all enjoyed your Independence Day. Mine was very nice and very quiet. Al and I spent the 4th in Hoboken, while the kids had friends home in Franklin Lakes swimming and grilling on the BBQ. Life is good.

What'd you think of this week’s episode? Nothing too crazy -- no yelling, no fighting. All’s quiet on the western front, for now....

Kathy's test kitchen is fantastic. I think she was a little overwhelmed with the thought of it in the beginning, and when Jac and I visited Kathy, she was feeling a bit unsure of her decision to accept Rich's gift. I didn't see anything wrong with it. I thought it was very thoughtful of Rich to search out a venue where Kathy can bake with no interruptions and focus on taking her business to the next level. I wish her all the success in the world.

The luncheon with Teresa and friends was strange, so was the meeting with Melissa and her friends. I don't understand how someone can play both sides of the fence with such ease. If I were Melissa, I'd have major issues with her BFF. Lots of pot stirring going on in Jersey.

Kudos to Kathy for taking the pole dancing lessons. She's such a good sport and is always up for anything. Truth be told, Rich can't keep his hands off her, so I don't think he needs any more encouragement! As a matter of fact, I don't think Joe and Melissa need any more encouragement either!

Jacqueline had a lot to say this week, didn't she? She's been quiet for a very long time, and I guess she has a lot to say. She showed us how much in the boutique and the restaurant and in her interviews, and... Oh boy, this may be a bumpy ride...

Al and I had a nice dinner, really, we did, really... He was a grump that night, no excuses, that's life. I still kept him though. By the way, today is our 29th wedding anniversary, and yes, we still like each other. Next week takes us to Lake George and I will end on this thought: JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!
