A fight at the gym...now that it's happened, don't you feel shocked that a fight hasn't broke out a gym on RHONJ previously? I'm now anxiously awaiting fights at the local panini place and the pork store.
In any event, let's look back at some of the most memorable moments from this week.
No. 3 - You Won't Like Her When She's Angry
Oh Rosie... Some things haven't changed -- like her beef with Teresa. Presumably she's no longer looking to cut out her tongue, but now she's feeling pretty miffed about her reluctance to make up with Kathy. And by miffed, I mean ready to crack skulls.
Now who hasn't been at a family party and gotten a little more amped about something due to generous pours? (More on her love of scotch to come.) But Rosie manages to make rage somehow likeable, mostly because she only gets mad when someone crosses her family. And again, who hasn't been there?
Let's just be glad everyone was able to quash Rosie's rampage before drinks/tables/or some other object went flying.
Rosie needs to be taken off the show. None wants to hear here or see her mouth. Nothin but trash.
I love RHONJ. And I love Rosie. I think it was summed up accurately by Andrew in his blog about her rage. She's so darn good-hearted and has this great love of family that you look past the rage, almost like you understand where it's coming from, and it's OK. As an aunt, some of the things she's said about her nieces and nephews I've really related to. Rosie, you deserve to be with someone special. Someone who deserves you for all that you are. But please, stay on the show no matter what. I would miss you so much. Love you Rosie, Vickie in Virginia
When I look at those photos of Rosie through the years with her family especially Kathy I understand why she is so passionate about anyone treating her sister wrong. I really enjoyed seeing Rosie when she was younger. All of the photos were precious with Rosie and Kathy big eyes. I am so glad the meeting with Theresa and Rosie turned out to be Ok.
Love Love Love you Rosie. I wish you were one of my daughters . We are an Itialian family and understand yours. We fight hard and love hard and we make up hard. Please stand behind Theresa and little Joe. They need your strong and loving methods of handling things. LOL
Who is Bravo kidding here? You want reality? How about dealing with Rosie's deep anger issues and alcoholism? Or is that too much reality for you all? Are her family in complete denial? Is she that much of a bully that no one has the strength to confront her? Are ratings and the opinions of strangers so important that u lose sense of what really matters in life? Her behavior is disgraceful, shameful and nothing to be proud of. Why does television glorify such behvior? What ever happened to decency and integrity? Keep riding that wave of "everyone loves me" because it won't be long until she crashes. What a disgrace.
You want reality? How about addressing Rosie's anger issues and alcoholism? Or is that too mich reality for them all? This behavior is shameful...
Rosie makes rage likeable? I cannot believe that you said that. She seems like an out of control alcoholic with serious mental problems. Why you find that charming is beyond comprehension.
Rosie should go Amish (no offense to Amish people), this way we would not have to watch this crude, vile, unintelligent behavior on TV
Best part of the show is Rosie! Half the time I watch just to see her. She's the Freakin' BEST. Any lady would be lucky to have her
@JamieMarie - any lady would be lucky to have her? Obviously your sense of integrity and reality is way out of line! What a joke
I don't even think it's about right or wrong with Rosie, she just has a short fuse...kinda of like road rage!!
sandy.strait.96 yes, this episode ( and a few times before, ie; last reunion ) she, Rosie, simply went TOO far. there is a distinct difference between cutsie and offbeat and downright crazy. Rosie, please don't show yourself in this light. I'm embarrassed for her and it's hard to watch.
no, not likeable, certifiable. she needs help, and you are exploiting her just like you did on NY Housewives with the one who had the breakdown. shame on you.
Crazy Kelly (RHoNY) said it was more like a break through.....satchels of gold and jelly beans anyone???
email@example.com: Certifiable is when you stand up on live TV in an attempt to attack another cast member, sling the show host down into his chair, and stand there with gutteral growls like a wild animal. I realized at that moment that Teresa needed serious help, even long term hospitalization. The woman is nuts.
What a train wreck this show has become ! I hope everyone can put their egos aside and start behaving like adults . I feel so awful for their children . Dina made the right choice to leave the show and find peace . Life is too precious to hold grudges and waste time on drama . Most of this cast needs a kick in the pants !
MassMom22 HGTV Star, Celebrity Wife Swap and Big Brother are WAY better than watching family eat its own.
I liked Rosie when she first appeared on the show. Now I cringe whenever she is shown. She has gone way beyond getting tipsy and a bit inappropriate to downright drunk and obnoxious. What woman in her right mind would want to be her partner after seeing how crude she can be. The scene with her mother and Kathy at the dinner table was more upsetting to me than the party. I thought these people were "old school" and raised with manners and respect to their elders. Bravo, either get her off the show or get her an intervention.
Jamiect Kimmiewho I agree. I would be beyond mortified. I always thought old school Italians were raised with manners and respect.
REBECCA9247 Jamiect Kimmiewho No one will like what I am going to say but I feel Teresa is the closest one to being old school.
I found the episode to be very disturbing. It was an example of how one untreated crazy person (Teresa) can infect a whole group. They are becoming as sick as Teresa, and I seriously mean that. Bravo should not be proud of what this show has become. To continue to film Teresa with any of the rest of the cast is just wrong. If the producers are in any way pushing the rest of them to bring Teresa's name into the mix, then Bravo is partly responsible for a very sick situation happening in that family. Joe Gorga has been pushed to his limit over his nutty sibling's sick obsessive hate of his wife. He needs to get Teresa out of his mind, or his family will become as dysfunctional as the Guidice gang. There are some nice, entertaining people in the cast with many other story lines that do not include nutty one at all. I am beginning to think Teresa may just possibly be an apple that did not fall far from the tree, and that is all I will say on that.
@rosyposy I think laying all the blame at Teresa's feet is a huge mistake, but has become the in thing to do. One person cannot wreck a family single-handedly. They've all had a hand in it, and now they're all pretending they have no idea how they got "here." It's time everyone in both camps grows up & takes responsibility for their hand in it before it leaks into the younger generation. Nothing is worth all this.
njmomof3: The family has let Teresa's twisted, narcissic personality disorder infect them. The more they pay attention to her, the more they become like her. Seriously, if she will not get help, then they all need to stay away, ignore her, and stop mentioning her when she is not there. This thing is not entertaining anymore. I have already said that Rosie needs help with her own pain and rage. Teresa thought she could twist the truth, spread her hate for Melissa, and make herself look like the queen. They should all have just had a good laugh at her and let it go. Melissa should not tell her husband every time Teresa starts trouble. She should never have gone to Teresa's party in the first place. Let Joe Gorga enjoy his cute little family and just live a sister-free life. That is the only way there will ever be peace.
@rosyposy I agree with a lot of what you're saying, particularly the part about Melissa running to Joe with every real or imagined offense. She's got to stop stoking the fire. I haven't trusted her intentions since she first came on the show for that very reason. It's just my opinion, but I think she enjoys the fact that Joe and Teresa are at odds. I don't buy that Teresa is the root of all evil on the show. Narcissist? Yeah, probably. But she wasn't at that party, yet there they all were gabbing up a storm about her. To hear Kathy state that Teresa wasn't even there yet managed to ruin the party was ridiculous. I like Kathy, but she's really got to get ahold of some perspective. THEY wrecked the party all on their own. Good thing I'm perfect lol
jayr Donna-in-CA Tre is the only one who does and has apologized for nothing several times.
That sounds like Kathy saying Teresa ruined Victorias' birthday party. They have nothing else to talk about! And Caroline is more than happy to stir the pot.
Oh my, are you related to Rosie somehow? I find your comments about her repulsive. The same adjective I would use to describe her. YUCK!!!
Rosie is only defending her sister and family, why would that make you flinch? I'd rather a Rosie on my side then a Judas/Giudice-grow a pair Love :D
Joey Gorga tweets the most disgusting things and at times includes parts of his body (like anyone want to see them) and then there are the inappropriate photos - including ones of his children that others on twitter have to ask him to take down. I am only surprised that you would think anyone is surprised by his vile behavior.
Ummm.if Joey is on tweeter why did he act like he wasn't sure what twitter was, and acted like he didn't know what his wife tweets about theresa? Could he be a liar?
@maria89 A resounding YES. Him and his compulsive lying wife Melissa. Of course, he sees everything Melissa tweets and never defends his sister.
She is foul. Please stop including her in the show. She is a nasty individual and totally unnecessary to the show.
Nyc123 I'm not sure what the purpose was in bringing Rosie on the show anyhow. It is clear that Kathy and Melissa wormed their way onto the show to promote their own agendas, ( singing? and baking)
I do not share your warm and fuzzy feelings towards Rosie. I was, in fact, very surprised that she was allowed back on the show after her outburst at the reunion.
