I am so tired of this self promotion and this blog has the least. I am happy for all of you ladies to be successful but really can pass on the infomercials. Too much ego for my taste and sixteen grand for a purse. Wow. Good that you can live a great lifestyle. When you said something about that better not be your birthday present. Too much superficial talk for me. What would you and your family do if you hit hard financial times? I hope you don't but I think you just wouldn't know what to do if you had to buy a forty-fifty dollar bag like the rest, or most of us do in this country.

I think the scene with showing ur selling skills was great. U have a way of making ppl feel comfortable & U really did listen to their needs and wants.

BTW did I just read that right? Ppl were getting upset about how you spend your money? I thought the whole point of the show was to document how you socialites live and spend your money? Now it's a problem? Get over it people!! We are all grown and if you've got it spend and you want to splurge on yourself everyone once in a while then you should be welcome to it. You and B used to be my two favorites on the show. But B is turning into an angry chick and you were just MEAN to Brad. And why couldn't he be in the pic with you for that magazine? Yes, you can spend your hard earned money any way you want, but $16000 for a bag? Does it come full of gold? You look good, and good for you! Honestly, even if I could afford it, I'd rather walk down the street with a key food bag than spend $16000. How about a little donation for those less fortunate? Really, think about it.

Jill, I love you on the show, you are my favorite. When certain people make me want to stop watching I try to only focus on you or Bethenny. You are the most "real" on the show, you say things we all would like to say. Let me tell you if I was on I would be saying the exact same things. And Bobby? girl I love him he is so good to you I think you have the perfect mate. Just don't let certain people on the show take advantage of your good nature. They are social climbers & want to be friends with you to get to famous people you can introduce them to. I'm not talking about Alex & Simon who I actually like. I'm not posting to you to down anyone one just wanted to let you know I love you as you are don't listen to any nay sayers and change anything about yourself.

I don't think you need to apologize for having money and spending it in these times. I am not rich but if I had the money I would be spending it too. Keep on being you and ignore the haters.

Jill, I dont feel you have anything to apologize for or need to change. Those that complain are either envious or just love to complain. You and Bobby work hard for your money what YOU do with it is YOUR business, you earned it!

I am glad the car worked out, but let me say this.. when we pay hard earned money for things we expect it to have the things we have requested it to have. There is nothing wrong with that!

For the record I am a 44 year old woman with Parkinson's Disease, Sarcoidosis, and many other illnesses... I enjoy your show each week because I love watching the easiness you have with Bethenny, the love between yourself, Ally, and Bobby... I live vicariously thru you:)... I've always wanted a B bag... if my Jer could buy it for me he would, til then he buys me Dooney and Bourke bags, makes sure I have a comfortable home, a SUV that accomadates my needs, pay my medical bills, etc.. he spoils me as much as possible; I swear he and your Bobby must be kindred souls when it comes to how they treat us and the gentlemen the are. You are classy, intelligent, beautiful, a hard worker, wonderful mom, amazing friend, great humanitarian, and I am sure Bobby would add wonderful wife:). Don't change because some others feel insecure and upset. Many of us love you just as you are. (Besides others promote their business why shouldnt you)?

Those who love you could never get upset over a website malfunction... as you said its technology (human or otherwise there is always room for error).

Hey Jill.....I really enjoy you. I also like watching you shop...I like watching everyone shop on the show. Where I live and what I do doesn't call for the clothes you all wear so I get to enjoy watching you all and choose what I like and what I would buy if I were you. So far, kiddo, I have Loved everything you wear....what great taste you have.....got any hand me downs? Another thing.....so what if you spent so much money for a bag. My cut off point is $300.....nothing compared to you. But the more you spend, the more you put into the economy, the more jobs you protect, the more benefits those jobs give people, etc., etc. Point is, if people like you quit shopping, there would be more souls out of jobs. So, darlin....you keep on shopping and keep those people employed with roofs over their heads and food in their mouths. Wish others on the show didn't feel a "need" to put each other down so much. I like Alex and Simon and believe editing hurt them greatly last year and some this year. I get them, they are nice people and mean to do the best they can. I feel you do as well. You might zing here or there but you carry such guilt and I think you work hard to watch the zingers. Bless your heart for that. By the way, I really do like your mom and hope to see her again. She has a good soul as well. Your apartment? Fun! Lots of fun. I think I heard you say that you like to change your decor every 7 years....in 7 years, I think you'll be ready. For now, it's a fun place and as busy as it might be to some.....I kinda like it and the colors are calming. I'll tell you what...there is something there for everyone. I've gone on too long so I'll close....but before I do, remember! You keep those people employed so go do more shopping!

I really think that you took the high road this season and that you showed amazing restraint in dealing with Ramona and Mario. I hope you haven't bought into Kelly's act (you realize the only reason she suddenly came up with all those fabulous door prizes was to redeem herself) but planning the event obviously is more important so kudos to you. I honestly think Ramona and Mario are their own worst enemies so keep taking the high road and they will dig their own graves. Be a good friend to LuAnn. She grew on me this season. The duchess stuff gets old but she is less catty than the others. I like her but you are my favorite. Take care.

Jill you are my favorite. I don't find you pretensious like the others. You have a tendency to tell it like it is, and your truthful when you do. I don't know how you put up with the disrespect that Mario showed you, I would have slapped him(read the blog I posted on him) I believe Ramona is so jealous of you she can't contain herself. She is fake as hell, I sure hope she is not a friend. Bethenny is certainly more of a friend than all of them. I personally don't like some things in your apt. they are a little garish, but to each its own.

The pocketbook scene was a little over the top, in today's economy who needs to see someone spend 16,000 for a pocketbook. I would like to see more community based charitable work from you, instead of these high society shindigs.

Jill, I would have been so embarrassed to broadcast on national television that you were entitled to a bright orange purse (that probably goes with one or two outfits) for the cost of a downpayment on a home, hospitalization premiums for 2 or 3 years for some, a car... things that people of need really do need. I think it is a crying shame., literally I am crying that this kind of excess is shown on tv when so many are in need in this country. You spend all of this time in your 100K outfits (shoes, bags, jewelry) trying to raise 40K for charity when you are wearing more than you raise. It is a joke! Nobody should pay that much for a tote to carry your keys and makeup. I don't care what you say about it being your business. I think it is shameful and I wish you wealthy people would get a grip,

Hi Jill! You missed your calling. You and Bethenny should have both been stand-up comedians! You tell it like it is with such humor and reality from your hearts and souls. You both are REAL working gals who know your stuff and I can imagine how off-camera you two laugh your a##es off at the two biggest phonies, Kelly and Ramona! Kelly couldn't last 2 minutes in a REAL horse ring; she rides like a rookie. Someone break the news to her that NO ONE has ever heard of her "famousness" 25 years ago! Ramona comes off like an over-acting wannabe actress who sees this show as her last chance.

Jill, you absolutely RULE! I love watching you and Bethenny together. I also love watching your success with the store and elsewhere, because you seem to have such a big heart and you give so much back to the community, and you are such an advocate on Ally's behalf. What a nice post. The world needs more people like your family. I loved the purse, made me drool! That was the best part of the show for me. Ahhh, to have a purse that cost as much as my car and a car that cost as much as my house. That is why I watch the show.

You know, it's funny that of all of the "Housewives of NYC" you would be the one I'd want as a neighbor. Not because of your address, but because of your family and friends and the way you handle people. You and Bethenney are the only genuine people on the show and it's so great that we get to "visit" you weekly and get a bit of that girl gossip need fulfilled. You know that Kelly is using Max as a "see what I've got" prop and Brad knows the real score. Ok, I indulged in my own bit there.

Jill I just love you! And Gloria needs to be on the reunion special. I was really excited when you said you were doing your apartment mid-century modern. And at the reveal it was not at all what I was expecting. The past couple weeks I've been wondering if I like it as well. It did seem a little over the top in TV, and I was thinking that it's probably better in person. However, the Traditional Home pictures really changed my mind. Your apartment is really growing on me, I think I'm really starting to love it! And Ally's room is awesome!! OMG, I'd like that bedroom now and I'm 35, ha!! Love your family. Your show is a great escape because you are all on another planet. Six-figure cars, five figure purses, and cat fights. This is what your viewers look up too. "You're a great gal, Jill." What makes you great? Your never having to struggle financially, your elitist expectations, or your having to know everything, be everywhere, have the last say personality?

It's sad that this is what people look up to instead of just treating this as it is....an interplanetary television show that's a good laugh and escape at the end of a hard day, for those us who must survive month-to-month and whose cars are worth less than your purses.

Even though Gloria has a good eye when it comes to style and you are right to listen to her comments/advice, I have to say I disagree with her about your hair. I think you looked elegant and lovely for the magazine shoot at your house. I am not a stylist or photograqher, so I admittedly don't know what may look best for a magazine photograph, but I thought you looked very pretty and graceful.
