Jill, I do believe your sister set you up with BBC. You did very well except for two points.
One it is not all americas fault- you agreed with the man interviewing you and you sounded a bit ditsy with the elevator comment.
I do really believe you sister is quite jealous of you and did set you up for a fall wiht BBC.

I can't believe what a fan I am of this show. I am normallly NOT a person who would even look up a star or consider myself a "huge fan" of any celebrity. After all, we are all just people who have to put our pants on one leg at a time. However, maybe what I like so much about this show is the fact that you all ARE just real, everyday people with real relationships.

I also wanted to say, WTH is up with the BBC trying to get you to feel ashamed of being wealthy? Silly liberals! They have everything backwards. They have such a case of envy and entitlement they can't ever seem to use real logic. My theory is none of them took economics or can even pass basic business math.

Anyway, don't let people beat up on you for your money! If they had it, it wouldn't be a problem to them! I personally am happy for you. Go buy you something nice and extravagant!

Hi Jill, I definately think that you are the "classiest" of the NY housewives..Luann cannot compare..you should be the one writing the book:) As for Kelly..why did the Bravo execs choose her to join the cast? Perhaps they were aware of the drama that may ensue and it makes for "good TV" Personally, everytime she appears on the screen I cringe like Bethany..when I hear her voice. During the entire season there has never been anything of substance come out of her mouth, and when she does speak it is nearly unintelligible. I am beginning to become embarrassed for her..and might actually go that far if she were a likeable person..

Hi Jill...you are most definitely the most "real" housewife on the show. You don't lie; you say what you feel; you seem to be honest; etc. I love the friendship between you and Bethenny too. I whole-heartedly agree with everyone that Lu-Ann needs to practice etiquette before writing a book; that Alex's kids are atrocious!! I have two girls who are 12 and 14 and they have always been respectful and well-behaved. I feel that bratty, non-disciplined children are a reflection of their parents. I am always getting complimented on my girls. Kelly is just on drugs I think. Anyone that is not respectful of another person's time..is not a friend I want to have. Ramona and you have a great relationship. I totally get where you two are coming from. Her husband is turning into Simon though wanting to be more of a "housewife" and not stay in the background where he belongs as a male figure on the show. I did feel he was right in that since he set up the tennis match, you knew that it wasn't going to be just "girls" playing. I think you should have trusted his judgment in picking a partner cuz he would have looked like the shmuck if he had brought in a loser to play with you. Bethenny seems totally cool. Francesca, are you kidding? You count a friggin Brit as a foreign visitor who could enlighten Americans to world suffering? A friggin' Brit, whose own country is still so disgustingly class conscious? Brits still are ok with their government paying salaries to dozens and dozens of so-called 'royals' for nothing more than being born*cough*to the royal class. These people are going to teach Americans about the less fortunate?

And, what are Americans to learn from a Brit as London is home to the most expensive real estate in the world? It takes serious balls to preach about class consciousness when you hail from Britain. And, what is with your dig at 'new money'? New meaning the people actually EARNED it! The horror! It's just not the British way at all but spending your own hard earned money how you see fit is wonderfully American-thank god.

I enjoy watching you and wish you well. Never feel awkward or embarrassed about making money. You and your husband WORK. If you didn't have a successful business, work hard you would not be able to employ people and pay taxes which helps our economy better than any stimulus ever could. I know I am in the minority in our country( I'm a republican/conservative ) but I have a right to my beliefs and opinions. We live in a country that allows anyone to work hard and make whatever life for themselves that they can. The possibilities are endless. I don't judge or dislike you because you make more money than I do. I applaud you for what you have accomplished.

I think your interview was wonderful, you handled yourself well. Better than I would have. I think they wanted you to say okay send me everyones bills and I will fix everything. You have earned your money honestly and you have the right to spend or not to spend it the way you want. Don't ever think you have to answer to anyone most of all a reporter on that. Believe me, I may be poor and about to loose everything I've worked for 30 years for but I'm not stupid, and I know why we are in this economy slump and its not because of you and how you live. You give me something to dream about, thanks.

Let's stop attacking Jill's good fortune, shall we? She and Bobby have their own business-as do Mario and Ramona--so why shouldn't they enjoy the fruits of their hard work? You don't get to punch a time card and turn off the clock when it's your own business. You're on 24/7/365, so PULEEZ folks, lay off. Needless to add, I thought the BBC guy was way out of line, but Jill handled it beautifully. That 'foreign visitors' perspective is called JEALOUSY. I live in NYC and it doesn't get any more real than that. Like most NYorkers--especially those on the UES, Jill does charity work, is generous to friends and heavens knows how much else she does for people that does not make it to the show.

Yes, Jill, you handled the British interviewer's questions about wealth very graciously and honestly. Loved it!

You and Bethheny are my favorites because you both are honest, kind, and have your hearts in the right place--unlike pyschos Kelly and Ramona. You're both also have great taste in fashion, are in great physical shape and look great in your clothes.

If I were you, I'd definitely limit the time you spend with Kelly. After hearing the two conversation she's had with Bettheny, I don't know how one could trust anything she says. However, it was nice that she decided to support the benefit you organized on Ally's behalf, even though it took Bettheny to point out how foolish Kelly's remark was about lending her name to the benefit.

The BBC really took a swipe at you didn't they? I do not believe that style of life is all you have ever known. However what caused me some discomfort was you asking how you looked. Jill you were on the RADIO! Now that I think of it you have asked that a lot this season. I have large breasts also. I think it is alright that you had a reduction/lift etc. It baffles me though as your body has always been trim, why in this country where mother's are buying (breast) implants for their teen-age daughter's as if it is normal would you want to reduce them? Also, marry Brad or stop calling him your "Gay husband" you speak of him more than of Bobby. It is getting irksome. Shame on you Jill for letting Ramona cause trouble between you and Bethenny in the finale. It is not "your charity event" it is Creaky Joints event. You need some straight talk from your mother. Let me tell you, I'm really not into reality shows but watching The Real Housewives of NY, I got hooked! I liked you most of all because I can see that you are a genuine person, and may I add, a true friend.

I especially liked how you handled the BBC interview. I thought that was rude of that guy to even point his finger at you, but, I have to say you really handled it very well. I never knew that there could be a more polite way of turning around that kind of conversation graciously. That's why I want to watch more of you. That's what I like about the Housewives of NY, you guys are so polite. Like even if something or someone gets into your nerves you guys still handle it with class. I'd like to be like that...

You are definitely my favorite out of all of the housewife shows. You have one wickedly lethal sense of humor, yet you balance it with style and grace and class which is not easy to do. You make it look natural. If anyone should be writing a book on class, etiquette, and/or manners it should be you. You are the total package.
Being from Palm Beach County Florida, the first time I watched the show, I will admit I found your accent abrasive and offensive to my ears associating your accent and you with the stereotypical snowbirds we all love to hate here in Palm Beach County. But as I watched and listened to you, you smashed that stereotype to smithereens. Any time you want to stop over in Palm Beach for some warm winter sun, I would be glad and proud to welcome you. I love what you and your family portray and how you support rheumatoid arthritis. I am just recently diagnosed with it in addition to several other medical problems (might be Gulf War Syndrome).

Hi Jill, I love you too and don't get jealous because I told Bethenny she is one of the favorites on my list. I like your sense of humor. I don't know much abou this whole BBC thing going on in these blogs, because I thought you did a fabulous interview. I like you, Bethenny, Ramona and sometimes LuAnn. I do not care for Kelly at all and she is fake. I am so surprised you can't see it. Alex/Simon (cuz u can't separate them so everytime you mention Alex you have to put a slash and add Simon) I never cared for either. They are as fake as Kelly. They need parenting skills. It is okay to raise a free spirited child, but kids always need some structure and fundamentals. They run around like untamed puppies. Whatever.

I saw some previews for next week and I hope you and Bethenny do not get into a fight for very long. YOu two make great friends.

jill- I have always liked u on the show. I think u tell it how you see it and I don't see anything wrong with that. although in the episode where you wanted to spend 16 grand on a purse really struck a cord with me. I think you have a sense of what's going on in the world but I don't think you se the big picture.you couldn't live my life. my husdand and I sacrafice for this country 365 24/7 we at both active duty military members. we make it possible for you to have the freedom to bicker pathetically over tennis. we have a child and both deploy and leave our child behind so you can live the american dream. I want you to consider that the next time you have a stupid argument with a friend, or get flustered over what wall paper will go better. next time you go into your closet and try to look for the perfect pair of shoes ask your self, "could I wear combat boots everyday for 10 hours without a fuss?" I would like to see a change in the show. your charity work is wonderful I can give you that but, when was the last time you sacraficed something that had you really take a step back and say wow I am really lucky? I hope this was one of those times for anyone who read this. God bless...

Jill, I wanted to take the time to say thank you for being a beacon of hope for our society. You are the only "housewife" who shows any real character. It's painful to watch how hard these women try to be something more than what they are and it's so refreshing to see someone with real class. You blasted Bethenny for using your charity event to promote her products, but that's like the pot calling the kettle black.
