Jill, I was so saddened and stunned that your friendship with Bethenny was nonexistent. Bethenny tried very hard to makeup, now it is your turn. Bethenny is having a baby, and I'm sure she would be grateful to have your friendship and to share this wonderful time with her. Life is too short.
