Be very careful about making friends with LuAnn. She will make sure that you lose everyone else you care about. Also, please be careful about saying anything nice about bethany in print, you will have the wrath of Jill upon u. Remember the nasty text that she sent when someone was nice to Bethany? Just saying, be careful.

Every cocktail party does not have to be about a cause. Sometimes its just nice to get together. You should consider hiring someone to help, at least on the day of your parties so that you are a guest at your own party and can relax and enjoy yourself and your guests.

I love love love you and now I know why! You are from Saratoga! I currently live there and hope you come up to the track this summer. Sonja, Jill has already started making comments to you that are nasty. You need to watch out for her or you will be the next Alex and Bethenny in her large circle of friends that she is done with. I thought Alex did a great job in letting Jill have it. It is about time someone gave Jill a taste of her own medicine.

It is still early with you and I am afraid to say that I love having you on the show because I thought that about Jill last year and now I am gun shy! I enjoy seeing you and the kind way you have handle all the crazy poo they seem to strive for. I am in highschool and me and my friends behave better to each other than Jill does to her friends. I think Jill is going through the change of life and it has made her really mean. My aunt turned into a snapping crazy when she did.I don't know, maybe it is her true self, but my point is I hope you are careful around her and don't let her give you the done bit. Sonja, your blog was sweet. I like that you see to the atmosphere of the party, including flowers and music yourself, before you worry about how you look. I have always done the same, and the guests always can sense the warmth of personal attention. You seem like a stable personality for the show!

You are a writer, like me, however, will keep this short. The party did not turn out to be a party because of all the drama. If not for all of the drama, may have been a good party and not a waste of time. Certain this is not what the hostess had in mind and feel bad for her. Anyway, most frustrating thing is that in each and all of the bickering, someone walks away or hangs up and doesn't finish. So much is left unresolved and hurt feelings remain unnecessarily. So much wasted energy. All that is needes is an objective referee. You could do that, I think. Whatever, you are an asset to the show.

I only read the first page and the last two paragraphs. It's true,"it:s all about the places you go and the people you know". It's apparently not about your intelligence, or lack thereof.

You are a class act! Whether its a persona or the real you, you are amazing in your demeanor. In saying that, How can you deal? How disrespectful and How Elementary, no matter ones personal feelings of a person at what age does "if your friends with her you can't be me" end? I have encountered people at parties that I can't stomach but you deal b/c guess what its not your party which means you are too on the guest list not dictating who comes to the party. It is very disrespectful to not play cordial at a party. One should not run away just mingle with others. I am sure you agree? And again I ask Why in the world are you associating with this madness?

Do you realize that EVERY paragraph starts with you and most often includes name dropping. You're a former waitress who married rich. Get over yourself and get real. There's glimpses of realness there but not sure you can even see it anymore (too much money clouding your sight?). I hope you find it, you could be incredibly cool if not for the dropping and "I". I thought when I read the bios online about the 2 new housewives, that I would like Jennifer better. Mostly, because she seemed more down to Earth and a self-made woman. Boy was I wrong! Sonja seems very friendly to everyone, and she seems very independent and thoughtful. Jennifer came off as very judgemental when she commented on Luanne's dates sexuality. Not the best way to endear yourself to Bravo fans.

So far I'm liking you on this show. You seem comfortable in your own skin and seem to be taking the show "as it comes." I like that they aren't treating you like the new kid in town either. It works as your own person is shining through. I agree with your blog, it was an interesting read. Good luck!

Wow did you come on this show at a good time. It really is ready to Jump the Shark. It has become all about Jill and all her so called drama with Luann chiming in like a watchdog. LOL. So far you are a delight and I feel you are pretty down to earth and at least have a reality. Hope it stays that way. You should buy that dress of Alexes it would look amazing on you too. Sonja - I have to say that I love your presence on the show; you are so funny. I love how you are always in the room filled with drama but you don't focus on it. You come across as a genuine person - you say it like it is and I like that. I am looking forward to seeing more of you on the show.

I really admire your sense of humor and strength Sonja. I hope you never change your persona to fit in with these back stabbing drama queens. Bethenny and Alex have both been victimized by Jill. Jill does not know what a real friendship is so please don't be drawn in to believing that you could have a meaningful friendship with this woman. Just be yourself, you are a queen.

I hope you can maintain your positive attitude, and you don't take the mean nonsense that Alex did then let fester for far too long. I give Alex credit in that I believe she was the peacemaker for the group, but it really did cost her in the end.

I appreciate that you pointed out that no one seemed concerned about Alex's feelings. If Jill was a kind human being then she would have sat down with Alex, LISTENED, and tried to recognize how her behaviors could be hurtful to Alex. She is a nice addition to the NYC Housewives. She does not come with a lot of drama so far and that is great. This has been the most drama season I have ever seen and I have been watching NYC for a while now. I do not understand the Jill and Bethany issue, I actually think is stupid to be so upset because Bethany said to get a hobby, so what, get a hobby and call it a day.

Sonja, you are a great addition to the cast, please do not bring dumb drama like the rest.

you are a hoot. my boyfriend is a sag and yes, they do put their foot in their mouth on occasion, but kind as can be. i agree with what you wrote. i tell you, these women. i think alex has more class than any of them, and she was never my favorite before. but time and time again, she has proven to be thoughtful, considerate, patient, stoic and for her to yell and lose it, there's a big reason. i'm glad she vented and wish her the best. i agree with you about bethanny too. i think she'll make a wonderful mom. jill on the other hand, lost me completely this season. and that countess, sneaky and insincere. i never blogged before, but this year, the show has me going. i guess it's the drama queen in me. i am a leo, you know. and you know how leos are. better to watch it on t.v. than to have it in my own life. be blessed.

Sonja, I like that you are trying to stay neutral in this drama, but it may be impossible to stay that way. I sensed a little tenseness when you came down to the party and Luann made a surprised comment about you hair being up TOO. I Liked her better last season, but I think she was more removed because she was going through the divorce. Now, between her and Kelly being Jill's sidekick all it seems to be is a support group for JILL'S nonsense. To me, out of all the housewife's I really liked Jill last season, but this season, she is a holy terror - it's all about her. She's been extremely hurtful to Bethenny, Romona, and Alex. But she sure doesn't like it when the shoe is on the other foot. I;ve had enough of her high school, mean girl attitude. Bad Karma!

My hat goes off this week to Alex and also Ramona for how very caring and sweet she was in inviting you and Jill to the Virgin Islands and then again for how she handled Bethanny., sShe has really risen in my opinion and I would love to have friends like her and Alex, Sorry the party was such a crying fest.
