I thought Joanie WAS Sam's lover from SATC, LOL! The statement you made about Ramona being a control freak now because she had no control growing up, turned on a light inside my head. I myself am a control freak, and thinking back my parents were always fighting, and I always seemed to be in the middle of it. I had no control over what they did or said around me, so I think you are definitely on to something by saying that is why Ramona is controlling now. Please don't take offense, but when I watched you on Jersey Season 1, I kind of thought you were an airhead who did nothing but spoil her daughters. I am sorry for thinking that!! I now realize that you are just an extremely devoted mother and wife, which I commend you for. Also, I have come to realize that you are probably the most intelligent housewife of all! I would like to say, i think you're spot on with your comments regarding jill and Luanns behavior during the phone call from Bethanny. It seemed very immature of Jill and downright sneeky for her to mislead her into thinking no other housewife was there. I understand Jill being upset about not being supported during her husbands Cancer treatment and operation. Bethanny did however call her to set up a face to face meeting to hash out the true problems and feelings they were going through, that was what a woman should do. Jill whom I use to admire seemed like she was playing games, and my opinion of her has suffered . LuAnn telling her to lie about her being there makes one begin to understand why B. called her a snake and said to her face that she did not trust her.Maybe Bethanny does know what she's talking about, even if it comes off harsh. It's nice to see you give Bethenny a break this time around. I have always been a Jill and Bethenny friendship fan, but I don't think it's a matter of who to believe. There are always 3 sides to a story, Jill's side, Bethenny's side and some where in the middle is the whole story. I think the rift has been blown completely out of proportion and Luann needs to mind her own business. For someone who wrote a book about class, looks like she needs to practice what she preaches...

Oh Teresa, I can't believe you abandoned Team Jill!! As a good Italian girl, like me, I can't believe you didn't see that the real issue here is that Jill can't get over the fact that Bethenny didn't come visit when Bobby was sick. She texted...which wasn't enough! And then she had the nerve on the phone to basically accuse Jill of making up how sick Bobby was. A la familia, Teresa! Anyway...I am still such a fan of yours! I think Jill wouldn't have been quite so nasty had LuAnn not been sitting there. I think she felt she had a little power! You are right, Jill wasn't nice was she??? Too bad!

Well, I really enjoy your input on this show because you have a different vantage point. And you come across as very sweet, but very smart with outstanding common sense. That being said, please look back at the last show of the second season of NY Housewives. Due to Ramona's urging and instigating, Jill blew up at Bethenny, all because of the bar that Bethenny had set up for Jill's charity event. Jill came down hard on Bethenny, telling her off. She thought Bethenny was being unfair with the advertisements set up behind the bar, when it all looked totally fair to me. I think that is what started the rift in their friendship. Maybe Bethenny started to pull away after that tongue lashing from Jill. I really loved Jill up until that particular episode, where she came across as very petty and mean. And jealous. And in last night's show, she really did seem to enjoy laughing at Bethenny's pain over their broken friendship. And, hmmm, who was that "little birdie"? Ramona?

I sure do miss watching the NJ Housewives! Hurry back!

I agree with everything you said 100%. I haven't been with you on your last few blogs as I've thought there was more here than meets the eye, but you hit every nail on the head. What I am REALLY not liking about NYC this season is that all there is on the show is drama.....no laughs. At least with you Jersey girls, if there's drama there are also quite a few light moments and fun as well. That is just so much more enjoyable to watch than non-stop fighting. I can't wait till you guys return and hope that it's not going to be one long drama-filled fight fest like NY!

Hi there Teresa, I really think the chickens are coming home to roost for Bethenny. She is intimidating, and kind of scary at times, and Jill just had enough of her mouthy ways. I'm sorry for her being called out, and having to cry about it. It couldn't have been pleasant, and Jill was pretty inappropriate herself. But Bethanney needs to reign it in at times, and I hope she doesn't treat her new husband that way. He seems darling, and willing to take just so much. I'm glad Bethenny called Perez Hilton a "termite" though. That was awesome! He is a big train wreck. Love, Elizabeth

Hi Teresa, Well, this is the first week I have to say I don't agree with you on some levels. I am NOT a Bethenny fan. I think she HAD to know about Bobby. They were best friends, and Jill I'm sure would have shared this info with her. Bethenny emails and texts...but never calls...to see how Bobby is doing? Please!! If my best friend's husband had cancer, I would be right there. I wouldn't be texting, emailing, sending flowers. I would be right there!! Bethenny has no excuse except that she is all about Bethenny. She is SO full of herself. Did you see when Jill and her were fighting..the only thing Bethenny could say is 'well were you happy for me that I was doing so well in my life?' Here Bobby has cancer, and Bethenny is asking Jill why she wasn't so happy for Bethenny and Bethenny's great successful life. Please!! However Jill, she's VERY immature. Who would ever read her book as she is about as mature as a 6 year old. The two of them are press mongers. I think Jill would be a better friend. I think Bethenny just called to make a good look...not that she really wanted to mend things. Bethenny is just too much and way too full of herself. Too bad she got a nice husband...his life stinks!

This year the show is just all about fighting. I find myself fighting to keep watching. Its Jerry Springer for a full hour and I don't know how much more I could take. They are all SO trashy, petty and give women a bad name.

But I am a Teresa fan!!

Thank you that has been driving me crazy, I knew that Joni looked VERY familiar but couldn't for the life of me think of why. I agree totally with all of your comments about this episode..you are right on. I just want to make the point that if my husband was as sick as Bobby was, I would be calling my best friend to tell her and talk to her about it. How did Bethenny found out and why didn't she find out from Jill if they were such good BFF's that talked 5 times a day? I don't get, something about Jill's story is a little off. I think Bethenny got busy and Jill got jealous.

You have to remember, Jill was totally caught off guard by the call. Bethenny KNEW she was calling & was able to prepare. I think Jill immediately got defensive & was nervous about a confrontation. I think THAT is why she put her on Speakerphone. When you have a 'friend' who is denying what they have done, you want the World to hear their words RIGHT out of their own mouth. The worst thing about this phone call was what Bethenny said to Jill that resulted in Jill ending it. Did nobody else HEAR what Bethenny said at the end? Pretty much telling Jill she was a bad person & partied while Bobby was dealing with Cancer? That would've ended the conversation for me, also. What Bethenny said was CRUEL. Asfar as Bethenny crying...she SHOULD have! She should feel horrible for the things she's done! As far as Jill emailing Kelly...that was ridiculous. Grow up Jill. We all have moments, but do NOT email during them!!!

Ok Teresa, you are starting to grow on me. Don't know if my other comments were posted, they were pretty harsh. I didn't agree with anything you had to say in your comments before this one.... but I agree with you completely now. I've always been on Team Bethenny and will continue to do so. I'm glad you're starting to see Jill for who she really is. She's a good girl at heart I think, but she's definitely playing the "mean girl" this season. That said, I definitely am convinced that you are smart and funny and could never be the "mean girl" or stoop to such low standards that some of the Housewives have this season. Hi Theresa, I agree with you, I am also on team torn. I feel that Jill behavior during the phone call, was very sneaky, and downright mean. And I felt for Bethanny standing outside by the car, in tears.

I do believe that Jill has been hurt severly by Bethanny especially when she probably needed her the most, during Bobby's cancer. And Bethanny was not their for her, Bobby or the family.

What is sad but true, is that when alot of single ladies over 30, with no children get a boyfriend, they seem to forget all about their old friendships, and concentrate solely on their new boyfriend. Which was briefly touched upon during the first episode, Bethanny had been holed up all summer with Jason in NY. And with the book, and her brand plus the new boyfriend, Bethanny did not have time for Jill or the others.

I hope that they can try to salvage part of their friendship, but I finding that may not be the case. Seeing as this past weekend Bethanny got married (Congrats to her and Jason) and Only Ramona and Alex were there.

I mostly agree with you, but why is it so great that she got married before the baby? Why does she have to be married to have a baby? That's a bit judgmental.

Jill made a comment that Beth only sent flowers to Bobby and that she should have called or visited him. After watching last night's episode, I got annoyed by Jill's actions. First and foremost, you should not give your friends rules and if they do something that annoys you, tell them. Instead, Jill turned it into a war (Crypts vs Bloods…LOL!). I lost family members to cancer and I'm sure everyone has been affected by cancer. People reach out in different ways. Also, he was sick while they weren't talking. Beth said that she emailed and called Jill. Jill could have said that Bobby would like a call. I don't know what type of treatment he had, but some people either call the person who isn't sick to see how the sick person is doing.

Also, Beth sent Jill an email about Bobby and Jill didn't respond. Jill told her that Beth should have known that Jill was upset. Huh? Why the mind games? Just send a short email, "Hi. I think Bobby would appreciate a phone call from you."

OMG! Teresa, I thought Ramona's firend WAS the same lady from Sex and the City!!! LOL. I agree with a lot that you said..I just want Jill to open her eyes..she used to be my fav now she's just hunting for more camera time!!

i thought she reminded me of someone just couldn't put my finger on it. as for J & B we don't know the whole story each side gives only what they want heard. if B was J's best friend then one didn't she call B freaking out. if it were my husband i would definitely be crying on my best friends shoulder and calling all the time. i know J is Jewish but we have the same God and He says forgiveness!!! in order to be forgiven you must first forgive. Bethany tried to ask forgiveness and Jill refused. I'm team Bethany. She did what she could do and was basically slapped in the face.

THANK YOU Teresa!! I was getting very sad over the last few weeks and haven't said anything. I am glad you have opened up to seeing a different view. I love you and the NJ housewives and always loved Jill and Bethenny when they WERE together. But this year that has changed. Something totally fishy is going on with this whole Jill thing and Bethenny was trying to talk it out. Also.... There was never anything anywhere about Bobby being so sick so maybe Bethenny didn't know since Jill really wasn't telling here. Hmmmm makes one think.... Also body language tells everything. And between Jills and Bethennys that's says it all!
