Kourtney Kardashian and Carole Radziwill Wore the Same See-Through Ruffle Dress

OK, so we know that The Real Housewives of New York City is currently in the middle of airing the reunion episodes, but we're kind of still hung up on that epic trip to Cartegena, Colombia from earlier in the season. First: the boat ride. That part is self-explanatory. Then, there was the .. erm .. shall we say, "upset stomach situation" that plagued nearly the entire cast. But (being the fashion lovers we are), if we at The Lookbook had to crown a winning moment of that trip, it'd definitely be the outfit porn. 

Here's the thing: the RHONY ladies always bring their fashion A-game wherever they go, but something must have been in Cartegena's water because on that trip they took their styles to a whole other level. Luann de Lesseps gave us all a much-needed moment of levity with her Sofia Vergara-inspired attire. Then, Ramona Singer rocked a very Turtle Time-esque Dolce & Gabbana martini dress — while trapped in an elevator no less. And of course we can't talk about the Cartegena fashion without taking a moment for Carole Radziwill's high-neck, long-sleeve, sheer, ruffled maxidress with the green bodysuit. I mean ...

We're thinking the term "show-stopper" is an understatement. 

But wait! We seem to be remembering this dress from somewhere ... Thanks to a careful (and fashionable!) eye at Bravo HQ, we finally figured out where we've seem that daring dress before: on Kourtney Kardashian! Yup, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wore this number too back in December 2017:
