Tinsley shared her big beauty news in a November 28 Instagram post. In the photo, the Virginia native is wearing an all-black outfit, which provides the perfect canvas to let her light tresses pop.
Turning her head to show off a sharp, shoulder-length cut, Tinsley is standing under a beam of light that practicallly makes her hair sparkle. "Went blonder for winter," she wrote. And indeed, it doesn't get much more blonde than this.
