The Real Housewives of New York City beauty's been galivanting across Europe (with too-cool sneakers in tow), but on those days that she needs to fake a suntan immediately, Tinsley filled her followers on Instagram in on the most natural-looking self-tanner she's found. (RHONY airs Wednesdays at 9/8c.)
