Luann de Lesseps Found the Perfect Hair Clip for Ladies with Short Hair

The Real Housewives of New York City cast member is crazy about these easy-to-use hair clips — and she's showing us exactly how to use them.

By Jenny Berg

Luann de Lesseps knows a thing or two about making short hair look chic. The Real Housewives of New York City beauty has been rocking an above-the-shoulder style for years, and she's picked up some tips for styling it along the way. Luckily for us — and particularly for her short-haired fans — the cabaret star is always willing to share her beauty knowledge (watch the video above!).

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Peacock and catch up on the Bravo app

On last night's RHONY episode, we caught a glimpse of the chic gold hair clip pinned in Luann's tresses. Though it be small, the XenClip — which looks like a coiled wire — claims to be "the last hair clip you'll ever need." And, Luann agrees with that statement. Watch the video above to see Luann gush over her clip — and show us exactly how that thing works.

This isn't the first time the Countess has raved about her go-to hair accessory. In March, she posted a series of Instagram video tutorials, showing us her favorite ways to use the hair pin.

In a series of video clips, the New Yorker shared how easy the tool is to use. Just form a loose up-do, fasten in the XenClip, "et voila, my hair is up for the evening," Luann said. She added that she uses the styling took to polish her coif for nights on the town, yoga classes, and more.

Plus, she loves the fact that the XenClip comes in a variety of colors, ranging from silver to blonde and rose-gold.

The clips also come in different lengths, depending on which type of hair or hairstyle they're meant to hold in place. Someone looking to pull back bangs to make a "pouf," for example, should reach for the small clip; someone with very thick or coarse hair should pick up the extra large clip.

And though Luann loves what the Xenclip can do for her short hair, the tool caters to styles of every length. Scroll down to pick up the Countess-approved product for yourself!
