The Countess weighs in on the conflict between Jill and Alex, and shares her thoughts on the new housewife, Kelly.
When I saw the "Real Catfights" article in the Post, I was surprised Jill had called Cindi Adams. I thought that the problem between Jill and Alex should be resolved out of the public eye. I try to stay as removed from drama, as far away from 'high school stuff,' as possible.
The newest edition to the cast, Kelly, is sweet, but I don't know her that well. We have become closer while filming this season, but I don't think she has a lot in common with the other girls.
There's been tension between Alex and the rest of the cast, and I think it's partly due to the fact that Alex said that she didn't like the Hamptons, and yet she showed up this summer. The girls felt territorial about that. Also, Alex's husband, Simon, made a remake about Jill in print that was condescending. Like Jill says, "he hit me first."
