I know, I know, I know enough about my teeth, but. . .
My first appointment to Dr. Lowenberg with my very own dental adviser and/or publicist for my mouth, Jill Zarin (MD), was a trip! I brought Jill because she has great teeth (no chiclets) and she wouldn't lie to me about how she really felt. I'm not sure if it was the Long Island or the Jewish part that made Jill and I instantly click, especially after just meeting one another, but I'm glad that we did.
She really took her time with me. Besides being extremely educated about what was going on, she guided me to the correct decision to ensure that I no longer looked like a horse (as my BFF and Dr. L said). I really do lose my patience quickly with things like this. Sometimes I brush things off, but getting my teeth perfect is something permanent, and I'm glad that I had them there to help steer my decisions based on their own experiences and knowledge. They literally made sure each and every single tooth was perfect, because after all, these are permanent -- and they're on my face!
The transition was effortless because of Dr. L and his staff, and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone! The entire practice is gorgeous, but impeccable with their skills and customer service. Oh wait -- I forgot to mention the celebrities in-and-out of there. I won't lie, I was a little starstruck when I saw a famous stand-up comedian in the waiting room! Now, throughout all of my sessions I felt myself having to look glamorous and fresh-faced, versus the casual, no-makeup look I used to sport.
